我国外贸形势分析及展望

今年以来,国家出台了一系列支持对外贸易发展的政策措施,对减缓国际金融危机冲击、增强出口企业信心,保持我国出口竞争力产生了积极效果.从目前外贸运行来看,我国进出口进一步下滑的势头开始放缓.当前和今后一段时期,外需萎缩导致出口减少仍是我国经济增长面临的主要矛盾.外贸调控重点应是:继续贯彻落实国务院出台的促进外贸稳定增长的各项措施,进一步加大政策支持力度,努力把国际金融危机对我国外贸的影响降到最低,确保我国在国际市场的商品份额不降低或略有增长.     

八个字解读外贸半年报

“进出口呈现逐步回暖态势。”这是海关总署新闻发言人、综合统计司司长郑跃声日前在会上对于2014年上半年外贸走势的判断总结。据海关统计，今年一季度我国进出口值为5．9万亿元，下降3．8％；二季度进出口值为6．5万亿元，增长1．8％。其中，5月份我国外贸进出口同比增速由4月份的下降1.4％逆转为增长1．5％，并在6月份进一步扩大至5．6％。     

论我国外贸进出口变动影响因素

本文从宏观因素上和结构因素上分别对我国外贸进出口总额增减变动趋势进行分析,在宏观方面运用逐步回归,得出1985-2009年我国外贸进出口总额的变动主要取决于国内生产总值和实际利用外资两个因素的变动。在结构方面运用动态分析,得出了影响外贸进出口总额最重要的因素是机械和运输设备的进出口额。     

浅析外贸进出口企业的财务管理

作为拉动经济的三架马车之一,对外贸易在我国国民经济中占重要地位。2011年我国外贸进出口总值达36420．6亿美元,比2010年同期增长22．5％,中国已经成为全球最大的出口国。由于对外贸易发展有力地推动了我国经济结构和经济发展方式的转变,这就给进出口企业的发展既带来了机遇也带来了压力。伴随着我国外贸进出口权逐步放开,进出口企业在经济管理中存在的一些问题已严重制约了其生存与发展,本文从经济管理的角度分析了进出口企业财务管理、信息管理等问题,并提出了一些作者的建设性的对策和设想。     

《关于支持外贸稳定增长的若干意见》出台

为支持外贸稳定增长，国务院办公厅近日印发《关于支持外贸稳定增长的若干意见》（以下简称《意见》），部署激发市场活力、提振外贸企业信心、促进进出口平稳增长。     

浅析我国外贸代理制度的不足及其完善

一、我国外贸代理制度的现状 根据我国现有外贸政策法规的规定．只有获得外贸经营许可的公司企业才可以从事进出口活动。没有外贸经营权或未获得外贸许可的公司企业只能委托有外贸经营权或许可的公司企业在其经营范围内代理办理进出口业务．包括对外的签约、货物进出境的海关手续、结汇付汇、退税等。

对外贸易形势分析

1—7月我国外贸进出口总值比去年同期增长25．1％ 8月10日，海关总署发布我国外贸进出口最新统计，今年1-7月情况，我同外贸进出口总值20225．5亿美元．比去年同期增长25．1％。7月贸易顺差314．8亿美元，创下30个月来新高。

Returns to specialization,competition, population,and growth

Using an expanding-variety endogenous growth model with purposive human capital accumulation, this paper provides an alternative explanation of why we may observe an ambiguous correlation between product market competition (PMC) and economic growth, and between population and economic growth rates. Our explanation is based on the notion of ‘returns to specialization’. Under the model's assumptions, PMC and economic growth are ambiguously correlated when returns to specialization are decreasing, whereas population growth and productivity growth are ambiguously correlated when returns to specialization are increasing. From a theoretical point of view, these results are explained by the presence or absence of an ‘increasing production-complexity’ effect associated to the use of a larger number of intermediate-input varieties in the same production process.

Hard to arbitrage,hard for analysts to forecast

This paper examines whether limits to arbitrage (LA) affect analysts' earnings forecast accuracy. Using the LA index, which is constructed from unique trading constraints in the Chinese stock market and other commonly used measures, we find that forecast accuracy is much lower for stocks with high LA. Moreover, our results are more suited to explanations of cognitive bias that turn to investor sentiment or limited attention and cannot be fully explained by more objective factors, including analyst ability, broker size, broker experience, and commission pressure. We also find that LA amplifies analyst forecast dispersion. Such results indicate that LA distorts analysts’ earnings expectations and provides new insight into how LA affects anomaly returns.

Procedural Fairness, Return to Work, and the Decision to Dispute in Workers' Compensation

This study investigates how injured workers evaluate the fairness of the workers' compensation claims process and how that evaluation affects the decision to formally dispute their claim. Survey and administrative data are used to test a model where individuals are hypothesized to base their overall impression of the fairness of the process based on dimensions of procedural justice criteria. They are then hypothesized to decide whether to formally dispute the claim based on a combination of procedural fairness concerns and whether or not they returned to work with the same employer. The implications of the results for structuring the workers' compensation claims process are then discussed.
