立足于中国式行政主导城镇化发展内涵,借助2002~2012年分省份面板数据展开经验检验。研究发现,省份内部和省际对城镇化差异的贡献率已经稳定在50%左右;大一统的城镇化战略是差异形成的主因,作用机制和渠道已经趋于固化;先导性战略布局的作用显著,经验上证实了区域城镇化梯度差异及格局重塑存在路径依赖的立论成立。因此,为实现全国联动的城镇化发展目标,未来东部沿海高城镇化水平省份应当深度推进城镇化战略,中西部内陆低城镇化水平省份可以继续实施城市化战略。  相似文献

Since the regional scale turns out to be the scale at which fiscal devolution is likely to be accomplished in Italy, and that at which trade and growth interdependencies as well as regional convergence can be most conveniently investigated, a new 20-region input–output model for Italy seems to be a useful tool of analysis. Although various regional and interregional models have been constructed since the 1950s, none has been implemented for the whole system of 20 Italian administrative regions considered in their tight mutual dependence; also, the pool approach has not been greatly favoured, even in situations where direct information on regional trade is lacking. The main purpose of this paper is to report on the structure of the model, the rather complex procedure used in the model construction and the adopted solution technique. Some space is devoted to the problems encountered in handling regional trade endogenously in an input–output setting and to a comparison between the pool approach, used in the Italian model, and other current techniques. The paper also reports on some preliminary results regarding the regional impact of fiscal policy.  相似文献

The Shanghai–Kunming high-speed railway spans the eastern, central, and western regions of China and is an important "horizontal" in the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" railway network of China. This paper estimates the direct impact of opening a high-speed railway on the spatial patterns of regional economic development along the route by integrating GIS technology, spatial panel data models, and the entropy method. The results show that the high-speed railway can significantly increase the economic aggregate and urbanization rates along the route and promote the upgrading of industrial structures, but it has a limited effect on the economic growth rate, showing a weak trend. In terms of spatial patterns, the high-speed railway significantly improves regional accessibility, the strength of economic ties, and economic potential along the route. The regional economy is characterized by weak spatial agglomeration and presents a trend of balanced development. In general, although the economic effect of HSR for the economically lagged regions is smaller in the short term than that in the economically and less economically developed regions, the high-speed railway has the greatest impact on regional economic development and spatial patterns in economically backward areas, thus the economically backward regions have a greater posterior advantage, which is conducive to balancing regional economies and narrowing regional differences.  相似文献

基于1989-2009年省级面板数据设定了协整模型,分析了我国城市化水平与区域经济增长的长期关系。结果显示,我国城市化水平与区域经济增长之间存在显著的正相关性,且两者之间存在长期稳定的协整关系。在总体上,城市化水平对经济增长的促进作用在不同区域间的差距较大,城市化水平对区域经济发展的影响排序依次为:东部、中部、东北部、西部。因此,在加快城市化进程中做好户籍制度改革,将有利于从根本上提高城市化水平,促进区域经济的增长,消除地区经济差距。  相似文献

本文将区域形象理解为区域客观状况的存在方式,并从实体形象、投射形象与感知形象三个层面对区域形象的测量内容进行综述。区域实体形象的测量内容大多围绕区域的客观属性展开,从区域规划设计角度强调区域现实资源的竞争力;区域投射形象测量通过对信息源及信息的内容分析,将样本内容中出现的高频特征词作为测量内容,以体现区域在媒体世界中的形象;区域感知形象测量则从目标受众的认知与情感两个方面进行,明确目标受众对区域现状、特征的主观看法与态度倾向。  相似文献

通过对湖北省82个县(市、区)的常住人口变化率和人口净流量进行交互分析,引入城乡建设用地脱钩模型和人口—土地城镇化协调指数,分析了人口收缩区域建设用地结构和城镇化协调类型。结果显示,湖北省存在37个人口持续流出、规模减少的区域,这些区域不仅在总量上表现为人口收缩与建设用地扩张的悖论关系,而且在城镇化方面也多表现为人口城镇化与土地城镇化不协调的状态,而从城乡建设用地结构的角度表现为不同的脱钩类型,其中仅有少数收缩区域是强脱钩的合理利用状态。从不同表现特征可将收缩城市类型分为空间无序扩张型、工业衰退型、资源枯竭型以及中心袭夺型四个类别,并概括为人口资源与土地资源、经济发展等在时空上的不匹配。最后,结合资源禀赋、经济结构变化等特征对人口收缩区域类别进行了归纳,并提出了针对性的城市规划和发展建议。  相似文献

The main objective of the study is to examine the effects of population density on individuals’ subjective well-being (SWB). The physical characteristics of the built environment have recently received more attention regarding their role in influencing well-being. The research is based on two waves of a representative survey EU-SILC (2013: N = 12,791 and 2018: N = 14,665). The study focuses on the emotional domain of SWB and uses a score based on the Mental Health Inventory (MHI-5). In order to remove the potential problem of reverse causality, a two-stage least squares regression model with instrumental variables is used. It shows that population density positively affects the SWB score. The results reported in this study can be useful for urban planning aimed at optimizing spatial structure while taking into account the factors which positively affect subjective well-being. The findings can also be beneficial for assessing the resilience and vulnerability of cities.  相似文献

Stimulating economic growth and development in rural and economically lagging regions is the goal of several federal and state highway programs. This paper examines the effectiveness of highway investment as an economic development tool. A quasi-experimental matching method is used to examine the effects of interstate highways on counties which obtained links during the period 1963–1975 or are in close proximity to these newly linked counties. The results show that the beneficiaries of the interstate links in terms of economic growth are interstate counties in close proximity to large cities or having some degree of prior urbanization, such as a city with more than 25,000 residents. Rural interstate and off-interstate counties exhibit few positive effects.  相似文献

Carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions are largely driven by fossil fuels. To reduce CO2 emissions in China, it is important to determine influential factors of energy efficiency. This paper introduces a slacks-based measure window analysis approach to evaluate regional dynamic energy efficiency during 2001–2010, and then explores energy efficiency determinants by considering spatial effects, which is conducted based on spatial econometric models. The empirical results show that there exist evident spatial correlations between regional energy efficiencies in China. We find that, there exist evident disparities in cumulative effects of energy efficiency among the eastern, central and western areas. Interestingly, significant energy efficiency spatial spillovers can be clearly found between regions within the western area and across the eastern and western areas. It is found that, energy structure, energy price, railway transportation development and R&D stock are significant at national level. However, energy structure and railway transportation development are insignificant in the central and western areas, while energy price and R&D stock are insignificant in the eastern and central areas, respectively. Industrial structure and urbanization level are found to be insignificant at national level, but industrial structure is significant in the eastern and western areas, and urbanization level is significant in the central and western areas. Surprisingly, industrial structure and urbanization level are found to have positive impacts on energy efficiency in the western area. In addition to regional disparities and local conditions, policies making should take efficiency spatial spillovers into consideration. Several interesting policy implications are achieved.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to investigate whether the various Italian regions’ efficiency in providing employment for disabled people under Law 12 March n.68 1999, “Regulation on the right to work of disabled people” (Law 68/99) can be affected by their institutional quality. For this reason, a Stochastic Frontier Approach is used for estimating the regional matching function, where the flow of disabled people who found a job is produced by the combination of unemployment and vacancies. The matching equation is estimated using regional data from ISFOL, from 2006 to 2011. Results show the presence of a territorial dualism with regard to the matching process. The Southern regions of Italy have the lowest efficiency scores due to their lower institutional quality. The empirical analysis confirms that a good institutional quality is able to reduce the inefficiency of the matching process of disabled people. Therefore, it requires the implementation of policies aimed at improving the level of institutions, particularly in Southern Italy, in order to improve the efficiency of Law 68/99.

本文利用省级面板数据实证研究了公共服务供给对新型城镇化发展质量的作用机理及其空间效应。研究结果表明,公共服务供给和新型城镇化发展质量存在显著的空间相关性,且公共服务供给对新型城镇化发展质量的空间溢出效应日趋增强。教育具有显著的正向空间溢出作用,交通基础设施的空间溢出效应为负但并不显著,医疗具有较为明显的空间抑制作用。进一步进行区域异质性分析发现,公共服务供给对新型城镇化的直接效应和空间效应在三大地区存在明显的差异性。因此,不同区域要基于公共服务供给及其空间溢出效应的特点制定新型城镇化高质量发展政策措施,包括优化公共交通基础设施服务功能、提高人力资源配置效率、改善区域性医疗卫生条件等。  相似文献

构建社会融合综合指标以及经济、心理、行为、身份各个融合分指标,建立联立方程研究外来人口社会融合对城市创新的影响。结果表明:社会融合和城镇化水平的提升并没有提高城市创新能力,只有建立在社会融合基础上的城镇化才能促进城市创新水平的提升;经济融合、社会融合、文化和行为融合并没有带来城市创新能力的提升,脱离社会融合的城镇化水平对城市创新的影响为负,但城镇化和社会融合四个维度的交互项对城市创新水平的影响为正;人力资本水平和城市规模以及两个变量与社会融合的交互项都有助于提升城市创新水平,说明在相同的社会融合水平下,人力资本水平越高的群体对城市创新能力的影响越大;与中小城市相比,在特大和超大城市中社会融合水平的提升对城市创新能力的影响更大。  相似文献

According to NEG literature, spatial concentration of industrial activities increases growth at the regional and aggregate level without generating regional growth differentials. This view is not supported by the data. We extend the canonical model with an additional sector producing non-tradable goods which benefits from localized knowledge spillovers coming from the R&D performing industrial sector. This view, motivated by the evidence, generates both an anti-growth and a pro-growth effect of agglomeration for both the deindustrializing and the industrializing regions and leads to two novel results: (1) when agglomeration takes place, growth is lower in the periphery; (2) agglomeration may have a negative effect on the growth rate of real income, both at the regional and at the aggregate level. Our conclusions have relevant policy implications: contrary to the standard view, current EU and US regional policies favouring industrial dispersion might be welfare-improving both at the regional and the aggregate level and may reduce regional income disparities.  相似文献

货币财政政策是现代国家干预经济的两个最重要的宏观调控政策,关于它们的研究文献数不胜数,但是长期以来一直没有对两政策实施后的区域效应给予足够的重视。本文结合目前我国东中西三大经济地带的经济发展已经存在明显差距的现实,通过两地区的简约化模型对1978-2004年间我国货币政策与财政政策在东部和中西部两个样本地区的作用进行了实证分析,结果表明,我国货币财政政策确实存在区域不对称效应,特别是货币政策,具有明显的区域影响差异。  相似文献

研究目标:编制中国绿色创新指数,考察各区域指数的分布动态、区域差异及空间收敛特征。研究方法:建立绿色创新指数评价体系、采用时空极差熵权法赋权指标,利用世界知识产权组织绿色专利清单在线检索工具和采用爬虫技术检索、匹配、汇总国家知识产权局绿色专利数据,采用社会网络分析法(Social Network Analysis, SNA)测度绿色技术创新辐射力,采用Kernel估计分析绿色创新分布动态演进,采用Dagum基尼系数分解东中西绿色创新空间差距来源,采用空间杜宾模型考察绿色创新空间β条件收敛特征。研究发现:我国整体及东中西各地区绿色创新水平均呈总体上升趋势,源于绿色技术创新能力、绿色技术创新辐射力与绿色创新制度支撑力三者“携手并进”;绿色创新水平较高的城市集中分布于经济发达地区并具有较高行政级别特征,北京、深圳、上海、广州及主要省会城市稳居前列;我国整体及东中西地区核密度图均呈现“曲线右移、峰值先升后降、宽度收窄后扩大”的特征;东中西区域内部及区域间差异均呈逐渐下降趋势;绿色创新存在空间β条件收敛效应,且俱乐部收敛特征也较为显著,但在不同空间权重矩阵、不同地区样本中收敛速度存在差异。研究创...  相似文献

This paper analyses the productivity of the hospitality sector (hotel and restaurants) in Italy at a regional level by using a mix of non-parametric and parametric approaches. A novel pooled-truncated and spatial analysis is employed, based upon a window data envelopment analysis (WDEA), where pure technical efficiency is computed. The WDEA results show that Lombardy is the best relative performer. However, overall Italian regions reveal important sources of inefficiency mostly related to their inputs. As a post-WDEA, the pooled-truncated estimation indicates that the rate of utilisation and regional intrinsic features positively affect hospitality efficiency. Nevertheless, the spatial analysis does not support evidence of spill-over effects amongst Italian regions.  相似文献
