With the constant development of knowledge-based economy, knowledge has become the core competitiveness of enterprise, which plays a vital role in the development of enterprise and market competition. It will be helpful for enterprise managers to improve their knowledge competitiveness, if they can judge the advantage and disadvantage of knowledge competitiveness reasonably. According to the nature and the characteristic of knowledge competitiveness of enterprise, a system of evaluation index has been designed about the knowledge competitiveness of enterprise. Taking the enterprise A as an example, it is appraised by using fuzzy comprehension evaluation based on entropy weight, and has provided a new idea for the knowledge competitiveness of enterprise.  相似文献

Taking the enterprise survival ability and the development ability as a basis, this paper constructs the financial appraisal index system of enterprise competitiveness. Also, it draws the overall impression of the enterprise competitiveness through selecting listed f'u'ms' financial index of the equipment manufacturing industry, with the aid of factor analysis model, using the principal components analytic method, making rotation of varimax, and arranging the synthesizes enterprise competitiveness from the financial angle. This paper introduces the situation and the comparative advantage of Chinese textile & apparel industry. The negative impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on Chinese textile & apparel's competitiveness is that it will alter corporation's pricing strategies and lack of green competitiveness. The positive impact is that it will uphold enterprise competitiveness and upgrade enterprise strategy resilience. Environmental competitiveness, price competitiveness and non-price competitiveness make up the undivided vital part of product's competitiveness. Environmental competitiveness can not only help improve the enterprise's key competitiveness directly, but also strengthen it indirectly by improving the products' price competitiveness and non-price competitiveness effectively. Instead of being confined to the product itself, there are several element's that can determine and influence the product's environmental competitiveness, including the manufacturing process, the management of enterprise&the life circle of the products, etc. Measuring these elements by setting “environmental suitable degree ”, and building up the echelon model to evaluate the environmental competitiveness can help us see about the standard of the enterprises' environmental competitiveness. Though many of the national enterprises have price competitiveness to some extend, restricted by all kinds of elements like systems, techniques, policy, the enterprises are weak in environmental competitiveness. Beginning with systems redesign, carrying out the sustainable development, strengthening inner enterprises management, making more efforts on technique innovation, and widely publicizing and teaching the ecological concept, Chinese national enterprises can improve their environmental competitiveness and improve their key competitiveness.  相似文献

At present, whether internally or abroad, whether in the theory or business, there is a lack of a unified understanding about the basic concepts of structural system and theoretical category of enterprise business model, and its theoretical analysis framework has not been built up, it is the exploratory phase of the model research in the mass. This study aims to analyze the formation mechanism, action mechanism, and evolution mechanism about the business model from the perspective of structure, and designs the enterprise business model architecture and forms a system, besides, explores approaches and strategies about enterprise carrying out business model innovation, and does beneficial bedding in order to use and improve the theoretical system in the process of the enterprise management practice. The significance of this study is to provide analytical methods and tools for the business model questions in the enterprise management practice. This paper firstly defined the connotation of enterprise business model and summarized the seven characteristics of the corporate business model. On the basis of outlining the enterprise business model design theory, the structural design of the corporate business model is mainly discussed. This paper designed the structure of the business model on modular perspective, proposed four constituent units and nine elements of enterprise business model structure system. Through the design of the enterprise business model structure and analysis of the elements that constitute structure, provide the basis for the transformation of innovative enterprise business model, or both enterprise business models, avoid the lack of elements of the enterprise business model structure and lead to business failure. Finally, the paper concludes with the five core strategies for the implementation of the enterprise business model design.  相似文献

Enterprise Informationization (El) is encountering a large variety of non-systematic risks in demanding and planning, designing and selecting, implementing and controlling, managerial and cultural aspects,due to which the investment in IT normally cannot simultaneously create the expected commercial values. Through analyzing the factors influencing non-systematic risks of EI, the paper established a risk evaluating index system and accordingly proposed a set of appropriate risk evaluating methodology, with which enterprise can well control informationization risks.  相似文献

Entrepreneurship corporate social responsibility is concerned with obligations that should be undertaken by an enterprise or "enterprise citizen" to the society including interrelationship between enterprise and some related interest dependents. And it is a sense of value, discipline and respect to the people, community and environment-related policies of the enterprise. Obviously, the core of the notion refers to a commitment of the enterprise in order to improve living standard of related interest counterparts. Nowadays, entrepreneurship corporate social responsibility has been not only an ethical call, but also an institutional constraint. The consensus is that in operation process an enterprise should take into account of its economic, social and ethical effects on consumers, staffs, shareholders, communities, local governments and environment and make a better prospect to them. Based on this point of view, by field work and questionnaire method, this paper discusses specifically the interaction between TNCs' R&D activities and local development of the Pudong New Area, a China's largest special economic zone in Shanghai to explore dynamics of the TNCs' R&D activities, growth of the local economy and their roles in promoting flexible innovation networks for sustainable futures. This involves: a. notion of the entrepreneurship corporate social responsibility; b. current state and trend of TNCs' R&D activities; c. mode and linkage tightness between TNCs' R&D activities and the local economy; d. main problems of the TNCs' R&D activities in Pudong; e. the context of flexible innovation networks; and f. manner and ways in creation of flexible innovation networks.  相似文献

信息经济时代,企业面临的经营环境复杂多变,企业之间的竞争更加剧烈,对企业的应变能力、创新能力、管理水平提出了更高的要求。而信息化项目的实施是企业实现管理创新、提高管理水平、增强核心竞争力的重要途径。企业信息化项目的特性决定了信息化的实施存在较大的风险,对信息化项目进行有效的风险评价是企业信息化项目风险管理的关键所在。本文根据企业信息化项目风险影响因素的分析,建立了企业信息化项目风险因素指标体系,应用模糊综合评判理论构建了企业信息化项目风险的多级模糊综合评价模型,并结合一个应用算例进行了模糊综合评判,结果表明该模型是可行的、有效的,能为企业管理者在信息化项目管理中度量风险和制定防范措施时提供有价值的参考。  相似文献

核心竞争力是企业战略管理研究的核心问题,也是商业银行在经营管理中追求的最重要目标之一。随着中国金融业的对外开放加快,外资银行的进入无疑会对中国整体核心竞争力较低的银行业带来前所未有的挑战。研究以中国建设银行为代表的国有商业银行的核心竞争力问题具有一定的现实意义和理论价值。首先提出商业银行核心竞争力概念,并确定商业银行核心竞争力提升的五种方面。从而构建商业银行核心竞争力的评价原则和指标体系。以中国建设银行为例,从定性方面分析,运用SWOT分析方法。最后在以上分析的基础上,分别给出以强化公司治理,开发利用人力资源、准确的战略定位、提高技术创新能力、创新和运用品牌和加强企业文化建设等方面来提升中国建设银行核心竞争力的一些具有建设性的建议。  相似文献
