德国是世界上仅次于美、日的第三大经济强国,在欧洲处于领导地位.2000年德国的GDP为60646亿马克,约合30480亿美元,人均38800美元;在世界贸易中,德国居第二位,其GDP的1/3用于出口,2000年其进出口总额达24710亿马克.二战后,德国的GDP从1950年的4267亿马克提高到2000年的43646亿马克,增加了十倍多.德国之所以取得如此辉煌的成绩--被世界称为德国经济奇迹,这无疑又跟有一个高素质的职工队伍有密切联系.  相似文献

Data protection has become an increasingly important aspect of consumer policy in recent years in Germany. One of the most interesting subjects under discussion was that of scoring. Scoring attempts to give a prognosis as to whether a consumer is willing and able to repay a given kind of credit. While the USA already had specific regulations on scoring, there was no such equivalent in Germany, especially with regard to consumer rights on transparency. In 2009, the German parliament approved a specific regulation under the Data Protection Act on scoring which came into effect on 1 April 2010. This new law set standards for scoring and granted transparency rights to consumers. One of the effects has been that large numbers of consumers have since availed of these new rights and addressed scoring agencies in order to receive information on their scores.  相似文献

This paper explores the highly contested evolution of the department store in Imperial Germany from an open systems theory perspective. Existing approaches advocating an open systems interpretation highlight the importance of environmental conditions and their feedbacks to the organization and performance of the retail institution. In general, this framework lends itself well to an interpretation of German department store history as many of the critical demand-side and supply-side conditions are also present. However, one set of conditions remains understated in the previously published literature: to understand German department store evolution, it is vital to appreciate the importance of the changing nature of competition, social relations among retailers and regulation on the performance and internal organization of the retail institution.  相似文献

Abstract

As researchers in the social sciences seek an understanding of the spectacular rise of China, the seemingly counterintuitive stance of an autocratic regime attaining such sustained economic performance challenges multiple analytical frames. The relatively ponderous responses of the United States and Europe to recent global conditions, and the democratic uprisings in Arabic states, further represent a glaring contrast. While the marketing literature is rich in the particulars of specific management issues in the China market, no analysis from the discipline has attempted to provide a broad, distinctly marketing contribution to the China phenomenon. Choice is a fundamental construct underpinning theories of politics, economics and marketing, though it is notably absent from Chinese politics. The changing relationship between markets, business and government reveals a question that is clearly important to marketers, and China is a challenging boundary case for marketing management.  相似文献

From both a practical and a theoretical point of view, it is important to identify factors that foster knowledge acquisition in organizational training programs. Recent models of training effectiveness have proposed relationships between trainees’ characteristics and subsequent learning. The present study tested the impact of trainees’ pretraining expectations, post‐training reaction to training, expectation fulfillment and commitment on declarative knowledge acquisition, while controlling for education and motivation to learn. Participants were call center agents (N = 84), working in 10 call centers in Germany. Results showed that, in addition to education and motivation to learn, only expectation fulfillment significantly predicted learning. Implications for practice and future research were discussed.  相似文献
