本文探究创新网络中不同网络嵌入下和网络间的交互关系对企业探索性创新绩效的影响。基于国家知识产权局上2010—2019年间的信息与通信技术制造业企业的专利数据,分别构建企业发明人合作网络和知识网络,并基于结构视角,分析两种网络结构特征对企业探索性创新绩效的影响,以及知识网络密度对上述关系的调节作用。得到以下结果 :探索性创新绩效与合作网络中心度之间存在倒U型关系,而与合作网络结构洞、知识网络密度具有负向关系;知识网络密度负向调节合作网络中心度对企业探索性创新间的倒U型影响,而会正向调节合作网络结构洞对探索性创新的负向影响。本研究结果为深化创新网络理论提供参考。 相似文献

文章以航空制造业供应链为代表,利用层次回归分析法,探究网络关系嵌入对高端装备制造业供应链协同能力和绩效的影响及其作用机理。研究的结果表明,网络关系嵌入对供应链协同能力各维度均有着显著的正向促进作用。同时,供应链协同能力中同步决策、产品交付及时可靠以及激励联盟均可以显著提升供应链的运作绩效;虽然激励联盟和供应链的运作绩效对供应链的财务绩效有着直接显著的影响,但是同步决策和产品交付及时可靠则需要通过改善供应链运作绩效间接实现对供应链财务绩效的影响。 相似文献

以辽宁省装备制造业为研究对象,通过对供应链治理结构与供应链绩效之间关系的分析得出:关系型和合同型两种治理结构都能对供应链绩效产生正向影响,但随着供应链合作伙伴关系进一步推进,关系型治理对供应链绩效的贡献程度更高。辽宁省装备制造企业应该根据供应链的内部特点、外部环境等积极进行相应治理,来提高供应链响应速度、顾客满意度等,最终提高供应链绩效。此外,辽宁省装备制造业应该准确识别供应链柔性程度,根据其来选择不同类型治理结构,确保能够避免过分依赖合同治理或关系治理来降低供应链合作伙伴关系中效率低下或机会主义风险。 相似文献

我国中小企业银企信贷关系特征表明现有信贷制度决定了中小企业被动嵌入信贷网络,在不考虑灰色关系的情况下,企业与银行的关系节点为信贷员,关系表现为信息在银企之间的相互流动。本文以此为依据建立了银企关系强度与关系质量对企业信贷绩效的理论模型,以嵌入性视角考察中小企业信贷市场中银行与企业的关系,研究银企关系对中小企业获取贷款的影响。实证分析证明关系强度与关系质量对企业的信贷绩效存在正相关关系,后者相对于前者对信贷绩效的影响程度更大。 相似文献

为探索海外仓情境下跨境B2C出口企业绩效的提升路径,以本土化服务能力为中介解释目的国网络嵌入和企业绩效之间的关系,将目的国网络嵌入区分为知识嵌入、商业嵌入和政治嵌入三个维度,把本土化服务能力区分为本土化物流服务能力、本土化分销服务能力和本土化冲突协调能力三个维度,从而构建了“目的国网络嵌入→本土化服务能力→跨境B2C出口企业绩效”模型。基于PLS-SEM结构方程建模方法对问卷调查数据进行实证分析,研究结果表明:海外仓情境下目的国网络嵌入和本土化服务能力对跨境B2C出口企业绩效都具有显著影响;本土化服务能力在目的国网络嵌入对跨境B2C出口企业绩效的影响路径上具有完全中介作用;知识嵌入仅通过本土化物流服务能力的中介对跨境B2C出口企业绩效产生影响。 相似文献

研究以供应链金融为研究视角,结合商业生态系统和网络理论,并基于企业动态能力的能量转化机制,探索了中小企业利用企业网络和企业能力来提高自身融资绩效的有效途径。研究指出,中小企业利用健康的企业网络来提高融资绩效需要经过两个过程,即加入健康的企业网络有助于中小企业提高双元能力,进而提高企业在网络中的地位,最终有助于企业融资绩效的提升。基于295个制造行业的中小企业样本数据,研究证明了双元能力和网络嵌入性在网络健康性与中小企业融资绩效中的链式中介作用。 相似文献

In many industries, including retail, increased complexity of marketing strategies needs to be met with increased efficiency in product delivery, requiring integration across demand and supply facing functions of the firm. For frontline logistics employees (FLEs) of manufacturing firms who are delivering and marketing products in retail stores daily, the ability to understand both the marketing and supply implications of their actions is essential. Despite the importance of cross‐functional integration at the retail frontline, little logistics research has explored how logistics frontline employees interact with managers and each other to integrate knowledge and information. The purpose of this research is to examine the antecedents to cross‐functional integration across demand and supply functions in multiple social networks of the FLE. Mixed methods, including social network analysis, structural equation modeling, and analysis of variance, are applied to test social capital theory hypotheses regarding the impact of relational embeddedness and social mechanisms, socialization and shared interpretation, on individual demand and supply integration across friendship, key enabler, and ideation networks of the frontline employee. 相似文献

This study adopts a business network view to study the effects of subsidiary embeddedness on both subsidiary influence within the MNC and innovation-related business performance. Through Structural Equation Modeling we analyze subsidiary relationships connected to 85 innovation projects. The results show that external and corporate embeddedness are complementary contexts, although they affect subsidiary influence and performance differently. Whereas external embeddedness directly affects innovation-related business performance, corporate embeddedness strengthens the subsidiary's influence within the MNC, which in turn positively relates to performance. Moreover, as the study also finds that external and corporate embeddedness are positively associated, it stresses the issue of simultaneously balancing both external and corporate relationships (i.e., dual embeddedness) to nurture innovation projects. 相似文献

The aim of this paper is to examine the role played by external and internal network embeddedness in the headquarters entrepreneurial orientation of multinational enterprises (MNEs), and the role of the latter in MNE performance. Drawing on responses from CEOs in a sample of 143 European MNEs, our study offers evidence for the antecedent role of network embeddedness on headquarters entrepreneurial orientation on the one hand, and for the positive impact of headquarters entrepreneurial orientation on international performance on the other. Our findings contribute to the network view of MNEs in the international business and international entrepreneurship literature by disentangling the complex phenomenon of entrepreneurship in MNEs, partly explained by its multiple embeddedness in external and internal networks, and by studying its impact on international performance. 相似文献

Exchanges among firms operating in supply chains are complex due to relational embeddedness, i.e., the extent to which relationships, rather than economic rationality, govern firm‐to‐firm interactions. For many years interfirm relationships were assumed to be best managed via coercive tactics. However, for the last two decades much attention has been given in the literature to more relational forms of governance, and recent supply chain research examining relationship nature, magnitude, and type implies the need for an alternative symbiotic explanation for supply chain relationship effectiveness. To address this void in the literature, this article introduces the concept of interorganizational citizenship behaviors (ICB's). Based on a review of literature from multiple business domains, common types of ICB's are identified, and research hypotheses are developed and tested. Future research initiatives and implications for supply chain management practice are also provided. 相似文献

电商交易流量红利趋于放缓的形势下,增强用户嵌入性、创造平台的长期价值成为电商平台治理面临的重要挑战。本文研究信用机制三个要素(印章、评价、契约)对用户嵌入性的递进梯度效应,同时,基于“认知-情感”框架,进一步揭示二者之间的中介机制,即在认知与情感双路径中间构建一条链式中介路径,最终形成双元反向链式中介模型。运用结构方程模型进行实证研究,结果表明:三个要素对用户嵌入性呈现逐级递增的正向影响,其中,风险感知与信任在印章、契约机制与用户嵌入关系中起到链式中介作用;评价机制对用户的信任影响不显著,而信用评价机制的规则设计、内容真实度是难以形成用户信任的主要原因。本研究对于拓展平台信用理论具有重要的启示,并为实践中如何构建信用体系和促进用户深度嵌入到平台进而创造平台的长期价值提供有益视角。 相似文献

Previous studies have investigated alliance networks primarily from two alternative views, a relational view that focuses
on the “strength of strong/weak ties,” or a structural view that refers to a firm’s position and structural embeddedness.
We posit a firm’s network architecture, i.e., the portfolio of strong/weak ties, influences its conduct and performance. From
a resource-based view, the network architecture itself could be a source of sustained competitive advantage. We argue that
both network architecture and duration of a firm can enhance its performance. However, their effects and the interaction are
contingent on different performance outputs. Using strategic alliance networks data from a survey of the manufacturing industry
in China, we examine the performance implications of network architecture. Results suggest that benefits from networks may
evolve with network duration, hence firms should search for optimal network configurations. By integrating an alliance portfolio,
firms with dual network architectures can enjoy both the strengths of strong ties and weak ties and avoid the risks inherent
in a pure strong/weak-tie network. 相似文献
