微表情是一种持续时间很短暂的面部表情。针对其识别率低的问题,提出了一种基于三维卷积神经网络(3D Convolutionnal Neural Network,3D-CNN)的微表情识别算法。使用Keras作为网络框架,在3D-VGG-Block(3Dimension Visual Geometry Group Block,3D-VGG-Block)的基础上加入批量归一化算法以及丢弃法,提升网络深度与训练速度的同时有效地防止过拟合;针对数据集稀少的问题,采取随机设置起始帧的位置,提前设定每次读取帧序列的长度,循环操作,在将所有数据均遍历的同时,达到数据增广的目的。该算法在CASME II数据集上的识别率最高达68.85%,在识别率上有一定优势。  相似文献

微表情表现强度微弱且非常短暂。针对微表情识别效果不理想的问题,以视觉几何组(Visual Geometry Group,VGG)网络为基础,提出卷积神经网络(Convolutionnal Neural Network,CNN)与长短期记忆网络(Long Short-Term Memory,LSTM)结合的识别算法。CNN提取数据集CASME II的空域特征,LSTM处理时域特征,实现空域与时域特征的结合。针对深度学习训练困难以及过拟合问题,加入批量归一化算法与丢弃法,提高网络训练速度,有效防止过拟合。针对数据集稀缺的问题,固定每次读取帧序列的长度,随机生成起始帧的位置,不断循环读取以遍历整个数据集并达到数据扩增。根据实验结果,五类微表情(高兴、惊讶、厌恶、抑郁、其他)识别率最高可达72.3%。  相似文献

溢油事故带来的海洋污染问题日益严重,SAR图像快速准确地自动识别为溢油事故的处理和决策支持提供了重要前提。为了获得更高的油膜识别准确率,提出了一种基于曲波变换(Curvelet)和局部线性嵌入(Local Linear Embedding,LLE)算法的SAR图像特征提取方法。首先,利用Curvelet对图像进行分解,选取包含了主要信息的低频分量作为新的图像矩阵;然后,利用LLE进行非线性降维,提取图像分类特征。为了验证提取特征的有效性,所提的Curvelet-LLE算法与PCA、LLE、等距特征映射(Isomap)、Curvelet变换和 Fisher 判别分析(Curvelet-KFD)、Wavelet-LLE等特征提取算法,利用K最近邻和支持向量机分类器分别进行了对比实验。实验结果表明,Curvelet-LLE算法能更有效地提取SAR图像油膜识别的分类鉴别特征,其准确率相对较高,具有较好的实用性。  相似文献

针对多种调制类型的雷达信号快速侦察识别成功率较低的问题,提出了基于瞬时频率特征提取的雷达信号快速识别新算法。首先,由短时傅里叶变换(STFT)得到信号每一部分的瞬时频率特征;其次,对得到的瞬时频率进行两次归一化分别得到各自特征值;最后,用层次决策方法对雷达信号进行分类识别。仿真实验结果证明该方法能有效识别各种雷达信号,在信噪比高于-3 dB时,各种脉内调制的识别成功率都达到90%以上。  相似文献

针对加速稳健特征(SURF)算法匹配特征点对较多,造成拼接精度低、计算量大的缺点,结合网络拓扑学理论提出了一种剔除误匹配的SURF改进拼接算法。算法定义并采用连通矩阵得到特征点的拓扑结构,将两幅图像的连通矩阵做异或运算得到判断矩阵,多次迭代剔除特征点集合中错误匹配点和匹配度较低的点,得到拓扑结构完全相同的特征点集合,有效减少了匹配特征点对的数量,提高了特征点对的匹配正确率。根据最终的特征点集合计算变换矩阵完成两幅图像的拼接处理。对比实验结果表明,针对同一组图像进行拼接处理,所提算法的特征点匹配正确率较SURF算法提高了28.28%以上;对于小分辨率图像拼接,耗时基本保持一致;对于大分辨率图像拼接,所提算法耗时大大减少。  相似文献

在无人机的检测与识别过程中特征提取尤为重要。针对在低信噪比下由于提取特征困难且鲁棒性较差导致的识别效果不理想的问题,提出了一种基于改进的CVD(Cadence-Velocity Diagram)和Radon变换的特征提取方法应用于识别旋翼无人机。该方法通过提取目标的频率信息、峰值信息和边缘信息作为特征,运用K近邻分类器进行分类识别。仿真结果显示,在信噪比为-15 dB的条件下能够达到96.67%的识别精度。所提方法在低信噪比下识别效果明显优于SVM和朴素贝叶斯等算法。  相似文献

在实际电子侦察过程中,由于各种原因,侦收到的不同类型信号数量相差很大,类别之间严重不平衡,常规方法在这种数据集下训练得到的分类器不能有效识别少数类。针对这一问题,首先采用栈式自编码器对中频数据进行降维和特征提取;然后在降维后的特征空间内通过多种过采样方法生成新的少数类样本,使数据集重新平衡,并利用再平衡后的数据集训练支持向量机分类器;最后采用F分数和受试者工作特征(Receiver Operating Characteristic,ROC)曲线两种评价方法对分类效果进行评价。实验结果表明,通过过采样处理,分类器对少数类的识别性能有所提升。  相似文献

针对跳频信号分选存在人工提取参数特征具有复杂性的问题,提出了一种基于深度学习的识别方法。首先对跳频信号进行短时傅里叶变换,得到二维的时频矩阵;接着提取信号的轮廓特征,构造三维矩阵作等高线图,并对等高线图进行预处理;最后把预处理后的等高线图输入到卷积神经网络中进行训练、测试,进而实现分类识别。仿真结果表明,在不需要复杂的人工提取参数特征的基础上,在分选率为100〖WT《Times New Roman》〗%〖WTBZ〗时,所提方法经裁剪处理下的信噪比为-15 dB,比支持向量机和传统K-Means聚类算法都低10 dB。实测数据的算法验证表明,所提方法能够将大疆精灵4Pro、hm无人机、司马航模X8HW以及大疆悟2这四类无人机正确分类。  相似文献

提出了一种基于顺序统计量特征的二进制相移键控/正交相移键控(BPSK/QPSK)信号调制识别算法。对观测信号进行平方并做离散傅里叶变换运算,将变换结果取模后去除最大值得到修正频谱,并取修正频谱的最大值作为识别特征量,利用恒虚警准则确定判决门限,将识别特征量与门限比较来完成对BPSK和QPSK两种调制信号的识别。计算机仿真表明,当信噪比适度时,所提算法可对BPSK及QPSK两类信号进行有效识别。当信噪比大于1 dB时,算法的平均识别正确率达到90%以上。  相似文献

针对当前人体行为识别准确率低、计算量大等缺陷,提出了一种基于三维卷积神经网络(3D Convolutionnal Neural Network,3D-CNN)结合批量归一化(Batch Normalization,BN)及改进的视觉几何组(Visual Geometry Group,VGG)网络的行为识别算法。该算法首先对3D-CNN结构进行优化,在三维空间采用了多个小卷积核卷积层堆叠的Block结构;同时在网络结构中引入BN算法,将卷积层输出的特征图每一维进行独立的批量归一化处理;之后在Block结构中增加了Dropout层以提高网络泛化能力以及将3D-CNN网络层数加深到了13层,提高了高层次抽象特征的提取能力;最终使用softmax进行分类得出结果。实验结果表明所设计的3D-BN-VGG网络在行为识别方面有较高的识别率。  相似文献
