The different segments of he Russian financial markets are studied in the paper. The market crashed on 17 August 1998. We consider the stable period of the market between May 1996 and October 1997. We study the structure of interactions between the GKO market, stock market, currency market, currency futures market, GKO futures market, interbank credit market. We study the relations between the world financial market and the Russian financial market. It was shown that, in the period under consideration, different segments of the Russian financial market became more integrated and the market as whole became more stable and more integrated in the international capital flows.  相似文献

Abstract

Based on an analysis of the post-Soviet transformation experience of four defence sector organizations in a Russian region where the defence sector occupies a substantial part of the local economy, this article develops a typology of network relationships: Grooved Inter-relationship Patterns (Gr’ip) networks and Fluid Inter-relationship Patterns (Fl’ip) networks. This typology can be applied to a range of transition/emerging market and low system trust contexts. Gr’ip networks, in this case, represent the persisting legacy of the Soviet command-administrative system. Fl’ip networks are here an attempt by the defence companies to link into the civilian supply chains of a developing market economy. This article argues that Gr’ip networks had and still have a crucial role to play in Russian enterprises’ survival and development.  相似文献

林业绿色供应链联盟打破供应链运作过程中各活动环节的割裂与封闭,实现上下游企业之间的密切合作关系,构成一个共生系统。本文运用共生理论来研究林业绿色供应链的联盟成员的选择问题和供应链中联盟成员的构成及数量问题,即林业绿色供应链共生系统的准入机制和增容机制。在准入选择机制方面,针对集团子公司、现有的经常合作的企业、合作较少或未合作过的企业等分别采用无市场竞争准入机制、非竞争型市场机制和完全的竞争市场机制三种不同的准入选择机制。在增容机制方面,从理论上探讨了共生维度和共生密度的均衡临界点,使得系统中共生能量的增加达到最大。  相似文献

本文首先构造了我国338个城市包含海外和国内市场的总市场潜能指标,并利用2005年全国人口抽样调查数据和新经济地理学的基准工资方程,通过Heckman样本选择模型和RIF回归分解方法实证分析了市场潜能对性别工资不平等的影响。研究发现:市场潜能虽然对工资水平具有显著的正向拉动作用,并缩小了高技能劳动力的性别工资不平等,但扩大了低技能劳动力的性别工资不平等,从而加剧了整体的性别工资不平等,其中对低收入群体的加剧作用大于中高收入群体。RIF工资分解结果也证实了这一事实,且收入分布上半部分(90-50分位点)和工资结构效应对此贡献较大,尤其是市场潜能的工资结构效应贡献了总工资结构效应的60%以上,表明从城市间市场潜能及其对性别工资的影响入手,将是破解性别工资不平等难题的有效路径。  相似文献

农产品产销链体系中存在的信息不对称问题破坏市场调节机制、降低政府监管能力、影响了农产品质量安全。文中对农产品质量安全信息不对称的各种表现进行了分析,并进一步探究其原因,最后提出了相应的对策:提高农业生产组织化程度,降低农产品供给者信息传递的单位成本;完善市场准入制度,通过立法强制农产品信息优势主体向信息劣势主体提供信息,并对所有违反农产品质量安全的行为加强惩治力度,缓解农产品从生产环节到市场销售环节过程中质量安全的信息不对称;构建有效的农产品质量安全信号传递机制,消除或削弱管理者、生产者、经营者和消费者之间的信息不对称。  相似文献

The study investigates talent management practices in Russian and foreign companies and their influence on a company's performance. In our work, foreign companies are foreign-owned companies (multinational or global) that operate in the Russian market and their headquarters are located outside the Russian Federation. Attention is paid to the analysis of the factors that support talent management implementation. As the results of the research are based on a comparative analysis of differences and peculiarities in talent practices in Russian and foreign companies, the paper explores and provides a number of ideas and conclusions about talent management elaboration, realization and talent practices improvement in the Russian context. Our data show that talent management practices are influenced by a number of factors that are different, in parts, in Russian and foreign companies. Supplementary analysis also suggests that the positive connection between talent management efforts and a company's performance can be found.  相似文献

This paper examines the evolution of capacity utilization for Kazakhstani enterprises over a 7 year period. Three main theoretical propositions are tested through panel data regressions. The results show that the Russian financial crisis (August 1998) substantially reduced capacity utilization throughout 1999 and that only from 2000 onwards did enterprises recover from the crisis. Moreover, the Russian financial crisis led to a permanent change in enterprises’ behavior, in that only after the crisis enterprises became responsive to market signals. Finally, we also find evidence of a differential impact of the Russian financial crisis for different enterprise characteristics, including ownership, size, sector and location.  相似文献

This paper considers how Russian managerial values are developing in the context of the sweeping economic, political and social changes associated with the transition of Russia to a market economy.

By replicating earlier research (Holt et al., ; Ralston et al., ), it was possible to overcome the weaknesses of previous cross-sectional studies by tracking changes in Russian managers' values over time.

The paper concludes that some convergence between the values of Russian and US managers can be observed, but that the form of this convergence is not uniform. In addition, the way in which Russian managers act upon these values in the context of their own national context means that considerable divergence in managerial behaviour is still evident. Implications for international human resource management are discussed.  相似文献
