财务信息化是煤炭企业管理的核心,财务信息化的建设关系着煤炭企业的生存和发展。文章阐述了目前煤炭企业财务信息化的现状,并对财务信息化建设中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了相应的解决对策和具体要求,以加快煤炭企业财务信息化的建设,提升企业的管理水平。     

Financial Structure: Theories and Stylized Facts for Six Eu Countries

The article provides a survey of one of the most important elements of financial structure, namely credit to firms and households, by means of five distinguished theoretical issues. It is complemented by a survey of relevant stylized facts for six European countries. A cross-country comparison across Europe shows that indirect credit markets with banks as the main players are far more important than direct credit markets, and that the most striking difference in financial structure among the countries considered relates to debt maturity.     

企业融资偏好与融资结构特征的背离：基于农业上市公司态势

运用新的研究思路与方法,对我国农业上市公司的融资偏好与融资结构特征分别进行实证研究,结果发现虽然融资结构特征体现出明显的股权融资依赖性,但企业并不具有股权融资偏好。我国农业企业融资行为基本吻合融资啄食理论的"内源融资——债务融资——股权融资"偏好顺序,融资偏好与融资结构特征之间存在明显的背离现象。     

河南区域金融结构特征的统计描述

在金融促进经济发展的过程中,金融总量的增长与金融结构的变化都作出了贡献,但是金融结构的变化更是一种内在的推动力。通过建立衡量金融结构特征的综合指标体系:金融相关比率、金融结构比率、金融机构存贷比、区域融资结构对河南区域金融结构的特征作出定量分析和定性分析,以期能更为客观、真实的反映河南金融业发展水平,从而能为未来河南金融结构优化提供可以借鉴的依据。     

The Financial Support of Financial Institution to the Western Regional Economy under the Economic Structure Condition of the Geography Dual Economy

One of Chinese economy characteristics is the geography dual-economy structure between the westem and eastem area. A feasible method to improve the structure between the westem and eastem of our country is to study utilizing financial support, especially the financial support function of the medium and small financial institutions in the west, to accelerate the economic development of the western region.

日本财政状况的恶化以及潜在GDP增长率的下降，促使日本必须进行结构改革．只有推行财政结构改革，才能改善财政收支状况，提高潜在增长水平，经济也才能稳定增长．但是，由于日本现在的改革并没有实质性的具体内容，再加上既得权力化的政治阻挠，注定了日本结构改革的道路不会平坦。     

福建省金融结构的测度研究

我国各地区的金融发展水平参差不齐,因此,研究区域金融发展水平能够发现更有实际指导意义的结论。通过讨论如何有效的对金融结构进行测度,有助于深入分析金融结构的测度指标和为金融发展的计量分析提供能够形成正确结论的前提。对福建省1999—2015年的金融结构进行测算和研究,发现从2009年开始,福建省的资本市场发展超过全国平均水平。

Taxes and the Financial Structure of German Inward FDI

The paper analyses the financial structure of German inward FDI. Intra-company loans granted by the parent should be all the more strongly preferred over equity the lower the tax rate of the parent and the higher the tax rate of the German affiliate. We find that the corporate tax rate of the foreign parent has no significant impact on the financial structure of a German subsidiary. However, among subsidiaries that are directly held by a foreign investor those firms that on average are profitable react more strongly to changes in the German corporate tax rate than this is the case for less profitable firms. This gives support to the frequent concern that high German taxes are partly responsible for the high levels of intra-company loans. Taxation, however, does not fully explain the high levels of intra-company borrowing. Roughly 60 per cent of the cross-border intra-company loans turn out to be held by firms that are running losses. 文章对以财务管理环境为起点的广义财务管理理论结构进行了回顾与拓展,进一步明确了财务管理内外部环境的内涵,厘清了"外部财务管理环境——内部财务管理环境——广义财务决策——企业价值"的研究路径。文章通过对已有文献进行梳理,基于拓展的广义财务管理理论框架,结合财务管理环境的新变化及现有研究的不足,提出了相应的研究建议。     

国有企业财务管理的环境与财务关系

国有企业财务管理环境和财务关系在财务管理理论结构中占据重要地位。不同的企业或同一个企业在不同的时期 ,其所面临的财务管理环境是不同的。本文拟对国有企业财务管理的环境和财务关系做一初步探讨。     

Financial Development,Financial Structure,and the Growth Effect of Monetary Policy: International Evidence

This paper investigates how financial development and financial structure affect the growth effect of monetary policy using panel data from 49 countries over the period 1980–2014. We find robust evidence that financial development has a significantly negative impact on the growth effect of monetary policy. We also find that the growth effect of monetary policy tends to be more pronounced as the financial structure of a country becomes more market-based. These results not only add interesting new evidence to the recent literature on the growth effects of monetary policy, but also provide some important insights into the financial determinants of monetary policy effects on economic growth, which have largely been ignored in the previous literature.     

安徽省上市公司财务杠杆对投资支出的影响研究

利用安徽省上市公司2007—2009三年的相关财务数据为样本,在国内外已有理论的基础上对这些上市公司分别进行了三种回归模型的实证分析。通过研究得出的结论认为,在以银行借款比率来表示上市公司财务杠杆水平情况下,安徽省上市公司的财务杠杆水平与投资支出之间存在不显著的负相关性。     

家庭结构对金融资产影响的实证研究

文章利用微观数据分析了家庭结构各维度对家庭金融资产的影响。分析发现,家庭生命周期的不同阶段对金融资产有不同的偏好和需求。家庭平均年龄与家庭存款量呈倒“U”型关系;老年型家庭对金融产品有规避倾向;教育程度的提高有利于金融产品的普及;家庭金融资产在城乡间有很大差别。文章提出了丰富居民理财知识、提高居民受教育程度和健全社会保障体系等政策建议。

文章在全面总结安徽省公共财政结构性调整取得的成功经验与存在的体制性矛盾的基础上．提出了“围绕一条主线，深化三项改革，坚持三个步骤，实现四个转变”的公共财政改革的策略原则。     

上海市金融发展对其产业结构优化的影响研究

金融是经济的核心,在经济发展中的作用日益凸显,对产业结构优化有着深远的影响。文章基于区域金融发展对产业结构调整的经典理论和作用机制,利用ADF检验、协整检验和Granger因果检验对上海市的金融发展水平和产业结构优化程度进行实证研究,探索金融发展水平对产业结构优化的影响,并在此基础上提出了完善金融体系、支持现代服务业发展的对策建议。     

From Worldwide Capital Mobility to International Financial Integration: A Review Essay

To be useful to economists, the definition of worldwide financial integration must refer to its welfare-relevant functions or consequences. What ultimately matters is its contribution to the equalization of current and intertemporal trading opportunities, represented by the cost of financial services, at maximum efficiency levels. Analyzing imperfect financial integration implies identifying the obstacles that prevent such equalization, with a lack of perfect capital mobility being only one of the possible impediments. Focusing on how to achieve international equalization, at least cost, of a broad range of financial services is a necessary change for a literature that has tended to rely on single stock, flow, or price correlations to gauge the degree of financial integration, without viewing it as a continuing microeconomic task with many facets.
