员工对企业的忠诚表现与企业的生存发展密切相关。然而,在影响员工忠诚度的众多因素中,企业社会责任是当前的讨论热点。实证分析表明,企业社会责任各维度对内部员工忠诚度有显著影响,但不同的责任维度对员工忠诚度影响的程度不同,企业伦理责任对员工忠诚度的影响最大,其次是法律责任、慈善责任和经济责任。可见,企业积极履行社会责任不仅是社会对企业公民角色的要求,而且也是企业对人才管理的需要。因此,企业管理者应从社会责任的角度高度重视员工对组织的忠诚度,并应将社会责任的履行落实到人力资源管理实践中。  相似文献

本文基于社会资本相关理论,采用案例研究方法,探讨国有上市公司民营化过程中,原管理层借助社会资本,通过隐形控制掌控上市公司,进而掏空上市公司的行为。通过对广东博信这一典型案例的深入研究,本文发现:在中国民营化的现实背景下,国有上市公司原管理层利用国有产权转移的机会,调动各种社会资本,实现对上市公司的隐形控制并掏空上市公司的行为确实存在。本文提供了在国有股股权转让的现实背景下,原管理层调动各种社会资本变相掏空上市公司的证据,丰富了掏空的相关理论,有助于学术界和实务界从社会资本这一视角重新审视掏空行为中控制权这一重要概念。  相似文献

第三方物流作为新兴的物流管理模式,成为理论界和实践界广泛关注的问题之一。但服务意识缺位、缺乏完善的服务指标、信息化服务能力薄弱等因素导致第三方物流企业客户忠诚度较低,极大地阻碍了第三方物流企业发展。在分析第三方物流企业发展现状和特征基础上,提出驱动第三方物流企业客户忠诚主要因素:客户感知价值、客户满意、转换成本和相关环境因素,运用层次分析法测度这些因素对第三方物流企业客户忠诚的作用机理。最后,通过案例验证其可行性和有效性。  相似文献

Research has recently provided evidence that at least some companies have involved purchasing departments in buying professional services such as management consulting services. Some departments have established preferred supplier programs (PSPs) for consulting services, i.e., programs for consultancies with whom a company seeks to build up long-term relationships. While there are several studies that analyze such programs for suppliers of goods, research on business services is limited. Our aim is to present an exploratory analysis of PSPs for consulting services. Based on a survey of German client companies, we found that the most important reason for establishing PSPs is to reduce costs and transaction costs. Furthermore, our findings revealed that companies with and without PSPs for consulting services apply high significance to relational selection criteria. Moreover, in companies with PSPs, purchasing departments are more frequently involved in selecting consultancies compared to companies without PSPs. Finally, we found that companies with and without PSPs do not differ in their assessment of problems associated with the purchasing of consulting services. The study contributes to research on the purchasing of consulting services by indicating that the consultant–manager relationship should be extended to a service triad, involving purchasing professionals, managers, and consultants. Moreover, we contribute to research on PSPs by extending the focus to PSPs for knowledge-intensive service providers.  相似文献

The primary aim of the research was to examine commercial organisations' perceptions of the benefits of cause‐related marketing and the extent to which these benefits were achieved through their involvement with a UK cause‐related marketing campaign. The study also explored companies' views on the management of relationships between the profit and nonprofit organisations involved in a cause‐related marketing partnership. The research was conducted with companies involved in the cause‐related marketing campaign of one UK charity. Analysis of the data, gathered by means of a postal questionnaire, revealed that the benefits of cause‐related marketing perceived to be the most important in this context were increasing press coverage and raising brand awareness. Other important benefits included the opportunity to demonstrate social responsibility and enhance corporate reputation as well as building customer loyalty and increasing sales. Benefits achieved through participation in the cause‐related marketing campaign were limited to improved corporate reputation and social responsibility and press coverage. Recommendations for improved management of the partnership heavily emphasised joint planning processes, at the strategic and implementation levels. Corporate short‐termism is arguably one of the main causes of economic, social, and environmental unsustainability. This paper studies the effectiveness of loyalty shares—shares granting extra dividends or voting rights to shareholders holding them for a specified period of time—in limiting short‐termism. Although there are arguments both supporting (antidote view) and opposing (poison view) loyalty shares' effectiveness, empirical evidence on the theme is scant. By employing earnings management as a proxy for corporate short‐termism and by relying on a hand‐collected database of Italian firms, we find that loyalty shares can serve as an effective antidote against short‐termism. This study contributes to academic literature on corporate governance and accounting and informs the debate among policymakers on loyalty shares' effectiveness.  相似文献

The offshoring phenomenon has evolved in recent years, and can be understood from a threefold perspective: first, the evolution in the type of activity being offshored; second, the learning curve involving both the companies implementing offshoring and service providers; and third, the reasons for offshoring. This study proposes an empirical framework that will allow us to explore the interaction between the type of activity (specifically knowledge-intensive) and the drivers of the decision to select the most appropriate governance mode. Specifically, our results show that market-seeking drivers become the primary determinants prompting firms to offshore knowledge-intensive activities through a captive center. In contrast, the motivation to reduce costs moderates the decision to offshore knowledge-intensive activities by nurturing a preference for offshore outsourcing. The empirical evidence is supported by multi-country data from the Offshoring Research Network.  相似文献

以2006—2017年披露社会责任报告的所有A股上市公司为研究对象,实证检验了社会责任报告的语调对股价崩盘风险的影响。实证结果显示,社会责任报告的净正面语调与股价崩盘风险呈显著正相关关系,具体表现为通过正面语调离差策略来隐匿企业的负面信息。进一步分析发现,当企业的信息不对称程度较高,企业自愿披露社会责任报告时,其社会责任报告净正面语调与未来股价崩盘风险呈显著正相关关系,而管理层隐匿坏消息的动机是出于缓解企业的融资约束问题。研究在丰富社会责任信息披露和股价崩盘风险相关领域研究的同时,对上市公司、投资者和监管部门也有重要的启示作用。  相似文献

医疗器械行业是一个多学科交叉、知识密集、资金密集型的高技术产业。中国医疗器械企业规模小,产业布局呈现地域性,产品层次低,缺乏高端产品,消费者对"中国造"的医疗器械产品持谨慎态度。中国医疗器械市场广阔、需求空间大,医疗体制改革直接形成对国内医疗器械的需求,医疗器械的高端产品需求仍保持高速增长。金融危机后,外资医疗器械企业严控高端技术,继续垄断高端市场,或通过合资联盟形式在华进行本土化布局,或与政府合作开展"公益"活动,提升外企影响力。中国医疗器械企业的战略选择将是通过与外企联盟,缩短获取核心技术的进程,加大自主创新力度,乘机抢占高端市场;依靠成本优势,增加出口地域范围,保持低端产品的优势地位。  相似文献

当前对于企业社会责任的主流研究主要是针对大中型成熟企业。但是,小微企业内外部环境的变化促使企业社会责任前移,小微企业也应该像大中型成熟企业一样承担相应的社会责任。企业社会责任的大部分内容都与人力资源管理有关,对企业人力资源管理提出了新的要求。本文首先分析了社会责任前移对小微企业人力资源管理的影响,进而指出小微企业人力资源管理现状与基本要求的差距,在此基础上以建设性的、不损害其经济活力并在企业的承受能力和承担社会责任之间寻求平衡的方式提出了应对策略。  相似文献
