在后现代社会背景下,现代企业的终结以及后现代企业的兴起是历史的必然。后现代企业范式是建立在现代企业范式基础之上的一次革命,其意义堪比库恩所说的“科学范式的革命”。后现代企业的兴起必将催生后现代管理,整合后现代企业与管理理论实乃当代管理学科建设的突破之道。     

运用目标管理提高教育实习管理绩效的研究

价值工程在工程项目评选中的应用

价值工程是一门技术与经济相结合的现代化管理科学,是降低成本提高经济效益的有效方法。建筑工程成本控制与诸多因素相关,工程投资控制不仅包括项目竣工结算的工程造价控制,还包括经济分析、风险分析、项目管理、合同管理等内容。在建筑工程中应用价值工程,对降低建筑成本,合理配置资源,增加建筑产品的科技含量和价值均具有深远的意义。     

香港与国外高校预算管理的特点和启示

目前,我国高校预算管理中存在的一些问题正日益显现,加强高等学校的预算管理不仅对我国高等教育事业的发展具有重要意义,也将是落实科教兴国战略的具体表现。本文通过对香港及国外高校预算管理特点的分析,提出对我国高校预算管理的启示,同时,为"十二五"高校预算管理改革的实施提供意见。     

TOWARDS A CRITICAL MANAGEMENT SCIENCE

This article examines the work of a number of writers who have attempted critical assessments of management science. Each writer has focused on specific areas that any critical management science would need to consider, viz. the origins of values, relations between organizations and society, the historical development of organizations, and the relationship between management science and developments in the capitalist mode of production. In addition these writers have declined to accept existing modes of organization as given, and have avoided the assumption that management science is inherently, or necessarily, manipulative. Each of the writers, however, has displayed several weaknesses in his analysis: thus Churchman fails to locate the management scientist in the society of which he is a part; Hales has no clear or viable alternative other than to call (in effect) for socialism, and makes the erroneous assumption that managerial strategies are necessarily effective; whilst Whitley too seems to have ‘divested management research of its practical dimension’. In conclusion it is pointed out that the actual effects of managerial strategies must be treated as problematic, since they may be modified by various forms of resistance and class struggle, and that developments in the production process may not necessarily be to the detriment of workers.

《管理学》沙盘模拟法探析

管理学是一门研究人类管理活动基本规律的科学,具有实践性、科学性、抽象性等特点。但在管理学的教学过程中,教学方法落后,实践环节薄弱。建构主义所倡导的情境式、体验式对管理学的教学具有重大的理论指导意义。而沙盘模拟法是对企业经营管理活动的一种动态模拟,集参与性、互动性、竞争性于一体,寓教于乐,正是建立在建构主义所倡导的情境式、体验式教学法的基础上。在管理学的教学过程中运用沙盘模拟教学法,可以全面提高学生经营管理的素质与能力。

管理会计是现代企业管理科学中的重要组成部分,它的研究和应用对于我国企业管理水平的提高和加快我国的社会主义现代化进程具有极其重大的现实意义,本文分析了新经济时期管理会计在现代企业管理中应用的迫切性及发展趋势,提出了推广管理会计应用与发展在制度体系、发展环境、人才机构、软件开发等方面需解决的问题及措施,以适应企业现代化管理的发展需要。

标准化是科学管理的重要组成部分,标准化设计不仅提高了工作效率还推动了技术创新和科技的进步。论文通过介绍自控系统标准化的优点,并以天然气压缩机控制系统举例,论述了自动化控制标准化在实际使用中的意义。     

Advancing purchasing as a design science: Publication guidelines to shift towards more relevant purchasing research

Due to rapidly changing business environments, purchasing and supply management (PSM) organisations are constantly confronted with new problems impacting organisational performance. PSM research can address these problems through design science research. Design science is also regarded as the science of the artificial. Design science research is a methodology that aims to systematically generate knowledge for the design, synthesis, testing, and evaluation of human-made artefacts (e.g., tools, interventions, policies) that solve practical problems. PSM artefacts such as the purchasing portfolio matrix invented by Kraljic (1983) represent a valuable opportunity to solve problems in the PSM discipline. However, our artificial-intelligence (AI)-based analysis of the discipline's flagship journal, the Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management (JPSM), indicates that design-oriented publications in PSM are underrepresented, accounting for less than 4% of the total publications. We argue that existing PSM research should be complemented with more design-oriented research, and address the following research question: How can PSM scholars publish more design-oriented research? Our objectives are to (1) provide arguments for advancing PSM as a design science, (2) nurture a better understanding of design science research as a methodology, and (3) propose publication guidelines that enable researchers to present design-oriented research in a management journal.

针对土地资产的特殊性,分析企业土地资产经营,提出企业土地资产盘活的途径,并利用价值分析理论对土地置换盘活企业土地资产做法进行了理论分析,对企业经营管理具有一定科学指导意义。     

Why the Rigour–Relevance Gap in Management Research Is Unbridgeable

In this paper we discuss, on the basis of system theory, the rigour–relevance gap in management research and the proposal to overcome it. From a system theory perspective, social systems are self-referential or autopoietic, which means that communication elements of one system, such as science, cannot be authentically integrated into communication of other systems, such as the system of a business organization. Social systems can only irritate – provoke – each other, i.e. alter conditions in such a way that other systems are forced to respond. Because of the differences between management science and practice it is impossible to assess relevance of research output within the system of science. On the basis of our analysis we show that neither action research nor Mode 2 research nor recent approaches to collaborative research can succeed in producing research that is rigorous as well as relevant. Researchers and practitioners cannot collaboratively produce research, they can only irritate each other. However, sometimes irritations or provocations turn out inspiring.

文章通过对“物流”与“物料”、“物流管理”与“物料管理”两组概念比较分析．从中找出二者的相同点和不同点,发现二者在管理主体、管理客体、管理范围、增值过程、加工深度等方面都存在显著差异．提示我们不宜把物流管理和物料管理两个相近的概念混淆使用。本研究对于深入理解物流学科的本质属性具有一定意义。

高层火灾事故呈明显上升趋势,给国家和人民生命财产造成了极大的损失.本文简要介绍火灾科学的发展进程、高层建筑火灾的特点,指出了高层建筑火灾安全管理的潜在问题及应对措施,并提出火灾安全管理建议.对人员的高效、安全逃生有一定的指导意义.     

行为科学与管理会计研究

在知识经济占主导地位的21世纪行为科学渗透着各个领域,管理会计也不例外,行为科学发展刺激着管理会计,管理会计的时间改革也推动行为科学的发展,一种把知识作为企业最关键的资源、重视人力资源的开发、经营理念的创新、技术的创新、管理创新、以人为本的理念正在不断兴起。本文就管理会计存在的缺陷及其对策,行为科学与管理会计关系,管理会计未来展望等问题进行探讨。     

Promising Futures: CMS,Post‐Disciplinarity,and the New Public Social Science

This paper considers the future prospects for Critical Management Studies and by extension management studies more generally. To explore these, two frameworks from the wider social sciences are deployed. The anchorpoint for the discussion is Michael Burawoy's work distinguishing types of scholarship on the bases of (a) conceptions of knowledge produced by social scientists, and (b) different audiences for that knowledge. Critical Management Studies is founded on critique but its future will be determined by how it makes its way across Burawoy's other domains of professional, policy and public scholarship. To examine this, I draw on John Brewer's recent articulation of the ‘new public social science’. Brewer's problem‐driven, post‐disciplinary approach conceives the public value of social science as its conservation of moral sentiments and sympathetic imagination towards each other as social beings, and its ethical concern about the humanitarian future of humankind. The new public social science is normative and partisan, transgressive, scientific, and impactful. I argue that this provides a potentially fruitful template to guide future management studies. This is a future in which Critical Management Studies – as management studies' critical and emancipatory conscience – has a central role to play.
