一则简短的午间公告,让桐庐籍企业家朱宝良上了热搜. 2019年12月10日,兰州民百(集团)股份有限公司(简称“兰州民百”,600738)发布公告称,于2019年12月10日收到杭州市桐庐县公安局函告,公司实际控制人朱宝良因个人原因被采取刑事强制措施,相关事项尚待公安机关进一步调查.     

并购狂人的野心

出生于浙江桐庐的朱宝良,一直是个备受争议的人物. 9000万元“买断”桐庐山水,5500万元的价格收购南京夫子庙附近新浪潮广场长期使用权,挺进西部掌控上市公司兰州民百,绝对控股民营快递公司上海希伊艾斯快递……从曾经的桐庐首富到阶下囚,写尽如梦似幻的人生起落,如今,庞大的商业帝国岌岌可危,曾经的辉煌与骄傲,正因朱宝良的被捕变得晦暗不明.     

离开朱宝良的日子

作为知名企业家,桐庐籍企业家朱宝良出事了的消息成为人们关注的焦点.除了案件本身的进展之外,朱宝良也是杭州环北小商品市场有限公司、浙江红楼房地产开发有限公司、浙江新红楼旅游集团有限公司等多家公司的股东甚至实际控制人.他的出事是否会影响这些企业的经营与发展?对此,《浙商》记者走访了杭州和其家乡桐庐的数个地点,探寻这位资本大鳄缺位后的现状.

Paternalism in the marketplace: Should a salesman be his buyer's keeper?

The marketplace has become increasingly sophisticated. Products and services are more complex resulting in greater customer reliance on salespersons for guidance. The salesperson's role presumes superior knowledge with respect to the buyer because he is consulted as an expert on the quality and uses of his product. Thus, it is important that a tacit professional ethic for sales be established to protect customers from possible exploitation. The purpose of this article is to propose a realistic professional ethic for sales — limited paternalism. Limited paternalism implies that a salesman should be his buyer's keeper in the sense that he should serve the interests of his customers by identifying their needs, while disclosing all relevant information about products or services in order to facilitate mutual exchange to mutual advantage.James M. Ebejer, after studying psychology and philosophy as an undergraduate, received his M.B.A. from Oakland University in 1986. United States–China Plane Collision Negotiation

On April 1, 2000 an American surveillance plane and a Chinese fighter plane collided off the coast of China. The Chinese pilot parachuted out of his aircraft but was presumed dead; his body was not found. The U.S. plane made an emergency landing at a Chinese military airfield without receiving permission. China thus had possession of the U.S. plane and crew. China said that the U.S. was responsible for the crash and demanded an apology. The U.S. expressed regret over the collision but declared it had no apology to give as the fault lay with the Chinese pilot. On April 10 with negotiation between the two countries remaining deadlocked, the author considered the problem in the Evolutionary Systems Design (ESD) framework. The article discusses the author's analysis and solution, his efforts to implement it, and the agreed solution announced by the U.S. and China on April 11.
