供应链管理研究的若干问题

通过对供应链管理研究成果的回顾,揭示出供应链管理研究中的若干问题,在此基础上提出自己的认识。就现在所处的国际环境,对目前供应链管理的一些热点问题,如库存管理、物流系统规划、战略伙伴关系管理、绿色供应链、基于电子商务的供应链、供应链建模方法、信息支持技术及供应链绩效评估等,把它们分成三类来对其发展现状进行探讨。     

我国粮食供应链问题研究

当前我国粮食生产规模化水平低,产业化水平低,农民进入市场组织化程度低,粮食生产比较利益低,农业投资严重不足;粮食企业规模偏小,粮食深加工水平偏低,市场不健全,部门分割、地区封锁严重,粮食流通不畅;政府监管干预成效不大,对市场的引导作用有待加强。文章提出,政府必须调整粮食行政管理体制,基于粮食供应链行使管理与调控职能;完善农业管理的法律体系,改革粮食管理制度,建立综合高效的行政管理体制;完善粮食供应链信息网络,逐步建立粮食产量和产能调控机制;加强对粮食种植大户与龙头企业的扶持力度,培育平等合格的粮食市场主体,促进农业中介组织的发展。     

Mapping the Landscape of Future Research Themes in Supply Chain Management

Supply chain researchers are confronted with a dizzying array of research questions, many of which are not mutually independent. This research was motivated by the need to map the landscape of research themes, identify potential overlapping areas and interactions, and provide guidelines on areas of focus for researchers to pursue. We conducted a three‐phase research study, beginning with an open‐ended collection of opinions on research themes collected from 102 supply chain management (SCM) researchers, followed by an evaluation of a consolidated list of themes by 141 SCM researchers. These results were then reviewed by 10 SCM scholars. Potential interactions and areas of overlap were identified, classified, and integrated into a compelling set of ideas for future research in the field of SCM. We believe these ideas provide a forward‐looking view on those themes that will become important, as well as those that researchers believe should be focused on. While areas of research deemed to become most important include big data and analytics, the most under‐researched areas include efforts that target the “people dimension” of SCM, ethical issues and internal integration. The themes are discussed in the context of current developments that the authors believe will provide a valuable foundation for future research.

物流是为实现商品价值,使物质实体从生产者到达消费者之间的物理性活动。通过对供应链管理体系的研究,指出物流是一种统一规划的系统,具有供应链的特征,表现出集约化优势。并进一步带来了物流系统的敏捷性,有效地提高了企业的运作效率,使企业创造更大收益成为可能。供应链管理体系下的物流创新是现代企业发展的趋势。     

Ensuring Impact: Thought Leadership in Logistics and Supply Chain Research

Achieving impact in research is the goal of any singular article and for the journal, in total. This editorial helps to define how impact in scholarship and practice is achieved in the Journal of Business Logistics. We encourage scholars to “get out ahead” of practice by identifying problems that truly matter to industry and to conduct those inquiries using state‐of‐the‐art methods, such that relevance, rigor, and impact are fully realized.     

基于电子商务的供应链管理研究

本文在阐述了供应链管理概念、实质的基础上,探讨了电子商务对供应链管理的影响,提出了基于电子商务的供应链的体系结构并分析了基于电子商务的供应链管理的优势。     

The Impact of Supply Chain Management Research: You Can't Unring a Bell!

With the assistance of 12 guest editors, the Journal of Business Logistics (JBL) has initiated a sequence of special topics forums (STFs) intended to stimulate research on themes that are both fundamental and timely. In an attempt to complement the quality and depth of the impact of research published in JBL, the objective of this strategy is to continue to increase the breadth of the impact of JBL on research in our discipline. A small number of articles have the preponderance of impact: 1% of the articles published in JBL account for over 20% of all JBL citations and half of the articles account for 95% of all citations. Our selection of the STFs is aimed at increasing the breadth of impact of the research published in JBL. Each STF that is discussed in this Editorial addresses relevant and timely research questions that should have a lasting impact on theory and practice.     

面向制造业供应链的管理信息系统

中国制造业在世界制造业的垂直分工体系中仍处于低端位置,一个关键的因素就是我国制造业供应链的竞争力不强,信息化程度不高,无法适应现代制造业供应链管理对信息化的要求。因此,构建制造业供应链管理信息系统就很有必要。基于WEB和工作流管理系统,提出了一种制造业供应链管理信息系统体系结构和功能结构。

本文介绍了企业供应链优化设计问题,并具体探讨了ERP供应链、传统供应链以及基于高级计划与排程APS(Advanced Planning System)的供应链业务流程的优化设计思路。     

基于供应链网络的供应链风险管理研究

阐明了供应链风险管理的重要性,通过建立一个从原材料供应商直到最终用户的多层次的供应链网络模型结构,经过风险识别及风险评估过程,定义了供应链风险指数。并利用数学方法对供应链风险问题进行定量分析,指出了未来研究的展望。     

供应链管理要关注价值链

企业经营范围、企业定位、技术价值评估都需要通过价值链的分析评价和选择,要关注交易价值链、知识价值链、物质价值链的作用,选择合适的合作伙伴,从而实现有效的供应链管理。     

浅谈供应链管理课程实践

供应链管理课程在物流管理专业学生的学习中具有重要地位。本文分析了课程特点和所存在的问题,论述了在具体的教学过程中,如何激发学生自主学习的积极主动性,通过多种教学方式来提高教学效果,并积极培养学生的动手能力。此外,对现有的课程考核方式提出了改进方法,以期对学生的考核更为客观全面。     

A Multidisciplinary Approach to Supply Chain Agility: Conceptualization and Scale Development

Although agility has been identified as one of the most important issues of contemporary supply chain management, the theoretical basis for understanding supply chain agility is fragmented. This research addresses the gap related to the ambiguity surrounding the dimensions and definitions of firm supply chain agility by employing a multidisciplinary literature review to gain an in‐depth understanding of agility. In addition, a comprehensive measurement instrument that draws on the foundations of social and life science theory is developed and empirically validated. The results of the research indicate that firm supply chain agility is composed of five distinct dimensions including alertness, accessibility, decisiveness, swiftness, and flexibility. Based on these elements, a comprehensive definition of firm supply chain agility is developed for further theoretical testing of the concept.     

供应链管理实践、供应链敏捷性对企业绩效的影响研究

市场竞争逐渐由企业间的竞争转化为供应链间的竞争,供应链管理日益受到关注。文章采集163家企业信息进行实证分析,探索供应链管理实践和供应链敏捷性对企业绩效的影响与作用机制。研究结果表明：供应链管理实践对企业绩效具有直接正向影响,供应链管理实践对供应链敏捷性具有直接正向影响,供应链敏捷性对企业绩效具有直接正向影响且在供应链管理实践与企业绩效之间发挥部分中介作用。     

供应链管理的条件

在过去的几年中,无论在理论界还是企业界,人们对供应链管理的兴趣正在迅速增长,而且还将继续,原因是几乎全世界都公认实施供应链管理对现代企业增强竞争力有着举足轻重的作用。但是并不是所有的企业都适合进行供应链管理,企业要想成功实施供应链管理是需要具备一些条件的,本文就是提出了笔者认为三点最重要的条件。

企业推行供应链管理必然面临电子商务这一新环境,电子商务为供应链管理创造了新机会,同时也对供应链管理提出了新挑战,供应链管理必须根据电子商务环境做出相应调整和重构。分析电子商务环境对供应链管理的影响,探讨电子商务环境下供应链设计与重构的方法、原则和步骤,使物流、信息流和资金流发挥最大效能,最终实现理想的供应链。
