组织支持感对组织公民行为影响的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
组织支持感用于表示员工对组织是否重视和关注他们的幸福感的感受,组织公民行为是个人角色之外的有益于组织的利他行为,有助于员工的团队合作,发掘每个人的工作潜能,提高组织的生产力和管理效率。研究表明,员工越是感受到来自组织的支持,就越多地表现公民行为。通过提升组织支持感可以提高员工的组织公民行为,上级支持能够有效地提高组织支持感而促进组织公民行为的提高。如果管理者希望员工表现更多的组织公民行为,就应对员工提供更多的组织支持。  相似文献

基于社会交换和组织支持理论,本文探讨了员工组织公平感、组织认同和组织公民行为之间的关系,提出了组织承诺作为员工组织公平感和组织公民行为之间中介关系的理论模型,并通过一家纺织业民营上市公司220名员工的样本进行了实证检验。结果证实:组织公平能够促进员工组织认同;员工组织认同则对组织公平和员工组织公民行为关系起部分中介作用。  相似文献

本研究对180名IT从业人员进行问卷调查,探索IT从业人员的组织公平感,组织支持感和工作满意度的关系,以期了解组织支持感作为中介变量对组织公平感和工作满意度之间的关系的影响。结果发现:中国IT从业人员的组织公平感对工作满意度有正向影响,此外还发现,组织支持感在组织公平感和工作满意度之间起到了部分中介的作用。  相似文献

激发员工的组织公民行为是提升企业运转效率的有效途径之一。文章关注工作满意度对激发组织公民行为的作用机理,提出并证实了只有对高当责感的员工通过提高工作满意度来激发其组织公民行为才是有效的。通过系统的探索性分析和验证性分析,证实了工作满意度与组织公民行为之间存在显著的正相关关系,并且员工当责感在工作满意度和组织公民行为的关系中起中介作用。研究结果显示,中国企业要想通过提高工作满意度来激发组织公民行为进而提升企业效率,必须要关注员工的当责感及其前导影响因素,企业创造当责的文化环境有利于激发组织公民行为。  相似文献

近年来,组织公民行为越来越引起人们的关注.企业都期望本企业发生更多的组织公民行为活动,但是却不知道从哪些方面来实施.本文提出了员工满意度、组织承诺和组织公民行为的关系模型,以西安地区失中型国有企业为调查对象,对员工满意度、组织承诺对组织公民行为的影响做出了实证研究.结果显示,这两个因素对于组织公民行为都有显著的正向影响.  相似文献

This study examines the impact of Islamic Work Ethic (IWE) on organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs) and knowledge-sharing behaviors (KSBs) among university employees in Pakistan. A total of 215 respondents from public sector educational institutions participated in this research. The findings suggest that IWE has a positive effect on OCBs. In other words, individuals with high IWE demonstrate more citizenship behaviors than those with low IWE. The findings also suggest a positive effect of IWE on KSBs. Individuals with high IWE exhibit more KSBs than those with low IWE. The paper also discusses the theoretical and practical implications of these findings.  相似文献

Women's role in management is an important issue. This is based not just on moral, but also on economic grounds. In many countries female participation rates in labour markets have increased, but a similar expansion into managerial posts has commonly lagged behind this, often an indication of the resilience of the so-called ‘glass ceiling’. We use South Korea as an example to explore this. We review the literature in the area and provide theoretical explanations and a lens through which to view developments which indicate that social and cultural, rather than economic, reasons often underpin the situation. We go on to outline some possible ways to confront female managerial discrimination and to increase women's roles in management.  相似文献

This study develops and tests a full mediation model that examines the mediating role of job satisfaction in the Chinese context, based on a survey of 424 employees in three small and medium sized enterprises. Data analysis shows a good fit with the full mediation and all four classes of antecedents (i.e., perceived organizational support, procedural, distributive, and interactional justice). Particularly, procedural justice contributes to the prediction of satisfaction. Job satisfaction is also shown to mediate most antecedentconsequence relationships, except the two between perceived organizational support (POS)—turnover and procedural justice—consequences. Furthermore, there are only four direct links, including POS to citizenship behaviors directed at individuals, distributive justice to turnover intention, interactional justice to citizenship behaviors directed at organizations and turnover. These direct links suggest that job satisfaction does not fully mediate the relationships.  相似文献

This study examined the moderating effect of perceived organizational support on the relationship between human resource development practices and organizational citizenship behavior of hotels in Thailand. The results from a survey of 733 frontline employees revealed that the relationship between human resource development practices and organizational citizenship behavior was stronger for employees with the high level of perceived organizational support, compared to employees with the low level of perceived organizational support. Therefore, this finding contributes to a significant understanding of moderating effect of perceived organizational support in service organizations. 在注重"圈子"和人情的中国社会团队是员工活动的重要依托,员工对于"圈子"的关注度是影响其组织公民行为的重要因素。基于任务工作网络理论,本文以山东省137个团队和796位员工的问卷调查结果为研究样本,运用跨层次分析方法构建人口断裂带和信息断裂带影响员工组织公民行为的理论模型,试图验证领导子团队归属和领导情绪智力的调节作用。结果表明,信息断裂带和人口断裂带负向影响员工组织公民行为,领导情绪智力正向调节两种类型断裂带与员工组织公民行为之间关系。上述结论厘清了两种断裂带类型与员工组织公民行为的关系,通过探索两者关系的边界条件证明了两种断裂带的负面作用在高领导情绪智力条件下得到了扭转。  相似文献

Citizenship, such as corporate citizenship and organizational citizenship, has been an important issue in business management for decades. This study proposes a research model from the perspectives of social identity and resource allocation, by examining the influence of corporate citizenship on organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs). In the model, OCBs are positively influenced by perceived legal citizenship and perceived ethical citizenship, while negatively influenced by perceived discretionary citizenship. Empirical testing using a survey of personnel from 18 large firms confirms most of our hypothesized effects. Theoretical and managerial implications of our findings are discussed.  相似文献

Moral and financial scandals emerging in recent years around the world have created the momentum for reconsidering the role of virtuousness in organizational settings. This empirical study seeks to contribute toward maintaining this momentum. We answer to researchers’ suggestions that the exploratory study carried out by Cameron et al. (Am Behav Sci 47(6):766–790, 2004), which related organizational virtuousness (OV) and performance, must be pursued employing their measure of OV in other contexts and in relation to other outcomes (Wright and Goodstein, J Manage 33(6):928–958, 2007). Two hundred and sixteen employees reported their perceptions of OV and their affective well-being (AWB) at work (one of the main indicators of employees’ happiness), their supervisors reporting their organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB). The main finding is that the perceptions of OV predict some OCB both directly and through the mediating role of AWB. The evidence suggests that OV is worthy of a higher status in the business and organizational psychology literatures.  相似文献

This study examined the relationship between job involvement and the five dimensions of organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs, altruism, courtesy, sportsmanship, conscientiousness, and civil virtue), using a sample of 1,110 from the People Republic of China. Results showed that job involvement related positively to all dimensions of OCBs. In addition, gender moderated the relationship between job involvement and three dimensions of OCBs (altruism, courtesy, sportsmanship), with males having a stronger, positive relationship between these constructs than females. The results further showed that party affiliation moderated the relationship between job involvement and three dimensions of OCBs (altruism, courtesy, and civil virtue), with party members having a strong, positive relationship between these constructs than non-party members. The results are interpreted in light of the literature both on job involvement and OCBs, and limitations of this study are discussed.  相似文献
