大学生社团已成为思想政治教育的新载体,校园文化建设的新阵地,学生自我完善的新途径,是学生理论学习的补充渠道。高校学生社团建设中存在的影响思想政治教育功能发挥的倾向,主要体现在重娱乐性、轻思想性,重自主性、轻规范性。重社会性、轻校园性等方面。加强学生社团建设,促进大学生思想政治教育,要建立有效的学生社团工作机制,建立规范化的学生社团管理制度,建立专业化的社团指导队伍,形成有效的学生社团建设保障体系。同时,高校还应重视社团的作用,积极探索社团对大学生思想政治教育的途径,努力开创高校思想政治教育工作新局面。  相似文献

Most ethics studies employing accounting subjects have utilized the Defining Issues Test (DIT), generally finding the moral judgment abilities of accounting students and accountants to be less advanced than those of the general population (Ponemon and Gabhart, 1994). This study assesses the validity of the DIT by examining whether an individual can achieve a higher moral judgment score on the DIT by responding from the role of a political liberal. Accounting undergraduates, defining themselves as liberal, moderate or conservative, completed the DIT once from their own perspective and once from either an "extremely conservative" or "extremely liberal" perspective.The results indicate that DIT scores can be influenced by an aspect of political ideology not reflecting maturation in moral judgment. Subjects decreased their moral judgment scores when responding to the DIT dilemmas from a conservative perspective. Contrary to moral development theory, subjects were able to increase their moral judgment scores when responding from the perspective of a political liberal. These results imply that, given the generally conservative political orientation of the profession, the DIT may systematically understate the moral judgment abilities of accounting students and accountants.  相似文献

本文认为从社会学的角度来理解、构建和谐社会的重要内容之一就是要实现政治领域、经济领域和社会领域三大社会部门的良性运行和协调发展,而市场营销有助于政府部门完成行政目标,实现地区和谐发展;有助于营利组织创造更多社会财富,获得可持续的和谐发展;有助于非营利组织提升服务水平,取得壮大与和谐发展。文章提出,面对构建和谐社会的发展环境,我们需要创新营销理念,丰富构建和谐社会的文化,创新营销组织,完善构建和谐社会的主体,创新营销技术,提升构建和谐社会的手段。通过与时俱进地推进这些方面的创新,充分发挥营销在构建和谐社会中的积极作用。  相似文献

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) field presents not only a landscape of theories but also a proliferation of approaches, which are controversial, complex and unclear. This article tries to clarify the situation, “mapping the territory” by classifying the main CSR theories and related approaches in four groups: (1) instrumental theories, in which the corporation is seen as only an instrument for wealth creation, and its social activities are only a means to achieve economic results; (2) political theories, which concern themselves with the power of corporations in society and a responsible use of this power in the political arena; (3) integrative theories, in which the corporation is focused on the satisfaction of social demands; and (4) ethical theories, based on ethical responsibilities of corporations to society. In practice, each CSR theory presents four dimensions related to profits, political performance, social demands and ethical values. The findings suggest the necessity to develop a new theory on the business and society relationship, which should integrate these four dimensions.  相似文献

Emerging countries have witnessed an incredible change in their societal structure in the last few years. In Brazil, the economical rise of the middle class brought more that 100 million people to the marketplace. This stimulus to consumerism (i.e. the social and economic order that encourages the purchase of goods and services in ever‐greater amounts) is accompanied by a notable growth in social movements and mobilization of citizen‐consumers, which indicates changes in the values of individuals and concerns with the direction the society is taking. Conscious and political consumption consequently arises as an alternative way. Especially among young consumers such issues are interesting to address from a theoretical and social point of view, as this new generation will shape the future of the nation. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to analyse socially conscious and political consumption in terms of consumers’ civic engagement as political citizens. We argue that the young political consumer is value‐oriented. The study relied on quantitative research, conducted through an internet‐based survey where 458 valid questionnaires were obtained. Schwartz's Portrait Values Questionnaire was used to measure personal values of the interviewees. Conscious and political consumption were measured through eight questions addressing alter‐ and anti‐consumption actions. The results indicated significant differences among the personal values of the university students that were classified as political consumers. Universalism and benevolence stood out among the core values of this group, with prominence of self‐transcendence, appreciation for equality and concerns for the well‐being of others. However, a gap was observed between the discourse and action of interviewees, once only one‐third of the sample undertook some form of political consumption. The conclusion was that most of the university students interviewed show the will to change society with individual actions, but demonstrate very little political commitment, and currently do not act politically in their purchases.  相似文献

The author voices her misgivings over a purely "technical" introduction of the new single currency. The present social, cultural, economic and political crisis of modern Europe is sketched, and the concept of the "dense society" is used to describe an expanding society with restricted mobility, limited vitality and excessive focus on the present. The special relation between society and finance is also amplified. Against this background, it is maintained that there is a need to restore a virtuous link between the business and finance world and society, stressing, among other things, innovative entrepreneurship, investment flexibility, new forms of work, and the creation of collective mutuality. The introduction of the euro must be connected not only in symbolic but also in concrete terms with a resurgence of development, mobility and social inclusion.In addition, the author describes the specific problems with the changeover to the euro that she sees for Italy, a nation where a very positive attitude towards the euro prevails but where there is little knowledge of the mechanisms of the changeover. The specific characteristics of the retail trade as well as the savings and investment patterns may create particular problems for Italy in connection with the changeover.  相似文献

In this article, we describe an assignment undertaken by our third-year students at a University Business School in the United Arab Emirates. The assignment serves to introduce corporate social responsibility and ethics in the undergraduate curriculum and to raise student awareness of how corporate activity together with corporate social responsibility can impact a country’s social, political, and cultural landscapes. We outline the assignment, student response to it, and its contribution to student intellectual development in terms of ethical perspective, philanthropy versus ethics, economic development, and cultural diversity. We discuss the implications of this learning experience for our students and their greater understanding of items within the United Arab Emirates government’s strategic directions, namely, creating a cohesive society and a sustainable environment.  相似文献
