实现了基于LT5506下变频器和Cyclone IV FPGA的零中频接收机,采用射频、基 带一体化架构,尺寸仅为8 cm×6 cm×1.5 cm,重量仅为45 g,功耗仅为 800 mW,满足小型化 、低功耗的要求。针对零中频接收机中射频信号检波困难和传统AGC的调节时间受输入信号 幅度影响的缺点,由Cyclone IV完成信号检波,增加对数运算环节并改进环路滤波器的结构 ,配合LT5506中的可变增益放大器仿真并实现固定调节时间的AGC,用8 MHz采样时钟对 1 MHz正弦波进行幅度控制,调节时间恒定为53 μs,不受输入信号幅度影响。  相似文献

受卫星信道热噪声、多普勒、畸变影响,传统八进制相位键控(8PSK)接收机性能不 佳,速率不高,较少应用于航天测控通信系统。针对这一问题,设计并实现了一种基于FPGA 的航天测控系统宽带8PSK解调高速数传接收机,采用Gardner算法实现时钟恢复,利用基于 最大似然估计的鉴相算法完成载波同步,并用分数间隔的并行恒模均衡算法提高接收性能。 该技术已应用于某接收系统并实现了600 Mb/s 8PSK信号解调,误码率在1×10-3 ~1×10-8之间时,解调损失与理论值不超过2 dB。宽带8PSK解调高速数传接收 机可为我国二代中继系统提供支持。  相似文献

针对高灵敏度接收机对频率合成器的高技术指标要求,构建了一种融合了直接模拟、直接数字以及间接数字的频率合成技术方案,根据该方案,成功实现了频率合成器的工程研制。通过测试,频率合成器相位噪声达-112 dBc/Hz@5 kHz,杂散抑制优于-75 dBc,频率分辨率小于1 kHz,10 MHz跳频时间约为13 μs,满足了高灵敏度接收机对频率合成器的高技术指标要求,为高纯度频率合成器的实现提供了一条新途径。  相似文献

为了解决大多普勒频移、猝发通信条件下传统接收机结构复杂的问题,设计并实现了一 种基于FPGA实现的宽动态范围全数字DPSK基带接收机。采用1 bit A/D带通采样技术和差分 检测技术,在最大40 kHz多普勒频移条件下实现了70 dB动态范围。该技术已用于 某低成本毫米波数据通信系统中,实现了码速率为10 Mbit/s、动态范围大于70 dB的D PSK信号解调,系统误比特率为10-6。  相似文献

根据超短波组合式电台低成本中频数字化的要求,提出了一种低成本的中频数字化方 案,采用Xilnx公司的低成本FPGA XC3S4000和AD公司的上变频器AD9857以及模数转换器AD9 235 40设计了中频数字化硬件平台,并在该平台上完成了AM、FM模拟信号和MSK数字信号的 调制解调。模块级和系统级的测试表明,AM、FM的解调音频信纳比和MSK的误码率均满足系 统设计要求。该平台具有很好的通用性,适用于中频频率低于40 MHz的中频数字化设计 。在该平台上只需进行软件更改就可以实现其它调制解调方案。  相似文献

在满带宽100 MHz条件下,AD9371的收、发采样频偏问题严重,不采用精确的同步定时模块时,在高斯白噪声信道下测试,误码率较调制误差公式erf值偏高。传统的Gardner定时同步算法虽能降低采样频偏,但Gardner算法的实现复杂度太高。针对这对性能和复杂度间的矛盾,给出了一种同步定时模块的现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)简化实现方法。简化后的Farrow滤波器的乘法器与原始的Farrow相比减少50%,环路滤波器占用FPGA资源和传输时延比原环路滤波器都减少了50%以上。将简化后的同步定时模块在AD9371板卡上进行测试,结果表明简化后的同步定时模块与传统的Gardner同步定时模块性能在-30 dBm时误码同时降低到零,性能完全一样,证明此种同步定时方法的等效简化切实有效。  相似文献

为满足航空信道条件下的远距离宽带数据传输需求,基于单载波频域均衡传输(SC-FDE)体制,采用8PSK调制体制进行了宽带数字接收机的设计,包括传输帧同步、载波同步、定时同步、信道估计和频域均衡。同时,为保证灵活应用的需求,采用数字内插的方式进行了可变传输速率设计。基于Xilinx现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)平台对硬件实现进行优化,最终实现了传输速率能够从112.5 Mbit/s覆盖到900 Mbit/s的数传接收机。仿真分析和硬件测试结果表明,该接收解调设备能够实现很好的性能指标,同时SC-FDE架构具备有效补偿多径传播影响的能力,适合应用于高动态无线宽带航空数据传输系统中。  相似文献

设计并实现了5 mm(U频段)单刀双掷(Single Pole Double Throw,SPDT)开关模块。该 开关模块采用鳍线并联PIN二极管电路结构形式,通过采用一种全新的高隔离度措 施,获得高隔离、低插损开关特性。经加工测试,开关模块在50~56 GHz频带内隔离度 大于50 dB,插损小于2.3 dB。该模块已应用于5 mm射频组件中。  相似文献

设计了一种用于超宽带无线通信系统的小型化天线。该天线贴片尺寸为20 mm×15 mm ×3 mm,采用U形折叠结构和渐变结构相结合,可使天线具有超宽带特性。为 了减小对无线局域网(WLAN)系统5 GHz频带的干扰,天线采取了叉形谐振结构来实现对相应频带的抑制。采用仿真软件分析了该天线阻抗带宽和不同频点处的辐射方向图。仿真和实测结果显示,该天线在25~4.67 GHz和628~12 GHz内S11<-10 dB,在47~6.2 GHz内S11>-10 dB,因而有效产生带阻特性。  相似文献

提出了一种四分之一波长半U型缝隙折叠超宽带微带天线。该天线采用短路面加载半 U型缝隙以及折叠辐射贴片的方法,实现了小型超宽带特性;天线的尺寸为18 mm×7. 5 mm×7 mm,相对波长尺寸为0231λg×0096λg×009λg (λg是天线 带宽最低频率对应的介质中波长)。仿真显示,天线的阻抗带宽为393%,仿真辐射方向图 稳定,平均增益4.3 dB。由矢量网络适量分析仪E5071C实测天线模型,天线的带宽为3 86~6.47 GHz,相对带宽为5053%,并且从3.53 GHz到大于8.5 GHz频段上 电压驻波比小于3,相对带宽超过826%。  相似文献
