大修施工工艺编制系统的开发和应用

经过近十年的信息化实施,目前发动机大修厂的信息化应用已初具规模,但由于现场修理问题的复杂性,仅靠标准工艺是无法满足作为指导现场工作的工艺系统,通常现场临时出现问题是靠施工工艺(也称临时工艺,以下称工艺)来应对多变的现场修理出现的问题,因此如何充分利用现有标准工艺,建立基于参数化、结构化、流程化的快速工艺生成和变更系统,快速响应和解决现场出现突发性问题,是提升目前发动机大修信息化应用系统的重要内容。

英语课堂教学中合作学习是学生运用语言和培养实践能力的重要手段,更重要的是"小组合作学习"培养了学生的自主学习,团体意识,合作意识及创新思维。通过"合作学习"有利于学生全面开展语言实践活动的教学方式,能有效弥补当前高中英语课堂教学中存在的问题,在课堂教学中起着举足轻重的作用。合作学习理念在高中英语课堂教学中应该作为一种重要的教学理念。     

Assessing misspecified asset pricing models with empirical likelihood estimators

Hansen and Jagannathan (1997) compare misspecified asset pricing models based on least-square projections on a family of admissible stochastic discount factors. We extend their fundamental contribution by considering Minimum Discrepancy projections where misspecification is measured by a family of convex functions that take into account higher moments of asset returns. The Minimum Discrepancy problems are solved on dual spaces producing a family of estimators that captures the least-square problem as a particular case. We derive the asymptotic distributions of the estimators for the Cressie–Read family of discrepancies, and illustrate their use with an assessment of the Consumption Asset Pricing Model.     

Polytomous logistic regression

In this paper a review will be given of some methods available for modelling relationships between categorical response variables and explanatory variables. These methods are all classed under the name polytomous logistic regression (PLR). Models for PLR will be presented and compared; model parameters will be tested and estimated by weighted least squares and by likelihood. Usually, software is needed for computation, and available statistical software is reported.
An industrial problem is solved to some extent as an example to illustrate the use of PLR. The paper is concluded by a discussion on the various PLR-methods and some topics that need a further study are mentioned.     

绩效标杆模型在输配电价管制中的应用

管制者在制定输配电价格时,常采用基于RPI-X公式的价格上限、收益上限、与标尺竞争管制,对于效率因数X的确定,许多国家倾向于应用基于企业的相对效率制定绩效标杆来确定。前沿绩效标杆方法主要运用DEA求出绩效较好的企业,作为参照绩效。本文讨论DEA方法在绩效标杆法中的应用,并用绩效标杆法解决电价管制的问题。     

The effects of the property tax: A general equilibrium simulation

This paper uses a general equilibrium model of residential land use to study the effects of the property tax in a closed city. Two different specifications of the production technology for housing are used, and are found to yield similar results. The model is too complicated to be solved in closed form, but an efficient computational technique which utilizes a simplicial search algorithm was developed to solve it numerically. This type of model and computational technique can be applied to a wide variety of practical issues in urban economics.

完善我国城市房屋拆迁补偿范围的思考

城市房屋拆迁的补偿范围是拆迁活动的核心内容,补偿范围不全面,拆迁矛盾便不能得到根本解决.我国城市房屋拆迁补偿范围过于狭窄,土地使用权没有完全补偿.文章针对目前拆迁补偿范围存在的问题进行分析,提出了完善补偿范围的相应对策.     

A Long-run Disaggregated Cross-section and Time-series Demand System: An Application to Italy

In this paper, we study a long-run disaggregated model of consumption following an approach based on an integrated cross-section and time-series demand system. The study consists of three steps. First, a cross-section analysis is performed on data from household budget surveys. At this stage, the problem of 'zero expenditures' is solved. The cross-section results are transformed into variables for use in the time-series system of demand. Then, this demand system is built and estimated. Some results for Italy concerning both the cross-section and the time-series analyses are presented.

浅谈基于iSCSI无盘网络的源盘保护

对源盘保护是无盘网络正常工作的基础,Linux下基于iSCSI无盘网络的源盘保护,可以采用Device-Mapper机制来实现,功能类似于硬盘保护卡的超级保护,系统无论受到多么严重的破坏,只需重建快照就能立刻解决。本文将首先对使用Device-Mapper机制实现源盘保护的原理进行分析,然后通过实例讲解如何利用它实现保护。

Location and service mix decisions for a managed health care network

For managers of managed health care organizations, the problem of designing a competitive multiple facility network cannot be solved by existing mathematical models. This paper thus presents a nonlinear integer model for determining a facilities design strategy that embodies the economic tradeoffs encompassed in a competitive strategy: minimizing cost and maximizing market share. The integrated location and service mix model determines the number, location and service offerings of facilities that maximize profitability in a two-level hierarchical referral delivery network where an organization's market share is represented by a multiplicative competitive interaction model. To demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed integrated model, a series of problems is solved by an interchange heuristic and compared to the solutions derived by a simpler approach that ignores market competition.

A nonlinear simultaneous probit-model for the investigation of decision-making processes: modelling the process of setting up a family in partnerships

This article proposes an approach for modelling the interactive influences of two (or more) actors in decision-making processes. We use a nonlinear simultaneous probit-model and show how the problem of identification for estimating the relative effects of the actors can be solved. The formal model will be applied to examine the decision-making process for setting up a family in partnerships. We model a trivariate distribution consisting of the wifes’ desire to have a child or disposition toward the generative decision, the husbands’ disposition and the joint generative decision. We show how the parameter can be used to assess the relative importance of both partners’ dispositions for the decision, the reciprocal influence of both partners’ dispositions within the interaction process, and the relevance of both partners’ biographical contexts in relation to their own disposition as well as to that of the partner. The analysis is based on a three-stage estimation strategy which is implemented in MECOSA 3 and we use data from the Bamberger married couple panel.
