以工业异丁醛和氢氧化钠合成了 2 ,2 ,4 三甲基 1,3 戊二醇。优化的工业生产条件为 :n(异丁醛 )∶n(氢氧化钠 )∶n((氢氧化钠 ) =4 0∶1∶14 ,第一阶段反应温度 2 8～ 5 2℃ ,时间 1～ 2h ,第二阶段反应温度 90～ 14 0℃ ,时间 6～ 8h ;合成产品对总原料的收率 >6 0 % ,质量分数≥ 97% ;同时提出了提高产品质量的后处理方法。

在超声辐射条件下,DMF/H2O做溶剂,使用Oxone/PTC(相转移催化剂)氧化体系在超声辅助条件下氧化芳香醛合成相应的羧酸。确定了适宜的反应条件为:超声辐射功率为300 W,温度为50℃,n(芳香醛)∶n(Oxone)∶n(PTC)=1∶1∶0.2,反应2h,收率超过80%。     

普鲁脂芬的合成工艺改进研究

介绍了以4-(4-对氯苯甲酰)苯酚和2-溴-2-甲基丙酸异丙酯为原料制备普鲁脂芬(Procetofene)的方法,并优化反应条件,反应的最佳反应条件为:反应最佳投料比n[4-(4-对氯苯甲酰)苯酚]:n(2-溴-2-甲基丙酸异丙酯):n(三乙胺)=1:1:1.1,反应时间为8小时、溶剂为乙腈、反应温度为回流温度(81℃),产品普鲁脂芬的收率可达90.3%。     

用作漆雾絮凝剂的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂合成研究

三聚氰胺在盐酸的水溶液中与甲醛进行羟甲基化反应,对合成产物进行表征和性能测试,并深入研究了反应物配比、反应时间、反应温度对三聚氰胺甲醛树脂用作漆雾絮凝剂效果的影响及三聚氰胺甲醛树脂溶液的稳定性,找出了用做漆雾絮凝剂最佳的反应条件为n（三聚氰胺）：n（甲醛）：n（盐酸）=1：2：1,反应温度60℃及反应时间3h。

共沉淀法生产层状纳米孔镁铝水滑石催化材料及其脱硝性能研究

本文采用共沉淀法成功地中试生产出高质量纳米孔镁铝水滑石催化材料,通过详细考察制备工艺和生产条件,探索出一种生产层状镁铝水滑石催化材料的工业生产方法.该方法不仅易操作、高效率,而且产率高、损失少,生产出的水滑石结晶度高、晶型好,具有显著的工业生产价值.试验结果显示:最佳的制备条件为n(Mg2 )/n(Al3 )=3～5,n(NaOH)/n(NaOH Na2CO3)=0.7～0.9,在70～100 ℃搅拌下,沉淀pH控制为7.6～9.0,沉淀时间控制为1～4 h,产物经过过滤、洗涤、干燥,可连续生产得到高质量镁铝水滑石催化材料.表征结果显示,镁铝水滑石材料分别在450 ℃和720 ℃焙烧3 h,其比表面分别为110 m2/g和240 m2/g,孔容分别为0.7 m2/g和1.5 m2/g,平均孔径为18.1 nm和18.4 nm.成型后的水滑石载体对烟气中NOx的吸附容量达到1 187 mg/g,经过再生处理后可以反复循环使用,具有很好的工业应用价值.     

即食液熏牡蛎加工工艺优化

为开发即食液熏牡蛎新产品,本文以新鲜牡蛎肉为原料,在单因素试验基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验对烟熏调味液配方和液熏加工工艺参数进行优化。结果表明,烟熏调味液的最优配方为:食盐添加量2.5%、白砂糖添加量12%、烟熏液添加量0.4%、酱油添加量5%;液熏加工的最优工艺参数为:浸渍温度为50℃、浸渍时间为1.5 h、干燥温度为60℃、干燥时间为120 min。     

氧化锌的制备及表征

采用直接沉淀法和均匀沉淀法制备氧化锌,考察了反应物配比、反应温度、反应时间对产率的影响,同时考察了煅烧温度、煅烧时间对产品外观的影响,通过测定堆积密度、红外光谱对产品进行了表征,从而确定了最佳的制备工艺条件。研究结果表明,最佳的制备方法为直接沉淀法,最佳的制备工艺条件:碳酸铵与氯化锌的物质的量比为1.2∶1,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为2.0 h,煅烧温度为450℃,煅烧时间为1.5 h。
