介绍了大庆油田天然气分公司北I-1深冷装置分子筛现状,通过延长分子筛塔的吸附时间、测量吸附液量和原料气露点、化验吸附的重烃种类和再生气组分的数据,定性、定量地分析了4A和13X两种型号分子筛的吸水、吸烃、吸附CO2、H2S的能力及其随时间变化规律,并针对北I-1深冷分子筛存在问题提出了优化及改造方案,为中国油气初加工深冷装置分子筛系统评价及分子筛选型提供一定的参考。 相似文献

常温常压下,以活性炭为吸附剂吸附净化甲苯和丙酮的废气,并采用LDF的等温数学模型,应用有限差分方法借助计算软件ATHENAVISUALSTUDIO对模型进行了数值解,其数值计算结果与实验吻合较好。利用该模型考察发现较低的环境和进气温度,较小的堆积空隙率、0.15m/s的进气流速和0.9m的吸附床高度等工艺参数条件有利于获得较高的废气净化率。 相似文献

本文主要以粉煤灰为原料,提取其中的SiO2及使用粉煤灰合成Nah分子筛。然后以SiO2和NaA分子筛为原料,经过过量浸渍和固化的方法制备了SiO2/NaA分子筛,考察了不同反应条件下的负载量。由实验结果可知,400℃活化2h的Nah分子筛和SiO2粉末的混合物,固液比1g:15ml,在常温下浸渍24h,老化后过滤用蒸馏水清洗后90℃烘干,再在200℃固化12h后,获得活性的负载SiO2/NaA分子筛,红外光谱、SEM表征结果可知。SiO2在NaA分子筛负载较为牢固,产生了新的化学键。 相似文献

以耐镉菌株Cd—R—I为吸附剂,以Cd^2+为吸附对象。研究了pH、菌体浓度和吸附时间等条件对耐镉菌株Cd—R-1吸附镉的影响。结果表明:在吸附过程中起吸附作用的主要是菌体本身;pH值对耐镉菌株Cd--R-1吸附Cd^2+的影响很大,在pH为2—8之间,pH=6.0时生长量相对较大,吸附率达到最大值25.8%;吸附率随茵液初始浓度的增大而增大,在本实验的最大茵液浓度下可达最大吸附率39.1%;吸附率还随吸附时间的延长而增加。通过形态学、生理生化反应鉴定耐镉茵株Cd--R-1为足球菌属。 相似文献

This paper studies 148 related and 169 unrelated acquisition cases conducted by Chinese listed firms from 2001 to 2004 and
explores firm and industry characteristics of these firms prior to their acquisition. Results show that there are significant
pre-acquisition differences between firms pursuing related acquisition and firms pursuing unrelated acquisition in terms of
firm performance, business risk, firm size, proportion of state shares and degree of diversification profile. Except for differences
in internal capital as represented by undistributed profit per share, there is no significant difference in other aspects
of available resources and industry performance.

The majority of master of business administration (MBA) students are presently enrolled in part-time programs, yet little is known about their preferences, perspectives, and program selection processes. To fill this gap, the authors address three issues related to part-time MBA programs. First, they review important MBA program choice factors in the literature. Second, based on results of a survey with current MBA students, they identify the following as choice factors for part-time MBA programs: overall value/cost, location convenience, flexibility, and program quality. Growing internationalization has sparked increasing interest in any factor which could strengthen a firm’s ability to develop a long-term competitive edge. One of the main factors which determine a firm’s international behavior is the characteristics of its management team. The aim of this paper is to shed light on the relationship between the management team’s characteristics and factors which favor a company’s development by examining the causal effects of managerial characteristics on innovative behavior of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) seeking international market expansion. The conceptual model and its hypotheses are tested through an empirical study of a multi-industry sample of Tunisian SMEs. To our knowledge, this present study is the first to include Islamic ethics as a determining factor on managers’ behaviors as their companies enter the international market. Obtained by structural equation modeling technique, the key findings of this research show that personality traits, mental ability, and social networks of managers have a direct impact on a firm’s behavior as it enters the international context. Results also show that Islamic ethics seem to favor a creative context for innovative ideas in both local and foreign markets. Given the importance of the results analyzed, it could be suggested that Islamic ethics in organizations be implemented as a part of the education system in all Islamic societies. 相似文献

Injuries account for a large burden of mortality and morbidity in the State of Qatar. No comprehensive study has been conducted on all types of injuries in the State of Qatar. The objective of this study was to determine the trend in the number, incidence and pattern of injuries in the State of Qatar. This hospital-based study is a retrospective analysis of 53,366 patients treated at the accident and emergency and trauma centres for injuries during the period from 2006 to 2010. Injuries were determined according to the ICD 10 criteria. The details of the entire trauma patients who were involved in occupational/domestic injuries were extracted from the database of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Hamad Medical Corporation. Our results demonstrated that the rates of injury remained relatively stable in the State of Qatar over the five–year period. Those most at risk of injury were non-Qatari males who were below 30 years. Road traffic accidents (RTA) (36.7%) followed by falls causing back injuries (11.0%) were the most common types of injuries during the period. Most of the injuries occurred at the head for both males (17.7%) and females (13.5%); this was consistently the case across all of the age groups. The greatest proportion of RTA (21.2%), industrial machinery injuries (16.4%), construction injuries (15.5%), recreational sporting injuries (20.5%) and beach/sea/ocean injuries (15.0%) resulted in head injuries. Intervention efforts need to be aimed at reducing occupational injuries, RTA injuries and work–related hazards in the State of Qatar. 相似文献

Our study examines how acquiring firm board characteristics influence the performance of cross-border merger and acquisitions (CBMAs). It is based on a sample of 250 large transactions in the manufacturing sector undertaken by U.S. firms in 33 countries between 1991 and 2006. Our findings reveal that acquiring firms having a larger board and outside directors with greater influence exhibit superior post-acquisition shareholder value creation in CBMAs. In addition, our results indicate that acquiring firms with more dominant CEOs perform better in such acquisitions. From the standpoint of firms engaged in CBMAs, our findings suggest that they stand to benefit from having a larger board and influential outside directors who can diligently monitor and advise top management in undertaking CBMAs. Finally, acquiring firms need to recognize that the complexities and challenges generally associated with CBMAs may require dominant CEOs who can provide clear and unambiguous leadership during the pre- and post- acquisition process. 相似文献

The entrepreneur is the central actor in generating entrepreneurial activity. Thus, it is important to understand the motivational
characteristics and variables associated with entrepreneurial behavior spurring people to become entrepreneurs. For this study,
a comparative analysis of high-tech entrepreneurs in Switzerland and the UK was undertaken to determine the extent to which
they differ in terms of entrepreneurial characteristics. A total of 253 useful questionnaires from entrepreneurs in both countries
enabled us to distinguish differences between these two groups. Findings reveal that some entrepreneurial characteristics
such as autonomy, propensity for risk, and locus of control are higher among UK techno-entrepreneurs while other characteristics
such as achievement need, tolerance for ambiguity, innovativeness, and confidence are higher among Swiss techno-entrepreneurs. 相似文献

This study examines the influence of task characteristics and job-related characteristics on the level of customer orientation exhibited by retail salespeople. The task characteristics examined are task variety, task autonomy, task identity and feedback. The job-related characteristics included in the study are job satisfaction, work motivation, organizational commitment, job involvement, role conflict, and supervisor–employee relationship. A survey using a self-administered close-ended questionnaire was conducted on retail salespeople from five major retailers in Singapore. Pearson correlation analysis revealed that the above factors, with the exception of role conflict, have significant influence on the customer orientation of retail salespeople. The six most important predictors of the customer orientation of retail salespeople identified by multiple regression analysis were task identity, organizational commitment, autonomy, education level, job satisfaction, and supervisor–employee relationship. 相似文献
