流动性约束对中国农户创业行为有着切实的阻碍作用。通过分别利用"家庭土地出租收入"和"礼金收入"作为工具变量来克服流动性约束变量的内生性问题,基于晋、甘、浙三省农户的研究表明:流动性约束对中国农民是否选择创业以及选择何种创业类型具有显著的、一致的阻碍作用;此外,只有源于正规金融部门的流动性约束才对农户是否选择创业和创业类型产生抑制性作用,而非正规金融部门的流动性约束则不会对农户创业行为产生抑制作用。因此,旨在增加农民收入的创业扶持政策应该更加注重畅通农户通过正规金融渠道缓解流动性约束,而不应过分强调非正规金融渠道的作用。  相似文献

本文基于一个内含购房决策的两阶段家庭最优消费模型,首次将房价上升对居民消费倾向影响的财富效应、流动性约束效应和替代效应综合在统一的理论框架内.通过推导代表性家庭的购房时间和在租房和自有房两个阶段的最优消费路径并进行数值模拟,我们发现房价上升时租房家庭因推迟购房而增加当期消费,自有房家庭则因住房收益的增加而增加当期消费.基于国家统计局住户调查数据的实证研究进一步证明,房价上升总体上导致我国城镇居民消费倾向上升.本文最后提出了谨慎抑制房价并通过发展质量优良的公租房提升居民居住满意度和幸福感的政策建议.  相似文献

进入21世纪,以家庭财富管理业务为主要代表的金融服务产品、服务方式创新,已经成为广大金融机构调整结构、加快转型的主攻方向。从国际情况看,金融市场日渐成熟,金融创新日趋活跃,投资方式和投资工具不断增多,商业银行经营模式开始向客户主导型转变,风险小、投入低、收益高、见效快的私人或家庭财富管理业务快速发展。从国内情况看,家庭财富管理已经成为促进金融机构深化改革创新,转变传统单一盈利模式,提高综合竞争力的“重要抓手”。因此,大胆探索如何创新中国家庭财富管理金融改革、如何创新中国家庭财富管理服务方式,不仅是认真贯彻落实强国富民政策的迫切需要,充分体现民生为本、鼓励增加居民财产收入、全面建设小康社会的必然要求,而且更是中国经济金融改革发展进程中必须解决的现实问题。下面,笔者就中国商业银行创新家庭财富管理的问题进行初步探讨。  相似文献

基于CFPS2018数据,借鉴家庭资本理论,运用熵值法计算家庭资本得分及其各分维度水平,采用二元Logistic模型实证分析了家庭资本对家庭创业决策的影响及其城乡差异。研究发现:家庭资本显著促进家庭创业决策;家庭文化资本对家庭创业决策的影响存在显著的城乡差异。据此,本文提出多维度提升家庭资本水平、重点关注农村家庭资本综合提高等对策,以促进城乡家庭创业的积极性。  相似文献

理论分析显示,服务业的发展将通过提高居民收入和改善收入分配等路径促进居民消费增长。本文引入路径分析方法,设计了两个步骤的实证方案:第一步,验证居民收入、收入分配对居民消费的影响;第二步,验证服务业发展与居民收入和收入分配的关系。同时,利用中国29省(市、区)1993-2010年的面板数据进行了计量检验。在此基础上,进一步分析了产业政策对服务业发展与居民消费关系的影响。结果表明,以2001年政策颁布为分界:2001年之后,服务业发展对居民消费产生了更大的促进作用。因此,产业结构优化升级和扩大消费需求具有内在一致性,而政策支持可以放大其积极效果。  相似文献

In this paper, we argue that national culture is important in interpreting the differences of entrepreneurial activities between countries. Furthermore, national wealth plays a moderating role between national culture and entrepreneurial activities. Datasets from the Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness (GLOBE) project and Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) study were analyzed. We find that there are interaction effects between GDP, a proxy for national wealth, and several cultural dimensions on entrepreneurial activities. More traditional cultural variables (in-group collectivism, humane orientation, and power distance) enhance early-stage and established entrepreneurship in low- and medium-GDP countries, but hinder early-stage and established entrepreneurship in high-GDP countries. More modernistic cultural variables (performance orientation, future orientation, and uncertainty avoidance) promote high-growth and high-innovation entrepreneurship in some situations, especially in high-GDP countries. Several drivers of entrepreneurial aspirations and entrepreneurial motivations are investigated using country-level data from the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) for the years 2005 and 2006. We estimate a two-equation model explaining aspirations using motivations and socioeconomic variables, and explaining motivations using socioeconomic variables. We find that countries with a higher incidence of increase-wealth-motivated entrepreneurs tend to have a higher prevalence of high-job-growth and export-oriented entrepreneurship and that a country’s level of social security relates negatively to the prevalence of innovative, high-job-growth, and export-oriented entrepreneurship. We also find that the increase-wealth motive mediates the relationship between socioeconomic variables and entrepreneurial aspirations.

本文以49起外资并购中国上市公司的事件和52起国内并购事件为样本,运用事件研究法对外资并购和国内并购的财富效应进行了比较研究。研究结果表明:从总体上看,外资并购公司股东获得的累积超额收益要大于国内并购公司股东获得的累积超额收益,尤其在并购公告前后的几个短期累积区间内,外资并购的累积超额收益(CAR)要显著高于国内并购。  相似文献

Existing studies on the assessment of shareholders' gains in takeovers have not taken the characteristics of the prevailing economic activity period into consideration. This study investigates the wealth effects to shareholders in the event of a merger and acquisition transaction by analysing 124 cases in the UK. The paper differs from previous studies in that it examines the abnormal returns found in two different economic periods. These include a boom period, characterised by high merger activity era (HMAE) and a trough period, characterised by low merger activity era (LMAE). The sample firms were categorised into friendly mergers and hostile takeovers— both successful and unsuccessful. The empirical findings derived from this work revealed that upon the differentiation of the two periods, the wealth effects to shareholders in the different transactions is related to the prevailing performance of the economy.  相似文献

Recent research highlights that founders' early decisions and the environmental conditions at founding each imprint upon a new venture in ways that affect growth and survival. However, we know much less about how the entrepreneur is imprinted and how the outcome of this imprinting process influences the entrepreneur and the venture. Through semi-structured interviews and content analysis, our study examines entrepreneurs' formative experiences during sensitive periods of transition, which we refer to as sources of imprint. We illustrate how these sources of imprint impact entrepreneurial decision making and explain how they guide entrepreneurs' decisions as they progress through their entrepreneurial careers. In doing so, we improve our understanding of how entrepreneurs navigate the entrepreneurial process.  相似文献

本文将物价变动和家庭非消费支出明确纳入了分析家庭消费行为的理性预期—持久收入分析框架,构建了一个在物价变动环境下居民家庭消费跨期优化的理论模型,在此基础上按收入等级分类的住户调查伪面板数据对中国城镇居民家庭的消费行为进行计量分析.理论和实证分析的结果表明:影响中国城镇居民家庭消费支出的因素主要有上期消费的惯性作用、家庭实际可消费收入水平及其增长和通货膨胀的速度.近些年来,中国城镇居民家庭消费需求不足引致内需不振的最主要的原因是城镇居民家庭可消费收入增长慢于人均GDP的增长速度,其次是物价特别是住房价格的快速大幅上涨.  相似文献

Optimistic overconfidence (OO), that is, being certain of success only to end up disappointed, represents a potentially catastrophic error. However, few studies have identified which entrepreneurial actions are associated with it. To explore this issue, we examined 55 small companies and found that OO of product success was positively related to introducing products that required more resources and were more pioneering. Furthermore, satisfaction with company performance had a curvilinear (U-shaped) relationship with overconfidence. Both high and low levels of satisfaction were associated with greater OO in product introductions. In addition, the bias was positively correlated with entering hostile environments; that is, environments that are characterized by intense competition that threatens a firm and its introductions. Contrary to expectations, however, OO was negatively associated with environmental dynamism; defined as environments that embody frequent and large changes. The research also compared general knowledge overconfidence to OO, concluding that each represents a distinct bias with distinct effects.  相似文献
