Efficient growth of an agglomerating regional economy

The focus of this study is on the efficient investment policy to be pursued by a regional or local economy, respectively. Localness will be expressed in terms of varying returns to scale which are due to economies and diseconomies of agglomeration. This particular setting of regional growth enters into a neoclassical calculus of variations model of intertemporal capital stock maximization. The general properties significant of efficient growth strategies relate to the turnpike discussion. A unique set of maximum balanced expansion paths will be proved to serve as the only guideline for efficient investment in the long run.

在我国,区域经济发展方兴未艾,其中区域物流发展更是成为区域产业发展的基础产业之一。数字时代的到来为构建区域物流企业提供了一个可选的发展路径。文章初步探讨了我国区域物流企业数字化发展的问题,并有针对性地提出提升区域物流企业数字化水平的对策建议。     

Outsourcing logistics operations in circular economy towards to sustainable development goals

One of novel manners to achieve sustainable development is concentrating on circular economy in order to manage greenhouse gas emissions, energy consumption, and waste. It also helps to protect the environment and optimize usage of input resources. The main element of circular economy is closed-loop supply chain which covers both forward and reverse products flows. This study aims to outsource logistics operations in a closed-loop supply chain. An innovative analytical multi-step fuzzy decision-making method is proposed to rank sustainable third-party logistics service providers (3PLSPs). Fuzzy Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) is first used to evaluate the relationships among the main criteria. Then, fuzzy analytic network process (ANP) is applied to weight the determined set of criteria. In order to develop the hybrid fuzzy DEMATEL-ANP method and to simplify the computation, the expert judgment method is used between the two techniques as a middle step to reduce the number of criteria. As many of the criteria overlap with each other on content and context, expert opinions are used to shortlist and rank the criteria. Finally, the 3PLSPs are ranked through the fuzzy complex proportional assessment (COPRAS) method. To validate the practicability and applicability of the improved decision-making model, a household appliance case study is applied with data obtained from industry experts. In this case, five service providers are considered and ranked, while the first one gets the best score. A sensitivity analysis is performed by altering the criteria weights to validate the proposed approach, data, and the obtained results. In terms business and the environment, this study provides success critical criteria for decision-making problems in circular economy for addressing sustainable development.     

A model of integrated regional logistics hub in supply chain

ABSTRACT

A regional logistics hub is a constellation of multiple logistics facilities in a region of several provinces or states. This research models an integrated regional logistics hub with consideration of time-phased demand in a multi-echelon, multi-period, and capacitated logistics network. The integrated logistics hub considers three phases based on the characteristics of China’s five-year planning policy. By applying mixed integer linear programming, the greedy heuristics approach, the particle swarm optimization algorithm, and the Hungarian method, the location of logistics facilities at different echelons of a supply chain is identified and the needs for facility expansion or closing during different time periods are determined.     

高速公路环境下区域物流节点选址规划模型

通过分析高速公路对物流发展的影响,引进阻尼系数对区域物流节点的选址模型进行改进,并利用CFLP(capacitated facility location problem)法进行计算,为高速公路环境下区域物流节点选址提供理论依据,并且通过算例分析对理论模型进行验证。

基于分段推进法的区域物流联合仿真

进行区域物流系统仿真往往需要采用两个或多个专业仿真软件进行联合仿真,本文采用ExtendSim和AutoMod两个仿真软件集成的方法来实现区域物流系统联合仿真,提出用分段推进法来解决联合仿真的核心问题——时间同步问题。     

基于集群区域的物流园区发展思路

采用理论推导与模式分析的方法,研究了产业集群区域的供应链组织与物流园区耦合的理论基础及其耦合模式;提出了产业集群区域应从纵、横两个维度进行物流园区规划,构建适合集群区内中小企业的物流交互信息平台,培育与引进实力强的第三方物流企业等物流园区发展的新思路。
