测定石油苯纯度常用方法为ASTMD4492气相色谱法分析苯的纯度标准实验方法,文章分别采用内标法、面积归一法对石油苯纯度分析方法做了研究。面积归一法用量少,操作简单,结果精确度低;内标法为准确定量,操作步骤多,需要加入内标物,结果较精确;两种方法均能满足分析重复性;当苯纯度高时,两种方法结果差别小。  相似文献

采用高压釜式反应器,以乙醇-水为溶剂,在压力0.2~2.5MPa、反应温度50~120℃、氢气气氛下,探究了Pd/C催化剂对对硝基苯酚催化加氢制备对氨基苯酚的产品纯度影响。结果表明:Pd/C催化剂具有良好的加氢制备对氨基苯酚反应性能,产品纯度随Pd负载量的增加呈现先增加后减小的趋势,Pd负载量为3%时产品纯度可达98.76%;实验探究出对硝基苯酚催化加氢制备对氨基苯酚最佳反应条件:当乙醇和去离子水之比为5:1,催化剂Pd负载量为3%,氢气压力为0.5MPa,反应温度为85℃时,催化剂负荷量为1/60~1/40,对氨基苯酚收率达98.5%,纯度达99%以上。  相似文献

采用毛细管电泳法拆分苯磺酸氨氯地平手性对映体并检测其光学纯度,选择CM-β-CD为手性选择剂,考察了CM-β-CD浓度和缓冲液pH值对手性分离的影响,并对分离条件进行了优化。实验结果表明,在不添加任何有机改性剂的条件下,含10 mmol/L CM-β-CD的50 mmol/Ltris-磷酸缓冲液(pH值为2.5)可使对映体在短时间(7.22 min)内完成基线分离,分离度(RS)达4.3。  相似文献

The performance and competitiveness of manufacturing companies is dependent on the reliability, availability and productivity of their production facilities. To ensure the plant achieves the desired performance, maintenance managers need a good track of performance on maintenance process and maintenance results. This can be attained through development and implementation of a rigorously defined performance measurement framework and indicators that are able to measure important elements of maintenance function performance. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate that performance indicators are not defined in isolation, but should be the result of a careful analysis of the interaction of the maintenance function with other organisational functions, most evidently with the production function. In this paper, a conceptual framework that provide guidelines for choosing maintenance function performance indicators is proposed. It seeks to align maintenance objectives with manufacturing and corporate objectives, and provides a link between the maintenance objectives, maintenance process/efforts and maintenance results. Based on this conceptual framework, performance indicators of the maintenance process and maintenance results are identified for each category.  相似文献

While strategic planning is a key concept in management research, there has been little consistency in its conceptualization or measurement. Our review of prior studies also identifies reliability and validity, dimensionality, crude levels of measurement, and lack of parsimony as additional problems associated with prior use of this variable. Such problems substantially limit our ability to compare results across studies, or to make appropriate normative recommendations. We address these concerns by developing and validating a multiple indicator measure of strategic planning, using two independent samples. Reviewing and updating performance measurement systems (PMS) based on internal and external environmental changes are as important as developing and implementing them. The results of an action research study carried out to improve the PMS of an energy company's maritime transportation area are presented. The findings of this longitudinal study illustrate the difficulty and complexity of reviewing and updating an energy company's PMS for its maritime transportation area. This difficulty is due to the involvement of PMS users, the assessment of performance measures, the establishment of targets, and data availability. The complexity is related to the changes in information technology when implementing changes in procedures for computing performance measures. This article contributes to a better understanding of the process of reviewing and updating a company's existing PMS.  相似文献

研究了由乙醛酸和苯酚合成对羟基扁桃酸钠后,再经亚磷酸还原,合成对羟基苯乙酸的工艺。研究结果表明:在合适的工艺条件下,由乙醛酸到对羟基苯乙酸的摩尔收率达60.1%。对羟基苯乙酸的质量分数可以达到99%。该法原料来源广,产品质量好,具有较好的发展前景。  相似文献

R&D activities are increasingly costly and risky and, as a consequence, measuring their performance and contribution to value becomes critical. This paper illustrates a formal model for measuring R&D performance, based upon a balanced and synthetic evaluation of quantitative indicators from five different perspectives of performance: financial, customer, innovation and learning, internal business, alliances, and networks. The model is built in coherence with the suggestions coming from the theory of measurement in soft systems, which gives relevant guidelines for ensuring validity, objectivity and inter-subjectivity of the model. Then, an application in a real R&D setting is described, which helps to understand the model and to enlighten its main advantages and limits.  相似文献

The aim of the research was to explore and evaluate previous work focusing on the relationship and links between regulation and performance measurement. The objectives were to seek out examples in the literature on the unintended consequences of performance measurement and regulation. Several explanatory frameworks are developed and discussed. It is intended that the frameworks can be developed and used: (a) to assist our conceptual understanding of the unintended consequences of regulation and performance measurement at the firm level; (b) to guide regulators in policy making by showing the issues and opportunities that exist as a result of regulation and performance measurement; and (c) to serve as a platform to identify and recommend areas for future research.  相似文献

This paper analyzes the design of performance measurement and remedy plans that have been implemented in the telecommunications industry to ensure competitive local exchange carriers are afforded a meaningful opportunity to compete in the provision of local exchange services. It demonstrates that the plans can impose penalties on incumbent local exchange carriers even when the incumbents provide the same or higher level of wholesale service quality to their competitors than they provide to themselves.
