农村土地流转交易关系中流出方续约倾向研究——基于社会网络理论和渠道行为理论

针对我国农村土地流转交易关系不稳定的现状,文章以提高农村土地流出方的续约率为着眼点,运用社会网络理论和渠道行为理论研究农村土地流转交易关系的稳定性,分析农地流出方人际关系网络密度与网络中心性对农地流入方的渠道权力应用方式的影响关系,进而分析农地流入方的渠道权力应用方式对农地流出方续约倾向的影响关系,利用结构方程模型在实地调查的基础上对以上影响关系进行实证检验。认为流出方的人际网络密度对流入方的渠道权力应用方式影响显著,流出方的人际网络中心性对流入方的渠道权力应用方式影响不显著,流入方的渠道权力应用方式对流出方续约倾向影响显著,并据此结论提出建议:保护农地流出方的利益,降低流入方的农地投资风险,提高流转交易关系的稳定性。

Food contamination incidents: what do consumers seek online? Who cares?

• Consumers can play an active role in managing their health during food contamination incidents. With the popularity of the internet, consumers may seek online information to minimize health risks associated with the incidents. This study examines information demand and supply for consumers' online‐information seeking by investigating the search queries commonly used by consumers during the incidents and returned first page search results. We use a stage of change model to frame our hypotheses about information demand and stakeholder and agenda setting theories to frame our hypotheses about information supply. Results show that consumers' information seeking may progress through stages of precontemplation (seeking no special information), contemplation (seeking information related to the facts of the incidents), preparation and action (seeking information related to safety precautions and practices), and maintenance and termination (seeking no special information). Mainstream news media play the most important role in providing online information related to the facts of the incidents during the contemplation stage of consumers' information seeking. Online citizen journalism is the major online source for information related to safety precautions and practices during the preparation and action stage of information seeking. A diversity of other stakeholders also provide online information related to the incidents but are not primary information sources for consumers. We suggest that stakeholders, especially those who are responsible for providing accurate and timely information to consumers such as government agencies, establish online marketing strategies to make their information more accessible by consumers. 孙悟空出山学艺为的是"得长生不老,注天人之列",习成本领后大闹天宫被压五指山,他为了实现自身社会地位的变更和自己的社会价值而加入西天取经的团队,这是本论文阐述的第一个方面即孙悟空以西天取经为自我实现途径的原因;及他在取经途中表现的勇敢、拼搏、忠心耿耿等人格特征既体现我国传统的忠烈人格又体现了人本主义心理学自我实现的理论观点,这是本论文的第二个着眼点。     

子公司自主性对公司绩效的影响——连锁董事的调节作用

基于资源依赖理论,本文选取2013—2017年A股上市公司为研究样本,研究子公司自主性对公司绩效的影响。研究结果表明:子公司自主性与公司绩效呈正相关关系,连锁董事企业数量积极调节子公司自主性与公司绩效之间的关系。进一步研究发现,连锁董事的数量与质量(连锁企业数量与复合连锁董事)在非国有企业中对两者的调节作用更为显著,在增加稳健性检验之后结论仍然成立。研究结论为母子公司的协同发展提供了理论指导。

Classification of various attacks and their defence mechanism in online social networks: a survey

Due to the popularity and user friendliness of the Internet, numbers of users of online social networks (OSNs) and social media have grown significantly. However, globally utilised, social networks are the consequence of the lack of understanding of secrecy and protection on OSN and media has increased. Secrecy and surety of OSNs need to be inquired from various positions. According to recent studies, OSN users expose their private information such as email address, phone number etc. In this paper, we have presented a high-level classification of recent OSN attacks for recognising the problem and analysing the blow of such attacks on World Wide Web. We have also discussed OSN attacks on different social networking web applications by citing certain recent reports such as Kaspersky security network and Sophos security threat report. We also offer some simple-to-implement user practice tips to protect the system and user’s information. In addition to this, we have discussed a comprehensive analysis of numerous defensive approaches on OSN security. Lastly, based on the acknowledged strength and faults of these defensive approaches, we have explained open research issues.

融资约束、代理成本与企业慈善捐赠——基于企业所有权视角的分析

在衡量企业融资约束程度的基础上,理论分析并实证检验了不同所有权企业融资约束、代理成本和慈善捐赠的关系。结果表明,企业的代理成本与慈善捐赠呈正相关关系,即企业代理成本越严重,慈善捐赠水平越高;但融资约束能够发挥一定的治理作用,从而弱化企业代理成本对捐赠水平的正向影响;虽然民营企业具有更强的慈善捐赠偏好,但融资约束对民营企业代理成本导致的捐赠行为具有更强的约束效应。

基于需要层次理论的我国高校教师薪酬满意度分析

高校教师的薪酬满意度对于教师积极性的提升、创新性的发挥、工作绩效的增长及高校综合竞争力的提高有着很重要的作用。本文基于需要层次理论,以安徽省4所高校为样本,通过实证调研来分析高校教师薪酬满意度的现状,并提出相应的建议,以提高高校教师的满意度,同时为我国高校人事分配制度改革提供参考。
