奥运中国运动员入场礼服亮相

意大利那不勒斯大学的研究员在研究中发现,臭鸡蛋气味中的一种物质在壮阳方面或许能媲美"伟哥"。令臭鸡蛋发出恶臭的是硫化氢,这种化学物同样可以在汽车喷出的废气中找到。当男性性冲动时,性器官中的神经细胞也会释放出硫化氢,令下体肌肉细胞放松,加快血液流量,令阴茎得以进入勃起状态。

我国电厂运行人员多的原因在哪里?

我国电厂运行人员配备比国外电厂多。日本竹原电厂两台机组(25万千瓦、35万千瓦)运行编制为50人(五个值),平均每台机组25人,和设备条件比较接近的我国陡河、大港两个引进机组电厂相比;陡河电厂四台机组509人(四个值),平均每台机组127人,相当于日本竹原电厂的5倍;大港电厂两台机组206人(四个值),平均每台机组103人,相当于竹原电厂的4倍。

动植物吉祥纹样是渗透于生活之中的艺术,它历史悠久,具有质朴的生活情趣和独特的艺术风格,成为中华民族民间文化艺术的明珠。文章主要考察了江南大学民间服饰传习馆中的数百种藏品,从我国传统动植物结合纹样在民间服饰中的外观体现谈起,着重论述了动植物结合纹样在头饰、上装、下装、鞋子的上体及其所要表达的吉祥观念,最后阐述了动植物吉祥纹样在现代服装设计中的运用。

万文庆车队隶属武汉葛洲坝出租车有限公司。2006年2月28日,湖北省第一支以客运出租汽车行业"全国文明标兵"名字命名的"万文庆车队"在武汉成立。该车队现有出租车22台,其中五星级车1台,四星级车2台,三星级车4台,二星级车5台;承包和受聘驾驶员共59人。     

The action research model applied to the management of interdisciplinary research in university and industrial settings

There are problems in managing successful interdisciplinary research when resources must be drawn from across departmental bounds. The action research model provides a means for the interdisciplinary group to explore the problem constellation and introduce change. The application of this model to overall interdisciplinary policy management is illustrated for a group of health research centres in an academic Health Sciences Centre and for the Technology and Engineering area of a technology organization. For both, the application of the action research model introduced an improved basis for conducting interdisciplinary activities in discipline oriented organizational settings.

How to develop original,courageous ideas in business marketing research

Despite evidence of meticulous business-to business marketing research efforts, and the pleas of editors for truly original, ground-breaking research, there is still a shortage of original, courageous research ideas. To provide guidance to researchers and address this problem, we apply the OBC model (observe the world, bridge disciplines, and challenge assumptions and theories), proposed by Kock, Assaf, and Tsionas (2020). We discuss the three main and four blended strategies recommended by this model, and illustrate each of these strategies with examples drawn from the marketing literature. Our application of the OBC model offers actionable guidelines for generating original research ideas, as well as theoretical grounding for each element of the model. Given the publication pressure felt by young academic researchers, we hope that our discussion provides encouragement and guidance, which will result in original, courageous business-to-business marketing research.     

企业商业模式创新:基于租金理论的解释

商业模式的定义在理论界有多种不同的理解，然而，商业模式创新的驱动力尚缺乏完整研究。本文作者归纳了商业模式的不同定义，提出了一种新的概念解释；同时，作者用经济租金理论来分析企业商业模式的创新行为，通过深入研究，作者对企业经济租金的几种形态做出了分类，分析了企业在不同条件下获得经济租金的形式，从理论上解释了企业商业模式创新行为的内外在驱动力。     

The use of options theory to value research in the service sector

This paper examines the practicalities of applying real options theory to valuing research in the service sector, where the relationship between research and subsequent business benefit is less easily discerned than in most previous applications of options theory in, e.g. the pharmaceutical industry. The paper uses a compound options model, the Geske model, based on a three‐phase lifecycle consisting of research, development and deployment. This model was applied in a case study within the e‐commerce area to extract key messages for R&D managers relating to different value drivers. However, the case study emphasized the need to understand the relationship between the research activity and the subsequent revenue stream, and to be able to demonstrate the extent to which the former is necessary for the latter.     

结构方程模型在我国服装领域的应用综述

对国内CNKI期刊网上发表的服装领域结构方程模型的应用研究文献进行了梳理。在阐释结构方程模型基本原理的基础上,着重从服装消费者感知行为,服装企业角度对结构方程模型在服装领域上的应用主题、研究方法等进行了综述,并对前景进行展望,目前国内将结构方程模型应用在服装领域内的研究较少,但应用空间巨大。     

协同创新组织模式与运行机制的国内外研究综述

在创新驱动背景下，产业升级和经济发展需要实行有效的协同创新。但受限于不适合的合作形式，不完善的运行机制等，现有协同创新效果不明显，协同创新组织模式和运行机制成为学术界研究的重点。本文通过国内外文献回顾，对协同创新的概念界定、协同创新组织模式、协同创新运行机制进行梳理和评述，厘清该领域已取得的研究进展、研究的局限和未来研究的方向，以期为未来研究提供参考。     

A company model for research and development

A company model is presented which may be used to assess the effecton future company performance of the level of investment in research and development. A distinctive feature of the model is the postulation of research return curve which relates the available return on potential new capital investments to the amountof capital invested and the size of a research pool. The latter is related to past R & D expenditure. It is shown how the research return curve may be adjusted to represent different types of industry and how a suitable form for this curve may be derived from company records. Examples are given of the use of the model for sensitivity and optimization studies.
