基于对科斯主义企业理论的批判,国内学者试图建构马克思企业理论,并沿四条线索展开:(1)理论批判及其深化,(2)通过理论回溯在原典中寻找理论依据,(3)以理论批判为指导的系统比较,(4)以理论批判为基本视阈和依托的尝试性理论建构.这一研究实质是把马克思的"两大伟大发现"具体统一于企业理论中,但不足之处是忽略了劳动价值论的应有的理论地位.因此,立足于广义体系,既有的批判视角的马克思企业理论需要在更为广阔的视野下加以推进和进一步拓展.  相似文献

This paper suggests an explanation for the heavy trading volumeobserved on the US capital markets, the world's largest. Heterodoxeconomic theory puts much of this volume down to speculation.Mainstream theory tends to support this thesis, either directlyor indirectly, by giving space to the idea that trading activityis for the most part exogenous to the functioning of the capitalmarkets. The central hypothesis of this paper is that the tradingvolumes observed are an endogenous feature of the capital markets,because they are to a great extent determined by the needs ofthe institutional investors who predominate on these markets.This endogeneity of trading is posited in connection with theemergence of a new ‘core–satellite’ paradigmin institutional investment, a development that essentiallymanifests the asset-management industry's transformation froma small industry serving a few wealthy clients to a mass industryserving large sections of the population.  相似文献

近年来,国内外有关企业信用评级指标体系的研究主要集中在五个方面:反思传统企业信用评级指标体系的不足进而探讨如何改进;根据经营环境等发生的变化探讨指标体系的发展与创新;分行业以及是否上市等对指标体系进行分类研究,以求评级结果更加准确;探讨如何构建适用于中小企业的信用评级指标体系;尝试建立本国的企业信用评级指标体系。我国今后应重点关注如何借鉴国外的信用评级理念,并结合我国实际构建合理的评级指标体系,以及那些对企业信用影响越来越大,而在传统指标体系研究中未引起或未给予足够注意的因素。此外,还应探讨定性和定量指标数据采集计算的可靠性等问题。  相似文献

世界上越来越多制造业企业通过提供服务来增加其核心产品的价值,有些制造业企业甚至不再卖物品而是卖物品的功能或服务.一些制造业企业正在转变为某种意义上的服务企业,服务化成为当今世界制造业的发展趋势之一.针对这种现象,国外学术界进行了深入的研究.本文根据已有研究成果,对服务化的概念、服务化的演变阶段、服务化的动力与障碍、服务化的环境效应等问题进行综述,并分析了制造业服务化对我国走新型工业化道路、建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的现实意义.  相似文献

The existing literature does not provide a theoretical basis for understanding why Russians participate in the land market. Based upon a survey of 800 rural households in five Russian regions, this article analyses three variable clusters which act as the independent variable: structural factors, capital factors and labour factors. Statistical analysis is performed to test which of the independent variables best explain participation in the land market. The analysis has policy implications as Russia searches for a way to transform its land relations.  相似文献

Abstract Most existing studies examine the home market effect (HME) in a framework with immobile labour as the only production factor and the assumption of a freely traded homogeneous good is known to be crucial for the HME to emerge. This study explores the HME in the presence of mobile capital by use of a footloose capital model allowing for positive transport costs of the homogeneous good. The mobile capital generates a channel to offset the trade imbalance of a country. As a result, the HME always appears for arbitrary transport costs in both sectors of differentiated and homogeneous goods.  相似文献

The home market effect (HME) is a distinguishing feature of the “new” trade theory. It is customarily defined as disproportionate positive causation from expenditure to production. Recently it has been argued that this dynamic definition of the HME is problematic in a multi-country framework, because it neglects third country effects. In this paper, we show that more than one exogenous parameter change is needed to overturn the dynamic HME. An isolated increase in the size of the home country will unambiguously lead to an over-proportional domestic industry expansion. We then illustrate with some specific scenario what type of third country effects can “swamp” the HME.   相似文献

We explore the determinants of the distribution of owner occupancy rates across age groups using a collection of microeconomic data on 14 OECD countries. In most, the survey is repeated over time. This allows us to construct an international dataset, merging data on 39 national household surveys with aggregate data on down payment ratios. We find strong evidence that the availability of mortgage finance - as measured by down payment ratios - affects the distribution of owner occupancy rates across age groups, especially at the young end. The results are consistent with previous theoretical models and have important implications for the debate on the relation between saving and growth.  相似文献
