通过对玉米油产品过氧化值指标测定过程中的不确定度来源进行分析与评定,得到合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,找到影响测定结果的主要因素,从而有效降低实验误差,提高实验结果的准确性。     

气相色谱法测定蔬菜中拟除虫菊酯农药残留量的不确定度评定

笔者利用气相色谱法测定蔬菜中拟除虫菊酯农药残留的情况,通过数学模型,计算出测定过程中的不确定度的各个分量,从而计算出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度,找出影响测量结果不确定度的主要因素,并系统介绍气相色谱法测定蔬菜中拟除虫菊酯农药残留量的不确定度评定过程。     

酱腌菜中二氧化硫残留量测定的不确定度评定

目的:评定GB/T 5009.34-2003《食品中亚硫酸盐的测定》中盐酸副玫瑰苯胺法测定酱腌菜中二氧化硫含量的不确定度。方法:对盐酸副玫瑰苯胺法测定酱腌菜中二氧化硫含量测定过程中各影响因素进行分析,建立数学模型,确定影响不确定度的因素并对各个因素进行评估,以此计算各变量的不确定度和合成不确定度,最终计算扩展不确定度。结果:当酱腌菜中二氧化硫含量的测定值为98.632 4 mg/kg时,计算得到扩展不确定度为0.609 3 mg/kg,测定结果表示为(98.632 4±0.609 3)mg/kg,k=2,P=95%。结论:盐酸副玫瑰苯胺法测定酱腌菜中二氧化硫含量的不确定度主要由样液中二氧化硫的含量和平行实验结果引起。     

测定压片糖果中铜含量的不确定度分析

采用无火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定压片糖果中铜含量,确定影响测定过程中不确定度的因素,通过对各个不确定度分量的计算合成得出压片糖果中铜含量的相对不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明,该压片糖果中铜含量为0.34±0.02 mg·kg~(-1)(k=2)。     

LC-MS检测化妆品中糖皮质激素的不确定度研究

根据JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评价与表示》对建立液相色谱-质谱测定方法的不确定度评定方式,对糖皮质激素的测定进行不确定度分析。通过对地塞米松测定过程建立数学模型,包括对称重、溶液配制等方面,其中在方法的不确定度评定过程中,应主要考虑不确定度贡献较大的分量,从而简化实验操作步骤,提高工作效率。通过对标准曲线、称量、标准溶液配制、实验人员、环境等因素引入的不确定度进行分析,置信区间为95%时,k=2,得出不确定度结果为UC=31.40mg/mL,地塞米松含量c=（397.45±32.66）mg/mL。     

分光光度法测定乳粉中胆碱含量的不确定度评定

根据《婴幼儿食品和乳品中胆碱的测定》测定乳粉中胆碱的含量,建立分光光度法测定乳制品中胆碱的不确定度数学模型,通过分析其测定的过程,确定影响结果的不确定度的主要分量来源,进行逐一分析并计算,评定出测量结果的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。通过探讨这类测定方法的不确定度计算方法和步骤,建立一种简单、适用的测量不确定度的评估方法。     

高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定动物源性食品中氯霉素不确定度评定

根据GB/T 22338-2008《动物源性食品中氯霉素类药物残留量测定》,通过高效液相色谱-串联质谱法对动物源性食品中氯霉素的测定过程进行分析,确定整个测定过程中影响结果的不确定度来源,对不确定度进行计算及分析,评定出测量结果的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。当样品中氯霉素含量为1.84 mg·kg-1时,取置信水平P=95%,扩展不确定度为0.151 mg·kg-1(k=2),其结果可表示为(1.84±0.151)mg·kg-1,真实反映测量的置信度和准确性,为采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定动物源性食品中氯霉素类药物残留量得出的结果提供可靠的理论依据。     

高效液相色谱法测定果汁饮料中苯甲酸含量的不确定度评定

采用高效液相色谱法测定果汁饮料中苯甲酸的含量,对测定结果的不确定进行了分析。建立了高效液相色谱外标单点定量法测定样品中苯甲酸含量的数学模型,分析了不确定度的来源并给出了量化结果,计算出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定。分析结果表明,当果汁饮料中苯甲酸的含量为104 m g/kg时,其扩展不确定度为3 m g/kg,k=2。     

面包中脂肪含量的不确定度评定

依据GB/T 5009.6-2003《食品中脂肪的测定》建立了数学模型,对面包中脂肪含量进行不确定度评定,建立了不确定度评定程序和方法。通过评定找出了影响面包中脂肪含量测定的主要因素,并对结果进行了讨论,评定程序和方法适用于同类型试验的不确定度评定。     

石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定水样中铬的不确定度

[目的]通过对影响测定结果的不确定度因素的分析和量化,评价石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定水样中铬的不确定度。[方法]调节仪器最佳测定条件,测定铬标准工作溶液系列并依据工作软件自动建立工作曲线和数学模型;连续测量10次水样,根据标准曲线获得未知样品铬浓度;分析石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定水样中铬的误差性质和来源,确定不确定度的主要因素,计算水样中铬的测量不确定度。[结果]扩展不确定度U95=0.016mg/L（Veff=20）。[结论]根据分析仪器的测定数据输出方式建立数学模型,进行不确定度评定,方法直观简明,与实际工作相符合。
