文中首先回顾了国内外对短生命周期产品的研究,分析了系统动力学的特点,然后基于系统动力学理论建立了一个二阶短生命周期产品的供应链模型,该供应链模型中包含了一个制造商和一个零售商,最后利用系统动力学软件Vensim_PLE对模型进行模拟仿真,得出模拟结果,并在此基础上对模型进行分析,阐述了短生命周期产品供应链上的产品价格变化、制造商生产能力的投资决策对短生命周期产品供应链在产品的整个生命周期内的总利润的影响。  相似文献

为了解决短生命周期产品供应链协调的特殊性问题,文中采用博弈理论分析了供应链系统的多周期激励协调问题,从理论上给出了系统协调的最终结果:供应链系统最终处于平衡状态。应用马尔可夫决策过程建立了短生命周期产品供应链协调动态激励模型,实现了有限时段供应链系统多周期总体收益最大。通过数值分析,得到了供应链系统动态激励的帕累托最优策略。动态激励深入挖掘了供应链系统的潜能,在现有文献关注的激励内容的基础上,着重解决了激励过程,从而实现了供应链系统协调静态和动态激励的有机结合。  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is the empirical investigation of the status quo of green supply chain management in the German automotive industry from a practitioner's point of view. Several aspects of green supply chain management, such as the point of time of implementation, the driving forces, the relevance of intended goals and their particular realization and the adoption of eco‐programs with suppliers and customers as well as internal and external barriers are analyzed. Furthermore, the link to different performance criteria is tested by inductive statistics in order to show the potential of green supply chain management for competitiveness. For this study, managers from the automotive supply industry in Germany were asked about their estimations in this regard. The main conclusion is that managers express the need for green supply chain management on the one hand but also see corresponding problems in terms of required resources on the other hand. Furthermore, the analyses show that green supply chain management leads to higher performance in terms of several performance criteria. The auto industry is experiencing a time of restlessness, which stems from several elements that currently threaten the stability and status quo of its supply chains. Among these elements are autonomous driving, connectivity, electrification, and trip sharing that has led to new forms of mobility. In this context, this article presents the results of a research, which had three main objectives: (1) to identify the green supply chain management (GSCM) practices most commonly implemented in all industrial sectors worldwide, (2) to evaluate how these practices are considered by professionals in the automotive industry and by researchers working on the subject in Brazil, and (3) to identify and evaluate which practices are most widely adopted within these companies and/or supply chains and influence their environmental performance. The research method combined a qualitative research step (Delphi) with another quantitative one (survey). The results show that most of the reality of the automotive industry in Brazil is in line with studies on GSCM practices worldwide, but some specific findings have also been identified and discussed.  相似文献

Companies are increasingly challenged for action on climate change. Most studies on business responses to climate change focus on cross‐sector comparisons and neglect intra‐sectoral dynamics. This paper investigates the influence of supply chain position and regional affiliation on climate change strategies within a particular industry. We present a generic framework integrating both market and non‐market responses to climate change. We argue that climate change strategies comprise several corporate activities that have different foci of interaction and four main objectives: governance, innovation, compensation and legitimation. Using a global sample of 116 automotive companies, we conduct a cluster analysis and identify four types of strategy. We find that the sophistication of automobile manufacturers' strategies significantly differs from that of suppliers. Regional affiliation and firm size prove to be determinants of the strategy type pursued. We cannot find evidence for a relationship between financial performance and a company's strategic approach to climate change. © 2017 The Authors. Standard costing is used as a control for product costing. But with life cycle becoming shorter, costing should be done at the design and development stage of a product. This is achieved through target costing.The implementation of target costing and target pricing is done with the ultimate purpose of cost reduction, cost understanding, continuous improvement, competitiveness, early purchasing and supplier involvement, and improved design and accountability by manufacturers. The study explores the participation of the purchasing and supply chain management's role in target costing and target pricing process. Supply management plays an active role in monitoring the ongoing cost and performance of suppliers during the early stages of product development. Implementation of target costing and target pricing in various organizations are also explored. Leading Japanese manufacturers have used target costing and target pricing systems to their advantage and the paper also examines the adaptation of the Western companies to these proactive cost management techniques to improve their product development processes.  相似文献

区域产业集群发展中总会遇到集群衰退、集群创新力下降以及产业集群抵御环境变化能力下降等不可避免的系列问题。由于初级产品产业比重大、附加值低等,河南省产业集群所面临的问题就更多,急需解决。通过对河南省产业集群现状的分析,抓住河南省产业集群的基本特点和共性问题,基于供应链理论,认为产业集群存在的劣势和风险需要建立完善的供应链系统才能解决。针对河南省不同产业集群的优势和各自特点,提出构建河南省产业集群的供应链体系策略即构建跨区域的产业供应链体系,规划出重点产业集群核心企业的供应链战略,产业集群供应链伙伴关系管理策略。  相似文献
