互联网时代,组织越来越呈现出动态网状自组织结构特征,面对以客户价值创造为企业出发点和归宿点的企业生存价值取向,领导必须改变以往上对下的领导模式,代之以"价值服务型"领导模式,服务于价值创造的整个过程.通过对价值服务型领导内涵的分析以及与其他相关领导理论的对比,初步提出了价值服务型领导的理论构想,探索了新时代下领导模式的可能发展趋势.  相似文献

现实中,服务型领导行为往往不太常见,人们往往把服务和领导当作两个相互矛盾的概念。然而,Greenl eaf率先提出的"服务型领导"思想则完全改变领导者高高在上的观点。文章围绕服务型领导的概念和构成维度、服务型领导的影响因素以及对员工态度、行为、绩效的影响进行了文献综述,研究得出服务型领导构念是由多个维度构成,影响服务型领导的因素包括领导者个人特质、环境及与员工之间的信任关系,服务型领导能提高员工工作满意度、组织承诺、工作绩效及对领导的信任度,降低员工工作倦怠、反生产行为的结论。  相似文献

本文从服务型领导和家长式领导的比较出发,以315份问卷调查数据为研究对象,运用SPSS 17.0和LISREL 8.70进行统计分析,结果发现虽然服务型领导和家长式领导对员工的工作满意度、组织公民行为有显著的正向影响,对工作场所偏离行为有显著的负向影响,但服务型领导比家长式领导更能提高员工的工作满意度和组织公民行为,更能减少员工的工作场所偏离行为,即服务型领导比家长式领导对中国大陆企业员工具有更高的领导效能。  相似文献

本文基于文献和理论梳理,构建了服务型团队领导对团队绩效影响的调节—中介模型,研究模型表明:(1)服务型领导与团队绩效显著正相关;(2)服务型团队文化和团队工作满意度分别在服务型领导影响团队绩效的过程中起中介作用,并且服务型团队文化和团队工作满意度之间存在相互促进的关系;(3)团队差序氛围调节了服务型领导与团队绩效之间通过团队工作满意度的间接关系,形成了被调节的中介,对于差序氛围比较浓重的团队,这一间接关系相对较强,反之则较弱;(4)团队差序氛围调节了服务型领导与团队绩效之间通过服务型团队文化的间接关系,形成了被调节的中介,对于差序氛围比较浓重的团队,这一间接关系相对较强,反之则较弱.  相似文献

随着知识经济的到来,人力资源管理方式发生了改变,服务型领导和组织公民行为是提高组织效率的两个重要因素,越来越受到关注。文章在回顾已有文献基础上进行整理,从服务型领导和组织公民行为的概念、测量维度以及对相关实证研究对现有成果进行系统总结,分析目前服务型领导对组织公民行为影响研究的不足,并对未来研究方向进行了展望,希望为该领域今后的研究提供一个参考。  相似文献

服务型领导理念的含义及影响力。首先,对服务型领导理念在高校基层党组织建设中实施原因进行分析:实施该理念与党的宗旨要求具有一致性;新形势下,高校管理及师生呼吁新的领导理念来指导基层组织建设;实施领导服务理念具备客观条件、先天优势和可行性。其次,以经贸学院的实践为例,介绍了高校基层党组织以服务理念为指导,制定服务教师、服务学生的可行性措施,明确了“为谁服务”、如何服务,并取得显著成效,证明了在高校基层党建中实施服务型领导理念的可行性和有效性。文章最后指出,该理论的实施不可能一蹴而就,并且如何在高校中推广普及,并将该理念转化为领导者的工作信念和工作自觉将会成为下一个研究课题。  相似文献

动态环境背景下,主动变革行为日益成为人力资源管理关注的热点。本文基于工作中个人成长整合模型探讨了服务型领导对员工主动变革行为的影响机制和边界条件。并通过对262份有效样本的实证分析表明:服务型领导对员工主动变革行为具有显著的正向影响;工作繁荣在服务型领导与员工主动变革行为间起部分中介作用;高水平的心理安全氛围显著增强工作繁荣对员工主动变革行为的正面影响。最后提出如下建议:建立为下属服务的激励机制,营造为下属服务的企业氛围;从学习和活力两方面,采取措施激发工作繁荣体验;建立容错机制,注重员工的心理安全感建设等建议。  相似文献

Abstract

The present study examines the relative influence of two distinct leadership styles, servant leadership and entrepreneurial leadership, on the organizational commitment and innovative behavior of employees working in social enterprises. Analyzing data from 169 employees and 42 social entrepreneurs, we found that, although servant leadership was positively related to followers’ organizational commitment, the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and organizational commitment was insignificant. In contrast, whilst we found evidence that entrepreneurial leadership was positively related to followers’ innovative behavior, the relationship between servant leadership and employees’ innovative behavior was insignificant. Our research contributes to the underdeveloped literature on leadership in social enterprises by exploring the relative effectiveness of different leadership styles (namely an entrepreneurial leadership style and a servant leadership style) in promoting follower work attitudes and behaviors in social enterprises. In addition, our research demonstrates the importance of leadership over and above followers’ individual differences such as pro-social motivation and creative self-efficacy.  相似文献

The present study investigates the impact of servant leadership as perceived by followers on their work‐to‐family enrichment (WFE) by focusing on the mediating role of organizational identification and the moderating role of work climate for sharing family concerns. The results from a field survey of 230 married managers in China provide full support for our hypotheses, indicating that perceived servant leadership is positively related to WFE; this relationship is also mediated by organizational identification. In addition, work climate for sharing family concerns attenuates the effects of servant leadership on organizational identification and WFE. The tough-talking, take-charge, individualistic view of public leadership is alive and well throughout the world, despite the enthusiasm of leadership scholars for more shared, relational, and collectivist views. The times therefore seem especially appropriate for assessing the state of public leadership theory and research and charting a path forward to enhance understanding of the continued appeal of Great Person leadership and the promise of collective leadership. This essay considers the current public leadership context, highlights distinctive characteristics of public leadership, and provides an overview of recent public leadership research through a collective lens. We call for more attention to leadership theory from within public management and the broader leadership fields and to public value and public values in leadership theorizing and research. We suggest public leadership scholars roam more freely through the disciplines and experiment with a variety of methods beyond the traditional case study.  相似文献

abstract    This paper examines the development and initial validation of a multidimensional measure of servant leadership behaviour (Servant Leadership Behaviour Scale). Both qualitative and quantitative studies are reported to establish preliminary psychometric properties for the new 35-item, six-dimension measure. The resultant servant leadership model is characterized by its service orientation, holistic outlook, and moral-spiritual emphasis, thereby extending current models of servant leadership and existing works on contemporary leadership approaches. Theoretical contributions, practical implications, and future research directions are discussed in the concluding section of the paper.  相似文献

This article examines the impact of two facilitating conditions for boundary-spanning behaviour in urban governance networks. While research on boundary spanning is growing, there is little attention for antecedents. Combining governance network literature on project management and organizational literature on facilitative and servant leadership, we examine two potential conditions: a facilitative project management style and executive support. We conducted survey research among project managers involved in urban governance networks in order to test these relationships. We found positive relationships between facilitative project management and boundary-spanning behaviour, while executive support indirectly, via facilitative management, contributed to boundary-spanning behaviour.  相似文献

Knowledge creation is a dynamic activity where new ideas and meanings are created through coaction and interactive relationships. However, due to overemphasis on competitive spirit and individualistic orientation, knowledge organizations ignore the significance of people and relationships. Extending a relational perspective, this article proposes a model of servant leadership for facilitating knowledge creation through sharing leadership responsibilities with followers resulting in mutual influence and direction, and inculcating caring relationships. It ensures greater exchange of ideas, experiences, and expertise between servant leaders and followers that result in the generation of new knowledge. By constructing this model we have explained various processes with several propositions showing relationships between servant leadership and shared leadership, shared leadership and knowledge creation, servant leadership and caring relationships, and caring relationships and knowledge creation.  相似文献

The objective of this research project was to develop a validated scale to measure Level 5 Leadership using the Collins ( 2005 ) Level 5 attributes. An expert panel reduced the 99 attributes from Collins to 74. The 349 participants evaluated their bosses on a 10‐point semantic differential scale for each attribute. A review of the literature suggested that Level 5 leadership and servant leadership represent the same concept; thus the study used a 10‐item servant leadership scale to check for concurrent validity. Additionally, Collins proposed eight untested questions to determine if individuals qualify as Level 5 leaders. Principal component analysis resulted in two factors that explained 55.2% of the variance; these factors matched Collins's proposed personal humility and professional will constructs. The final instrument contains five attributes of personal humility and five attributes of professional will that yield Cronbach alphas of .83 and .83, respectively. The analysis also revealed statistically significant positive relationships between the Level 5 attributes, servant leadership, and a single factor that represented Collins's eight questions.  相似文献
