轴辐式快递网络通过整合枢纽间的快递资源实现了规模经济,网络运输成本也得以降低,但枢纽处的集聚效应也使其成为网络中最易发生拥堵的节点。构建快递网络时,既要优化网络的基本布局来实现成本控制,也要设计资源均衡策略来缓解网络的局部拥堵,进一步提高网络的可靠性。基于此构建一个两阶段决策方法,第一阶段考虑运输成本进行枢纽选址的决策,第二阶段实施资源均衡策略来缓解拥堵,利用该两阶段决策模型构建了一个覆盖我国中东部的轴辐式快递网络。研究案例中,资源均衡策略使拥堵枢纽个数降低20%~67%,枢纽资源利用率的方差降低,枢纽整体的资源均衡水平提高。上述案例分析结果验证了两阶段决策方法的有效性和应用价值。  相似文献

Core self-evaluation (CSE) has been shown to be robust as a predictor of employees' salary attainment. Although the developmental network is suggested to have a positive impact on salary, do all high-CSE individuals benefit from their developmental networks similarly? We incorporate both personality research and developmental network research to explore this question in two studies. In Study 1, we investigated whether developmental network size moderates the positive CSE–salary relationship. In Study 2, we explored whether the organizational status and the strength of ties of one's developers moderate the positive CSE–salary relationship. Results indicated that high-CSE individuals with developmental networks characterized by fewer developers and by strong ties reported higher salaries than others. Overall, our findings demonstrate that the positive CSE–salary link may vary depending on the structural characteristics of the developmental network.  相似文献

This study is an extension as well as a test of Caligiuri and Lazarova's model (2002) for the influence of support provided by different network partners (supervisors, co-workers, friends, spouses) on received socio-emotional and instrumental support. We extended this model by examining this relationship in connection with company size. Ninety expatriates were questioned during their foreign assignment: 45 from small and medium-sized enterprises and 45 from large companies. Consistent with our hypothesis expatriates who received support from their co-workers during their foreign sojourn also received more instrumental support. In addition, the type of company moderated the relationship between the network partner friends and socio-emotional and instrumental support. Implications for expatriate adjustment research and practice are discussed.  相似文献

This study examines the generalizability of the network‐performance relationship across individual and group levels, focusing on knowledge‐intensive contexts. Drawing on a meta‐analytical approach, we synthesize the results of 102 empirical studies to test whether network characteristics such as centrality, brokerage, and tie strength similarly influence the job performance of individuals and groups. Results show that while there are no differences in the direction of the network‐performance relationship across levels, there are substantial differences in magnitude. Individual performance profits more strongly from a high number of direct connections, whereas groups reap higher benefits from brokerage positions. Additional analyses reveal that the network measurement method, tie content, and performance criteria function as moderators of the network performance relationship, but their influence is consistent neither across network characteristics nor across levels. By meta‐analytically comparing and contrasting the network‐performance relationship for individuals and groups, we contribute to multilevel research on networks and organizations. Particularly, we move toward the development of a multilevel homology theory of networks. 独立董事的治理效果影响着上市公司的治理状况,本文从独立董事网络的声誉机制和信息传递机制出发,选取2008?2017年沪深A股上市公司作为研究样本,实证检验独立董事网络位置与企业税收规避的关系。研究发现:独立董事网络位置对企业税收规避有负向影响;与所处地区市场化程度较高的公司相比,所处地区市场化程度较低的上市公司独立董事网络中心度对公司税收规避程度的影响更强;管理层权力削弱了独立董事网络中心度对企业税收规避程度的抑制作用。进一步引入企业价值后发现,独立董事网络中心度可以抑制税收规避对企业价值的减损。本文的研究结果完善了税收规避行为价值的研究体系,也为研究独立董事是否有效发挥治理作用提供了新思路。  相似文献

This research investigates the cumulative multi-period forecast accuracy of a diverse set of potential forecasting models for basin water quality management. The models are characterized by their short-term (memory by delay or memory by feedback) and long-term (linear or nonlinear) memory structures. The experiments are conducted as a series of forecast cycles, with a rolling origin of a constant fit size. The models are recalibrated with each cycle, and out-of-sample forecasts are generated for a five-period forecast horizon. The results confirm that the JENN and GMNN neural network models are generally more accurate than competitors for cumulative multi-period basin water quality prediction. For example, the JENN and GMNN models reduce the cumulative five-period forecast errors by as much as 50%, relative to exponential smoothing and ARIMA models. These findings are significant in view of the increasing social and economic consequences of basin water quality management, and have the potential for extention to other scientific, medical, and business applications where multi-period predictions of nonlinear time series are critical.  相似文献

The spouses of expatriates have repeatedly been identified as a major component in the equation for success of international assignments. Their commitment, cooperation and contribution to the emotional, physical and mental well-being of the expats facilitate the successful completion of corporate missions across cultural and national borders. Yet, for spouses to be this positive influence on the expat, several requirements need to be met, such as a chance to maintain a sense of identity and self-worth through the possible continuation of their own careers as well as either the maintenance of old or creation of new social support networks for the duration of the corporate mission. This requires a strategic international human resource management (IHRM) effort of assigning companies that goes beyond the immediate needs of ordinary relocations. This research report answers questions about how traditional global players in Germany deal with these issues. The results draw a rather dark picture as the IHRM strategies of these German corporations display a severe lack of support to find employment either on or after the assignment and show little effort to facilitate the (re-)creation of a social support network. Consequences and future research questions are delineated.  相似文献
