悬浮聚合工艺是生产pvc的主要工艺,世界pvc生产中,约90%采用悬浮聚合工艺生产,其品种之多,用量之大是其他工艺所无法相比的.悬浮聚合工艺广泛应用于制造一般通用型树脂,也有特殊用途的专用树脂,如球形树脂、掺混用树脂.聚合度除一般聚合度的树脂外,还有特高、特低聚合度的树脂,如聚合度高的达到9000左右,具有橡胶特性,低的只有400～500左右;既有疏松型树脂,也有紧密型树脂等.聚氯乙烯悬浮工艺由美国goodrich公司于1940年首先开发成功.经过几十年的发展,相继开发了各具特色的聚合工艺.采用较多的有美国geon公司工艺、欧洲evc公司工艺和日本信越公司工艺等.悬浮法生产pvc虽经多次技术变革,其基本工艺仍然是由原材料的配制、聚合、单体回收、汽提、干燥和成品包装等工序组成.聚合工艺目前仍然是间歇式,连续聚合工艺仍处在试验阶段.

有机硅改性聚氨酯的合成与红外光谱表征

本论文以羟基硅油、甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚己二酸乙二醇酯和1,6-己二醇为原料,以辛酸亚锡为催化剂,环己酮为溶剂,合成了有机硅改性聚氨酯.用红外光谱法对制备过程中的原料、中间体及产物进行了红外表征;通过红外谱图的分析与比较,得出了反应温度、反应时间对合成反应的影响规律,甲苯二异氰酸酯和有机硅改性聚氨酯中异氰酸基的主要特征峰出现在2270cm-1附近,比较产物中该吸收峰的强弱可以为合成条件的确定提供依据.由此证明了最佳合成工艺路线和合成条件的合理性,即反应的最佳温度为90℃,反应时间约10h.
