加强外汇运费核算 节约外汇运费支出

目前,我对资出口贸易多以C&F.或C.I.F.价格条件成交,海运外汇运费就成为货物售价的一个重要组成部分。运费支出的多少,直接影响到货价的高低,而货价的高低,既关系到我货竞争能力的大小,又关系到我出口净收汇的实际成果。尤其是近年来,美元等货币连连贬值,石油燃料价格飞涨,我外汇运费的支出越来越多。因而运费占出口售价的比重也越来越大。据上海轻工进出口分公司统计,73年为7%,74年为9.6%,75年上半年增为15.8%。又据76年上半年,辽宁轻工进出口分公司对玻璃器皿和皮布箱实际支付外汇运费的核算,二者分别占收汇37.4%和44.45%。据同年辽宁粮油食品进出口分公司对干装苹果、蕃茄酱、茄汁黄豆三种罐头外汇运费的调查,运费占收汇的比重一般都在20—40%,多的占到49.74%。而更为惊人的是有些商品的外汇运费竟     

我国食用菌罐头出口下滑的趋势与原因分析

从20世纪80年代初开始,双孢蘑菇一直是我国罐头产品中出口创汇的排头兵,出口量占到全球贸易量的一半以上,在世界食用菌罐头贸易中占有举足轻重的地位.可以说,我国的食用菌罐头已经形成了一种独特的工业体系,发展前景较好,出口市场也呈现出多元化的特点.但是,近年来因无序竞争、创新能力不足以及国际贸易摩擦等问题造成我国食用菌罐头出口量的持续下滑,逐渐影响到我国食用菌罐头产业的健康发展.本文通过分析我国食用菌罐头出口下滑的现状及原因,提出改善我国食用菌罐头出口下滑的对策.     

罐头食品的三大发展趋势

<正> 据市场专家分析,明后两年罐头食品将向以下三个方面发展: 一、蔬菜罐头将成为市场主流。由于全球性蔬菜消费量剧增,价格上涨,在各类罐头中蔬菜量将大幅度上升。预计今后蔬菜罐头的出口量将占整个罐头出口量的70％以上,国内蔬菜罐头的销售量将占罐头产量的40％以上。 二、具有独特风味的罐头备受青睐。一是野味罐头,如野生食用菌罐头;二是特种罐头,如营养、减肥、药膳罐头包括食用菌等;三是水产罐头,如凤尾鱼、银鱼以及深海鱼类等。     

我国罐头工业的发展前景

我国罐头食品产量40年增加4千多倍罐头工业是我国食品工业主要行业之一。我国的罐头工业始于1906年,上海泰丰食品公司是第一家罐头食品加工厂,此后,在少数省市建立了几个工厂,但规模小,手工操作多,产销量甚微,1949年全国罐头食品年产量仅484吨。新中国成立后,随着国民经济的恢复和发展,罐头食品产量逐年增长。特别是党的十一届三中全会以来,农村经济体制改革和对外开放等一系列政策的实施,经济作物种植面积扩大和单位面积产量大幅度增加.为罐头工业提供了适销品种的原料,如蘑菇、芦笋、蕃茄、黄桃等等。因此。罐头食品生产和出口有了迅速发展。1993年罐头食品的总产量达225.75万吨,"七五"(1986～1990年)计划期间,累计总产量为936万吨,出口263万吨,创汇约30亿美元。1993年出口创汇8亿多美元,占国际市场份额7%
