《WTO经济导刊》创刊十年：全球视野竞争共赢

2002年12月11日，在庆祝我国加入世界贸易组织（WTO）一周年的纪念仪式上，时任对外经济贸易合作部部长的石广生亲手推开了一扇印有巨幅杂志封面的大门——这一天，《WTO经济导刊》正式创刊。作为适应后人世时代新形势的举措，《WTO经济导刊》从诞生之时起便肩负着从整体上提高我国对WTO研究、认识、利用水平的使命。     

Co-operation,coordination, and specific assets in inter-organisational relationships

A basic premise of inter-organisational research, from a number of different theoretical perspectives, is that selected organisations should work in harmony rather than competition with each other in order to enhance business success. From this perspective, a review of the literature reveals that three related topics are co-operation, coordination, and specific assets. Yet these constructs have not been examined together in empirical research. This study examines the relationship between these focal constructs and two antecedents (trust and commitment) and one consequent (satisfaction). As predicted, commitment leads to co-operation, coordination, and specific assets. Yet, only co-operation and coordination leads to satisfaction with the relationship. Although trust leads to co-operation, trust has a negative relationship with specific assets, which in turn, leads to lower levels of satisfaction with the relationship.

Toward Sustainable Consumption: Two New Perspectives

The article is an integrative, theoretical paper addressing the problem of sustainable consumption. It provides the insights of two conceptual frameworks on the conditions for and limits to sustainable consumption. Existing consumer research on environmental issues is reviewed. It is argued that consumer research is not focusing on the right issues in this area and that a trans-disciplinary approach is called for. Frameworks from materials balance economics and evolutionary theory are presented and applied to recreational consumption. Three major areas are identified in which consumer research could contribute to the presented frameworks, and to the theory and practice of sustainable consumption.

本文通过分析亚当?斯密的自由主义经济学、马克思主义经济学、凯恩斯主义经济学和新自由主义经济学的成功与失败,探索其中奥秘。又利用帕累托最优、外部性、信息不对称、博弈论研究市场与政府关系,进而提出了市场机制适用于初次分配领域。希望政府做好反垄断、管制负外部性、控制可能造成负外部性的信息不对称等三件事,维护市场机制运行的环境;政府机制适用于二次分配领域,在资金分配实行近乎于平均主义的公平原则,但是在公共产品和服务供给又要充分发挥市场机制高效率的特性。
