家是什么?社会学家说家是社会的最小细胞;婚姻学家说家是风雨相依的二人世界。而在吉本芭娜娜的众多小说中,我们看到了关于家的新的形象和定义,即家庭并不拘泥于婚姻的形式,家庭对于任何一个人来说,都意味着生存、长成和心灵的寄托。在其作品中,虽然常常出现解体家庭、单亲家庭和人工家庭这些看似特别的家庭形象,但这些家庭形象却永远无法改变人们对于和睦温馨家庭的渴望。这些新的家庭形式冲破了传统社会和家庭的束缚,用不同的形式带来了幸福,改变了人们对传统家庭概念的理解,也给人们带来了对于家,以及对于爱的重新审视和思考。  相似文献

20世纪70年代末开始推行的计划生育政策,在江苏苏南地区被严格贯彻实行。近年在苏南农村快速发展的同时农村中产生了大量的独生子女。当农村家庭遭遇独生子女对独生子女时旧有的嫁娶式或者招赘式的婚姻形式已无法适应和满足传统传宗接代、遗产继承、养儿防老等传统观念。于是近些年苏南地区特别是苏州农村地区出现了"两家并一家"的并家婚姻形式。随着并家婚姻形式的出现,并家婚姻家庭中出现的问题、矛盾和困境郝呈现出新的特点。面对这些新问题、矛盾和困境,家庭社会工作在并家婚姻家庭中将发挥更大的作用。文章通过对并家婚姻的介绍,并家婚姻家庭面临的问题与困境分析,对在并家婚姻家庭中开展家庭社会工作进行初步研究。  相似文献

随着人口和社会的双重变迁,家庭领域发生了深刻变化,学者纷纷围绕家庭发展政策进行多角度研究,主要包括家庭变迁中的家庭政策、提高家庭发展能力的家庭政策以及家庭发展政策中的路径及框架体系构建等,通过对这些研究进行梳理可知,家庭发展政策的重心已从个体关照向提升家庭整体发展能力转变。因此在未来的政策体系构建过程中,要特别重视并解决家庭凝聚力弱化导致家庭功能的发挥严重受阻、对家庭特别是计生家庭的生命转折期缺乏重视导致家庭发展能力衰弱、低龄幼儿照顾与教育的缺失直接影响家庭的持续发展等关键性问题。  相似文献

通过对中国中部农村的质性访谈,利用扎根理论的三级登录方法,探索性地利用家庭压力理论来解释大龄未婚男性家庭的压力以及可采取的应对策略。农村大龄未婚男性的失婚对家庭在经济上、家庭关系和成员的心理压力上都造成负面影响。研究为提高大龄未婚男性这一弱势群体及其家庭的生活福利,缓解婚姻挤压和促进社会稳定提供理论依据。  相似文献

This study examines the effects of family firms on the corporate social performance of Korean firms and analyses how their effect varies depending on the presence of family CEOs or chaebols. Based on the agency theory, we find that family firms exhibit lower corporate social performance. In particular, there is no difference in the performance of related stakeholders, such as society, consumers, environment, and employees, compared to non-family firms, but corporate governance registers as low performance. We further find that family firms managed by family CEOs show lower corporate social performance, whereas chaebol firms show higher corporate social performance.  相似文献

The current work represents a piece of research on the family firm of the semasiological, interpretive or culture creation type. In it we carry out a comparative analysis of the organizational culture of this type of firm along with firms not considered to be family firms, using as theoretical framework generally accepted theories in business administration, such as the systems, neoinstitutional, transformational leadership, and social identity theories. Our findings confirm the existence of certain elements of culture, especially values and allow us to propose a value-based model to help family firms to survive through different family generations.  相似文献

This work tests whether the introduction of divorce law changes the timing of marital search. Rational agents should adjust to the divorce risk by increasing the average search spell, whereas option value theory stresses the role of irreversible investments: in this case, the new exit option should result in shorter spells. Using a dynamic model of marital search, a new data set of retrospective individual Italian data, and two robust statistical specifications, we find strong evidence that the legal innovation actually lowered the age at marriage, thereby worsening the level of marital matching, and possibly reinforcing self‐fulfilling prophecies of divorce.  相似文献

The attainment of social justice for family members following marital breakdown is a perennial social and legal issue. In the three common law jurisdictions reviewed (Australia, New Zealand and the U.K.) various approaches demonstrate the elusive nature of this goal, particularly in regard to the recognition and valuation of domestic (home-making and parenting) contributions to the family. Statutory provisions in the jurisdictions reviewed reflect the prevailing social policy in regard to allocation of property on dissolution. Critical variables of statutes interpreted by courts include length of the marriage, Conduct of the parties and contribution to the respondent spouse's business. Attempts to seek equity via home-maker/parenting contributions reflect variously the notion of a good law of matrimonial property.  相似文献

Abstract

This article explores the coping strategies of women in 10 middle-class Italian families facing economic crisis. We investigate food provision revealing the ceaseless extra work that goes into meal preparation. Adopting anthropological theories of thrift and sacrifice, we unpack participants’ micro-coping strategies, observing their tendency to redirect resources towards their loved ones and abnegating their own needs for the greater good of the family. This sacrifice is done out of necessity, reinforcing traditional gender inequalities in the home. However, there is also evidence that women take pride in their coping, developing new competencies and maintaining control over meal provision and thus the wider patterning of family life. We explore the significance of recessionary times for the constitution of female subjectivities at home.  相似文献

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) field presents not only a landscape of theories but also a proliferation of approaches, which are controversial, complex and unclear. This article tries to clarify the situation, “mapping the territory” by classifying the main CSR theories and related approaches in four groups: (1) instrumental theories, in which the corporation is seen as only an instrument for wealth creation, and its social activities are only a means to achieve economic results; (2) political theories, which concern themselves with the power of corporations in society and a responsible use of this power in the political arena; (3) integrative theories, in which the corporation is focused on the satisfaction of social demands; and (4) ethical theories, based on ethical responsibilities of corporations to society. In practice, each CSR theory presents four dimensions related to profits, political performance, social demands and ethical values. The findings suggest the necessity to develop a new theory on the business and society relationship, which should integrate these four dimensions.  相似文献

Women currently earn 77 cents for every dollar earned by men. Explanations abound for why, exactly, this wage gap exists. One of the more potent justifications attributes this pay differential to the unequal effects of marriage on the sexes: the marital asymmetry hypothesis. However, even when marital status is accounted for, a small but significant residual gap remains. This article argues that this is the result of social factors. Entrenched societal sexism causes all of us to harbor unconscious bias about the capabilities and proper gender roles of women. This bias, in turn, leads us to discount work completed by females, especially in professional environments. Employers are not immune from this effect, and the undervaluation of female ability affects hiring practices, leading to the residual wage gap.  相似文献

家族涉入是家族企业的基本特征,它影响了家族社会资本的结构分布,进而决定了家族理性的效用构成,并通过对家族企业二元目标的不同偏好表现出来。其中,家族理性反映为家族企业对家族整体责任的兼顾,二元目标指的是对企业即期利润的追求以及对家族非货币化利益的追求。这种家族涉入决定家族理性,家族理性体现家族企业目标偏好的理论构念,通过一项比较案例分析得以验证。案例中的两家家族企业背景相似,但由于企业传承上的不同选择影响了家族涉入情况,进而两家企业表现出显著的经营目标差异。  相似文献
