关于我国新型城镇化的几点思考

我国传统城镇化进程中,出现了许多矛盾和问题,城镇化模式转型已经刻不容缓,新型城镇化要正确处理好政府和市场之间的关系,做好科学规划,坚持以人为本,注重城镇化的质量,注意保护耕地和环境,走持续发展的道路。     

The internal financial law set

We investigate the structure of the sets of internal discount vectors of integer maturities financial projects, in view of the use of internal financial laws in evaluating projects and portfolios. We prove some existence results in general and for internal discount vectors of special kinds. In particular we distinguish among internal discount vectors with respect either to time dominance preservation, or to the time distribution of their interest rates.

Riassunto Si studia la struttura degli insiemi dei vettori impliciti di attualizzazione delle operazioni finanziarie a scadenze intere, tenendo conto dell'uso delle leggi finanziarie implicite nella valutazione di operazioni e di portafogli. Si ottengono alcuni risultati di esistenza di vettori impliciti di attualizzazione sia in generale, sia per vettori impliciti di attualizzazione con caratteristiche speciali. In particolare distinguiamo fra vettori impliciti di attualizzazione rispetto alla conservazione della dominanza temporale o alla distribuzione temporale dei loro tassi di interesse.

Some ideas and models in reliability theory

Summary Some questions about the meaning of reliability for the design of complex systems are discussed. Should the ideas of reliability be put in a broader framework, becoming applicable also to nontechnical systems, like a government organisation? In the mnd chapter some rather new failure models are reviewed and an interesting derivation of the Weibull distribution is discussed.

Evaluating new product ideas….systematically

Survival, growth, and the creation of a comparative advantage are all important concerns of smaller enterprises. In order to address those concerns, new product ideas must be found, screened, and developed, but over 80% of these enterprises do not, according to a survey, have a systematic process to carry out these tasks.This paper suggests potential sources for finding new product ideas and presents a simple model, which has been tested extensively, that may be used to screen them. This systematic approach, the authors conclude, should help to minimize the costs and risks of developing products that are likely to fail in the marketplace.     

Implating new industrial product ideas into operating companies

Few companies seem to expect any important business opportunites to arise from industrial product ideas not generated by themselves or in the market place where they operate. At least they are not organized for receiving and evaluating incoming product proposals which were not asked for. Any inventor or researcher trying to implant new product ideas in operating companies will therefore be involved in tedious discussions. Solid arguments of good business opportunities were found necessary but insufficient for achieving a high rate of adoption.These are some important results of an action research program carried out in Sweden.

Some aspects of modeling and statistical inference for financial models

Modeling the stock price development as a geometric Brownian motion or, more generally, as a stochastic exponential of a diffusion, requires the use of specific statistical methods. For instance, the observations seldom reach us in the form of a continuous record and we are led to infer about diffusion coefficients from discrete time data. Next, often the classical assumption that the volatility is constant has to be dropped. Instead, a range of various stochastic volatility models is formed by the limiting transition from known volatility models in discrete time towards their continuous time counterparts. These are the main topics of the present survey. It is closed by a quick look beyond the usual Gaussian world in continuous time modeling by allowing a Levy process to be the driving process.

从金融资源空间布局、金融与其他产业的关联性以及金融对经济增长的DEA效率等方面,该文分析了北京金融对经济的整体支持情况与各区县支持情况,发现北京金融业发展的波动性、金融业与其他产业的较低关联性及各区县金融资源空间布局的不平衡性不利于新常态经济增长。建议顶层做好总体规划,同时,各区县应根据整体发展需要与自身优势,提高金融对经济增长的支持效率与质量。     

Re‐evaluating the concept of working time: an analysis of recent case law

Controversy abounds the Working Time Directive seven years since its implementation as the European Commission seeks to unpick the compromise that led to the notorious individual opt‐out from maximum weekly working time. This article explores the roots of that controversy in the context of the Court of Justice’s expansive interpretation of the concept of ‘working time’. To what extent is it possible to maintain a health and safety guarantee but allow for more flexibility in the organisation of working time for individual workers in an increasingly heterogeneous working environment?
