STUDY ON LATE CAMBRIAN CONODONTS FROM THE GUANGLIN AREA OF SHANXI

1 Foreword Cambrian-Ordovician carbonate strata in the Guanglin area of Shanxi are well developed,continuous and rich in fossils, being one of the ideal areas for study on Cambrian and Ordovieian strata.The authors have done detailed research work on Cambrian-Ordovician conodont biostratigraphy in the area, and obtained important information for further study of Cambrian-Ordovician conodont sequences and assemblages. Abundant conodonts have been isolated by measuring Late Cambrian section and collecting samples. At present about 10 genera and 16 species have been preliminairily identified. Based on the characteristics of conodont genera and species,the rule of vertical distribution and the analysis of fauna assemblages, four conodont zones can be established in the Upper Cambrian strata from the lower to the upper. They are. Westergaardo-dina matsushitai zone; MueUerdus erectus-Prooneotodus roturwlatus zone; Proconodontus zone and Cord ylodus proavus zone.

Based on the investigation in four pilot counties (Puyang, Qixian, Gushi, Ruyang) in Henan Province,the author made a statistical analysis on the potential willingness of farmers’ land contracted right mortgage loan by using the structural equation model.The results showed that the marginal effect of professional and economic differentiation was significant on the potential willingness of farmers’ land contracted right mortgage loan, among other observable variables, age, education, numbers of agricultural labor are significantly positive. Finally, the author gives some proposals, such as promoting the rationalization of farmers’ professional structure and advancing the construction of rural social security system etc.Meanwhile, actively promoting the rationalization of farmers’ professional structure

We should improve the overall quality and competitiveness of state-owned enterprises, promote and further deepen the reform and development of state-owned enterprises. According to the rational decision based on China＇s national conditions, it seems that we should encourage enterprises to invest inward.
