中华五千年文化源远流长,灿烂辉煌。秦汉以降,直至晚清,中国版图辽阔.周边国家附属称臣者众。朝鲜与中国仅一江之隔,自古以来两国交往密切。古朝鲜没有文字.书写皆使用汉字。新罗统一后。始创造朝鲜文字。中国东邻日本与中华一衣带水,两国文化交流频繁.早在秦汉时期日本人民就从中国学会了稻米种植和冶炼金属的方法。隋唐时期.中日交往达到高潮.日本大批遣唐使访华.学习中国先进的文化和典章制度。日本文字最初使用汉字.后利用汉字偏旁改造成51个字母,遂有片假名和平假名。日本在华留学生有许多对中国文化造诣很深.如吉备真备、空海、阿倍仲麻吕(晁衡)等。中国与越南古代即密切交往,直至中法战争后越南方归法国保护。新加坡华人占76%.菲律宾国内华人血统甚多。中华汉文化影响所及,可达东亚和南亚。  相似文献

在古代,东亚地区一直处在以中国为中心的"华夷秩序"体系之下,在"礼"的观念中保持着和平有序的地区往来,形成朝贡册封关系。日本与朝鲜有所不同,它与中国的往来主要体现在文化方面,在政治上却始终保持着相对独立的秩序观。尤其步入近代以后,日本频频挑战传统的"华夷秩序",企图在东亚建立一个以日本为中心的国际秩序。主要研究的是日本自1853年"黑船事件"被迫对外开放至1910年朝鲜完全被日本吞并这段时期的日本国际秩序观,即效仿欧洲的对外扩张,企图控制整个东亚世界的野心。  相似文献

甲午战争前朝鲜是中国最稳定的外藩,与中国保持了稳定的经贸往来。明清两代,中朝两国通过以朝贡贸易为主的经济贸易关系,强化了政治上的宗藩关系,朝鲜成为这种关系的典范,因而备受中方在政治上和经济上的优待,军事上也会给以支援。此外,中国文化还通过茶、瓷、书等载体和渠道,传播到朝鲜,推动双方的文化交流。分析其历史影响,对于今天的中国与朝鲜和韩国之间的经贸合作,具有重大现实意义。  相似文献

礼仪,渗透到生活中的各个部分,而礼仪的发展,也是一个国家文化发展的写照。与古代相比,礼仪方面最明显的一个表现,便是商务礼仪的出现。随着社会生活和时代的不断发展变化,现今社会的任何方面都反映着经济关系的体现。日本,作为经济大国,作为礼仪之邦,更在这种经济和礼仪之间扮演着重要的角色。本文仅对日本商务礼仪作以简单举例分析,从文化角度读解礼仪与文化以及商务方面的关系,并对此种文化现象产生的原因做简单阐述。日本商务礼仪上,可以从语言和行为两个方面进行分别分析。本文就日本商务礼仪上语言的具体体现,以及行为方面的具体体现做以举例说明。第三部分从文化与商务礼仪关系的角度入手,浅谈日本文化就商务礼仪方面的影响体现,最后一个部分则是对这种文化与商务中的影响体现的原因与形式做具体的分析阐述。  相似文献

"黯然销魂者,唯别而已。"古代由于交通不便,通讯极不发达,亲人朋友之间往往一别数载难以相见,故古人特别看重离别。离别之际,人们往往设酒饯别,折柳相送,有时还要吟诗话别。因此离情别绪就成为古代文人一个永恒的主题。在日本,也有很多关于送别的日本汉诗。日本汉诗不仅是日本文学的一种形式和组成部分,而且是以唐诗为代表的中国古代诗歌影响并繁衍到海外的最大一脉分支。它是中日两国人民友好情谊的重要纽带,是中日文化交流的重要成果。意象是诗人创造意境的手段方法,中日古代汉诗都非常重视意象的营造与表达,二者既有共同之处,亦各有其特点,研究二者之间的异同对于中日文化的理解具有重要的意义。  相似文献

This study examines Northeast Asian consumer cultural dimensions and their differences by using Hong Kong, Japanese, and Korean college students as initial data points. While the cultural dimensions of Northeast Asia cannot be represented fully by this limited analysis, these data points provide preliminary insights toward more thoroughly mapping Northeast Asian culture. Common cultural dimensions of normativeness, communitarianism, conservatism, personality expression, and connectedness were identified in this study. Statistically significant differences were found in communitarianism (p < .01), conservatism (p < .001), and connectedness (p < .001). Specifically, Korea is higher than Japan in communitarianism, and Korea and Hong Kong are higher than Japan in conservatism. For connectedness, Japan and Hong Kong are higher than Korea. Also, differences in consumer culture are found. Japan is lower than Korea and Hong Kong in perceptions of promotion and additional values. Korea is higher than Hong Kong and Japan in emotional advertising.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Japan, South Korea and China are the three juggernauts of the East Asian economy. In gross domestic product terms, China is the world’s second largest economy, Japan the third and South Korea the eleventh. Also, Japan and South Korea are the only two of the OECD’s prestigious Development Assistance Committee members from Asia, providing a large combined annual budget to developing countries, and the only two Asian countries of the seven-member 50–20 Club with members with a population of 50 million or more and a per capita GDP of US$20,000 or more. Many studies have offered explanations of this Asian economic and corporate success, although few have attempted to explain the leadership styles in these three countries. Globalization has also changed these economies enormously, leading to the possible convergence with universalism forces and commensurate globalization of their leadership styles. This collection, therefore, presents some of the most recent findings of leadership studies on Japan, South Korea and China in light of this.  相似文献

日本、韩国作为我国的重要经济伙伴和外资主要来源国,对我国投资具有许多共同点,但是由于两国经济发展水平、产业结构和经济景气的差异,对我国产业转移的特点和影响也存在差异。本文在研究日韩两国对我国投资规模和产业分布状况的基础上,实证比较了其对华投资对投资国和东道国经济的关系和影响的异同点,结论表明影响均具有正向性,是双赢而不是威胁性。  相似文献

从亚洲各国资产证券化的发展来看,无论是发行数量还是发行品种,日本、韩国都分列前两位.根据日本资产证券化发展过程中标的资产种类多样、产品设计复杂化和韩国资产证券化过程中政府强有力的信用支持和法制推进作用这些特点,得出日韩资产证券化快速发展的原因主要是政府的大力支持、国际投行的积极参与和其在资产证券化方面拥有高水平人才.我国从日韩资产证券化的发展中得到的启示是:要快速发展资产证券化市场,建立和完善相关法律法规,加强证券化标的资产的市场建设,积极学习外国先进经验,培养相关学科知识密集型人才.  相似文献

本文在考察中日韩区域内贸易现状的基础上,利用贸易引力模型对其贸易流量的影响因素以及进一步合作的潜力进行研究。研究显示,人均收入水平、距离因素对出口贸易量影响最大,同时,中日韩之间贸易存在着巨大的发展空间,特别是中国对韩国、日本对韩国、韩国对日本的出口潜力极大。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This study analyses the relationship between formal voice mechanisms and prosocial voice among portfolio career workers (PCWs) in Japan and Korea. We particularly focus on the leadership activities of managers as human resource management agents and issue sellers. Under similar conditions, data on 400 and 409 PCWs in Japan and Korea, respectively, are gathered through web-based longitudinal surveys conducted in 2017 and 2018. The findings are threefold. First, when PCWs perceive that formal voice mechanisms are activated, they also rate the levels of their managers’ issue-related leadership activities more highly. Second, when PCWs evaluate the issue-related leadership activities of managers as being at a high level, they perceive that employment relations are based on a social exchange relationship. Third, when PCWs perceive employment relations based on a social exchange relationship, they provide their prosocial voice more actively. These results are discussed relative to the internal labour market models of Japan and Korea.  相似文献

本文利用联合国服务贸易数据库2000-2010年中日韩之间的双边服务贸易数据,分别测算了日中、日韩、中韩之间的服务业产业内贸易水平,实证考察了日本服务贸易对各国经济的影响。结果显示日中与日韩的服务业产业内贸易水平均明显高于中韩且细分部门互补,日本服务贸易发展对各国的经济增长都有实际的正向影响。  相似文献

利用出口相似性指数分别从产品和市场两个角度分析了中国与日本、韩国农产品贸易竞争关系的强弱及其变化趋势。结果表明:中国与日本、韩国农产品贸易的产品相似性指数高于市场相似性指数,农产品出口市场结构的巨大差异决定了中国与日本、韩国的农产品贸易关系不是以竞争为主;中国与日本、韩国农业领域内的合作将有利于强化产品差异、缓解农产品竞争程度。  相似文献

The attitudes of elementary school children towards school lunch among three Asian countries, namely Japan, Korea and Thailand, were compared. More school children in Japan felt that their teachers gave them advice during the school lunch programme. Japanese and Korean teachers advised their children to eat as much as possible of the lunch. Korean children may be a little more obedient with regard to heeding the advice. However, few teachers in Thailand gave the children advice over eating lunch, and the Thai children looked forward to and enjoyed the school lunch. The different responses between Thailand and other two countries may be attributed in part to the differences in the teachers' instruction in the programme. Elementary school teachers, especially in Thailand and Korea, have to take more classes in food and nutrition in universities or colleges, and positively take part in the school lunch programme.  相似文献

With globalization increasing, diversity management has emerged as an important workplace issue, even in the traditionally non-diversified companies of Japan and Korea. These companies will need to pay more attention to diversity management as a potentially competitive resource. Most of the existing studies in diversity have been conducted in the United States, and thus may not represent the situations of Asian countries, such as Japan and Korea, in which cultural values significantly differ and the labor force is highly homogeneous. The current research describes the realities of diversity management practices in Japanese and Korean companies, and empirically examines how the practices influence employees’ attitudes at the workplace. The results indicate that diversity management practices trigger positive effects on employees’ organizational commitment, which was mediated by their perception of procedural justice.  相似文献
