To “going out” is to gradually enlarge the volume of overseas investment; to strengthen the cooperative development of overseas resources; to develop the business of overseas engineering projects; to enhance the development of overseas agricultural cooperation; to promote the overseas cooperation on science, technology and intelligence; to improve the level of cooperation on overseas labor; and to promote the cooperation in the fields of service trade.

为了扩大中国汽车开始进入东盟市场的成果．贯彻吴仪副总理关于“通过多种方式促进我国对外经贸工作．推动我国企业‘走出去’，积极参与国际合作竞争”的指示精神．在2003年举办的第二届”中国汽车越南巡展”活动取得多项出口和技术合作成果的基础上．中国汽车国际巡展组委会决定举办第三届“中国汽车国际(越南、束埔寨)巡展”活动。     

海内存知已天涯若比邻——写在中国名牌汽车（越南）巡展活动之际

据最新公布的统计数据,2002年中国的汽车产量达到325万辆,跃升全球产业的第5位;中国与东盟的进出贸易额也排行全球第5位。这一历史巧合,已被4月14日启程的“中国名牌汽车(越南)巡展活动”串为一线。 刚刚签署的《中国与东盟全面经济合作框架协议》,为双边多国的经贸合作,开创了包括17亿消费人口和1.2万亿美元贸易额的巨大市场。而且根据时间表,今年中国与东盟各国将完成货物贸易的谈判,这意昧着消除中国与越南等国家的关税壁垒已为期不远。

China Auto International Exhibition Tour was first held in 1995, a significant and important pioneering premier. In fact, the first session of the tour was more appropriately called ＂National Exhibition Tour＂, since the tour team only traveled within Chinas borders. 28 cars and motorcycles from four major domestic automakers took 20 days to travel around half of China.
