毛巾织造企业目前使用无梭毛巾织机织造毛巾织物正在不断增加。无梭毛巾织机从毛圈形成的原理分,可以分为二大类,一类是布动式起毛,一类是筘动式起毛。国内的毛巾织造厂在引进国外的先进毛巾剑杆织机进行性能比较时,遇到这样一个问题:这二种起毛形式究竟哪种好些。布动式起毛装置在毛巾织造过程中,通过经纱的二短一长的前后移动产生毛圈,因此经纱在钢片综的综眼中需要往复移动,对经纱产生附加的磨擦损伤。而筘动式起毛方式没有这种磨损。但以往人们对布动式起毛的这一现象探索较少, 相似文献

This study deals with industrial processes that produce soft drink bottles in different flavours and sizes, carried out in two synchronised production stages: liquid preparation and bottling. Four single-stage formulations are proposed to solve the synchronised two-stage lot sizing and scheduling problem in soft drink production synchronising the first stage's syrup lots in tanks with the second stage's soft drink lots on bottling lines. The first two formulations are variants of the General Lot Sizing and Scheduling Problem (GLSP) with sequence-dependent setup times and costs, while the other two are based on the Asymmetric Travelling Salesman Problem (ATSP) with different subtour elimination constraints. All models are computationally tested and compared to the original two-stage formulation introduced in Ferreira et al. (2009), using data based on a real-world bottling plant. The results show not only the superiority of the single-stage models if compared to the two-stage formulation, but also the much faster solution times of the ATSP-based models. 相似文献

This paper extends previous studies of two-stage lot sizing problems with finite production rates. We develop various lot sizing and inventory batching (i.e., operation–unit batching (OUB) and unit–unit batching (UUB)) models under different system characteristics and lot sizing and inventory policies. The analysis of the optimality of the lot size ratio between the two stages reveals (1) that both non-increasing and non-decreasing lot sizing policies can be optimal in both OUB and UUB, (2) that a non-integer lot size ratio can be optimal in OUB, and (3) that an integer lot size ratio is always optimal in UUB. We present a simple, easy-to-implement, optimal solution approach to the two-stage lot sizing and inventory batching problem, along with examples. 相似文献

An extended economic production quantity (EPQ) model under stochastic demand is investigated in this paper, where a fixed lot sizing policy is implemented to reduce the complexity of production planning and inventory control, and outsourcing with a secondary facility is used to supplement the lot sizing policy and to cope with the random demand. The considered cost includes: setup cost for the batch production, inventory carrying cost, backorder cost when the demand cannot be met immediately during the production period, and outsourcing cost when the total demand is greater than the lot size in one replenishment cycle. Under some mild conditions, the expected cost per unit time can be shown to be convex. Extensive computational tests have illustrated that the average cost reduction of the proposed model is significant when compared with that of the classical lot sizing policy. Significant cost savings can be achieved by deploying the production lot sizing policy with an outsourcing strategy when the mean demand rate is high. 相似文献

随着表面施胶技术的不断发展,SMA类表面施胶剂凭借其优越的性能在现代造纸工业中的地位越来越重要。与传统表面施胶剂相比,它们具有成膜性好、打印质量佳等优点,特别适用于非涂布喷墨打印纸。本实验以美国Hercules和Sartomer公司不同型号SMA表面施胶剂为研究对象,对比研究SMA类施胶剂对纸张物理性能和喷墨打印性能的影响,以得出最佳的SMA表面施胶剂。结果表明,H520在改善纸张物理性能和喷墨打印性能方面要优于其他几种施胶剂,其成膜性好,可降低纸张透气度,提高平滑度和Cobb值,对纸张白度和不透明度影响较小;同时可提高打印色密度,扩大暗调阶调范围;灰度梯级为90%时,密度提高约0.2,墨点清晰度提高5.4%。 相似文献
