VE/VM的理论发展:困惑、机遇和挑战(Ⅱ)——国外VE/VM的理论和应用研究进展

在国外,VE/VM理论研究进展的一个主要方面就是将现有的VE/VM与当今新出现的一些创新管理理念和方法结合起来,这些理论和方法包括:环境成本生命周期分析方法(Life Cycle Environmental Cost Analysis,LCECA)、信息支持思维方法(Information Support Process-based Thinking,ISP/T)、6 Sigma管理方法、组织和团队理论、创造性问题解决策略(Creative Problem Solving Strategies,CPSS)、发明性问题解决(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving,TRIZ)方法、复杂生产系统(Complex product systems,CoPS)、战略管理、系统方法论(SM)、等。通过这种结合,开阔了VE/VM原有的思维模式和视野。同时在提升VE/VM的应用绩效上比较明显。     

一维二氧化硅纳米材料紫外吸收光谱理论研究

运用含时密度泛函B3LYP方法6-31G(d)基组水平上,计算了二氧化硅一维纳米材料单链(1NL)、双链(2NL)以及含羟基单链(1NLW)、双链(2NLW)与尺寸相关的电子吸收光谱,并从电子结构和态密度角度对其进行分析。无羟基结构的紫外吸收光谱较强峰的频率随尺寸减小红移,含羟基结构随尺寸减小明显蓝移。分析表明羟基上的H与Si相互作用使分子未占据轨道能量明显升高,造成结构吸收光谱随尺寸变小蓝移,羟基的加成可以改变二氧化硅纳米结构的光学性质。紫外吸收光谱研究以及对羟基作用的确定对SiO2纳米材料的深入研究具有指导意义。     

The ECA-method for Identifying Sensitive Reactions within an IO Context

The paper introduces an alternative method to determine "sensitivity' within an input–output-context and makes the most sensitive connections visible in an overall graph. The method called ECA (Elasticity Coefficient Analysis) tries—like the Important Coefficient Analysis (ICA)—to derive structures from a certain property of the Leontief inverse. As the core of the method is elasticity—i.e. taking the relative reaction of the element bij of the inverse as a measure of response to a 1% change of the input coefficient aij—it describes the dynamic potential of certain sectors on possible changes of technical coefficients. In the second part of the paper, comparisons are made between the results of MFA (Minimal Flow Analysis), ICA and ECA upon using the same table for analysis. ICA and ECA to some extent show similarities but also some differences. Both contrast with MFA with respect to the very basis of the approach that enforces different interpretations of the results. Finally, some hypotheses on the differences and similarities are set up that could give a perspective for the further use of the different methods.

The business of elections

Two marketing reserach techniques, Conjoint Analysis and Quality Function Deployment (QFD), are imported to the political world and presented as superior substitutes to the conservative popularity contest surveys. Both techniques go deeper than "horse-race" popularity contests to analyze the roots of political success. Political Conjoint Analysis (PCA) and Political QFD (PQFD) identify and quantify consistent theoretical and operational features which statistically determine electoral victors. The successful application of such marketing techniques in the political world will hopefully eventually lead to Total Quality Politics (TQP) and intensify competition over voter satisfaction, rather than voter manipulation. Possible beneficial results of such techniques are a refinement of candidates' qualities in light of public demands and constant change in candidates' reservoirs due to the inability of existing pools to match voter preferences.

随着地理信息系统与空间分析技术的发展,两者不断地实现集成,并越来越多地得到实际应用。文中介绍了基于GIS的空间分析理论,包括空间分析过程及GIS与空间分析模型的集成方式;分析了集装箱港口设施设备,并在此基础上研究了基于GIS的集装箱港口空间分析方法,从而为判断港口设施之间所潜在的空间联系及评价布局与运行流程的合理性提供依据。     

故障树分析法诊断柴油发动机的常见故障

故障树分析法（FAT）又简称失效树分析,是一种将系统故障形成的原因由总体到部分按树型结构逐级分析的方法。从系统的角度来说,故障既有因设备中具体部件（硬件）的缺陷和性能恶化所引起的,也有因软件,如自控装置中的程序错误等引起的。此外,还有因为操作人员操作不当或不经心而引起的损坏故障。因此,应用此方法可对常见的车用柴油发动机系统故障进行分析诊断。

For advanced statisticians a mathematical treatment is given in the appendix (in English), which follows closely the practical procedure and differs markedly from those given by Kendall or Wilks. The suite of a previous article on dosage mortality data ( Statistica 1: 257) is given by way of example.     

基于自组织数据挖掘的电子商务客户流失预测模型

为解决电子商务客户流失预测中的高维、非线性问题,本文将自组织数据挖掘理论(SODM)引入客户流失预测,提出一种新颖的基于自组织数据挖掘的电子商务客户流失预测模型。该方法将自组织数据挖掘中的客观系统分析算法(OSA)和改进分组数据处理网络(GMDH)集成起来进行电子商务客户流失预测。首先利用OSA算法选择出重要的电子商务客户流失关键属性,然后将训练样本送入改进GMDH网络进行学习和训练,进而对测试样本客户流失状态进行判别。将该方法应用于某网上商店客户流失预测实证分析,预测结果验证了该方法对包含多种因素影响的电子商务客户流失预测具有优势,基于自组织数据挖掘的电子商务客户流失预测模型具有较强的实用性和可操作性。

关于责任核算的进一步研究

在前文"关于责任核算的辨析"(价值工程,2011.1)基础上,运用比较分析法,着重探索责任会计中责任成本的核算,最后以确认、计量、记录和报告等会计循环为依据,对一个实例进行了具体的计算和记录。文章的创新在于对责任中心的经济责任,只有通过计算并剔除不可控费用,将可控部分作为责任成本进行分解、计算和考核,才能落实分清责任,体现可控性原则。     

Exclusionary zoning and the provision of education: An effect of Southern Burlington County N.A.A.C.P. v. Township of Mount Laurel

Mt. Laurel put the housing needs of the poor ahead of the efficient provision of local public services by limiting the ability of towns to use exclusionary zoning. Consumer Surplus Analysis shows that the welfare loss from this change in Northeastern New Jersey is very small (on the order of one percent), and that the groups which benefit are those who have gained freedom of access to new jurisdictions.     

The Fixed Weighting Nature of A Cross-Evaluation Model

Cross-evaluation has been touted as a powerful extension of Data Envelopment Analysis that provides, not only a unique ordering among the Decision Making Units (DMUs), but also eliminates unrealistic weighting schemes without requiring the elicitation of weight restrictions from application area experts. The goal of this paper is to prove, in the single-input, multiple-output case, cross-evaluation implicitly uses a single fixed set of weights. We demonstrate how this unseen fixed set of weights may still be unrealistic.     

基于数据包络方法的2010年会计师事务所经营效率分析

本文运用数据包络分析方法中基于输入的CCR模型和BCC模型,对2010年会计师事务所的主要投入产出数据进行效率分析,从整体上分析目前我国会计师事务所的运营效率。通过研究发现,一部分会计师事务所已经达到规模效益,但是还有很多会计师事务所在技术和规模上都没有达到理想的水平,在经营效率上还需要很大的改进。
