With the trend of world economic globalization, the enterprises must be influeced by the economic globalization. At the same time, Chinese economy has developed fast and entered WTO. There are opportunities as wetl as challenges for Chine.re enterprises; internationalization is the trend for Chinese enterprises to get more chances to develop. How Chlne.re enterprises take the multinational operatian is a hot topic for both Chinese enterprise sector and academe sector, as well as far the government saul all the Chinese people. This paper firstly reviews the multinational operation theories and thoughts of scholars from home and abroad, and describes the necessity for Chinese enterprises to take internation-alization road. Combined with the status quo and characteristics of Chinese enterprises＇ internationalization, it concludes four mades available for Chinese enterprises： low-cost expansion, mergers and acquisitions, OBM and OEM. and analyzes faur modes. Finally, it proposes same suggestions and eountermeasures from the aspects of enterprises and government according to the problems in the process of Chinese enterprises＇ internationalization.     

The Research on the Interreact act Development of Agricultural Modernization and Internationalization in the Area of Eastern Shandong

With the Chinese reform and opening-up, especially when entering the 90s of the 20th century, the internationalization process of China＇s economy is accelerated constantly, and at the same time the modernization of China＇s agriculture is also accelerated constantly. The result indicates that agricultural modernization and internationalization have the relationship of interact development.

The effect of firm size and firm activities on CSR practices of selected Chinese-Filipino-owned MSMEs in Metro Manila

Socially-responsible business and ethical behavior of companies have been of interest to academia and practice for decades, but the focus has almost exclusively been on large corporations, while small and medium-sized enterprises （SMEs） have not received as much attention （Hammann, et al., 2009）. Worthington, et al （2006） recognized the need to encourage socially-responsible business practices among the 90 per cent or more of the world＇s businesses that are classified as SMEs. Perrini, et al （2007） found that size explains the differences in firms＇ willingness to define and implement such specific corporate social responsibility （CSR） strategies, while Murillo and Lozano （2006） concluded that it still remains to be explored whether manufacturing companies tend to apply CSR more extensively, or whether businesses oriented to other business have a tendency to incorporate CSR into their management patterns to a higher degree. Moreover, President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, in her 7 June, 2002 speech, recognized the importance of Chinese-Filipinos in helping improve the Philippine economy, and yet, not much research had been done on this sub-sector. Thus, this paper focuses on the effect of finn size and finn activities on the social responsibility practices of selected 30 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises （MSMEs） in Metro Manila which are owned by Chinese-Filipinos. Survey questionnaires and interview were used for gathering data, while a correlations test was used to analyze the data and to conclude whether finn size and finn activities have an effect on the sampled companies＇ CSR practices.

Management of Foreign Market Entry： A Study of Czech Companies

Internationalization of company activities is the necessity of the development for majority of entrepreneurial subjects in the Czech Republic. Internationalization of entrepreneurial activities becomes a tool of business competitiveness. Selecting the right foreign entry mode is an important decision, which demands a lot of resources and thorough planning. The factors influencing company＇s choice of entry mode are divided into two main groups subsuming--external and internal factors. External factors consist of determinants regarding the company＇s environment while the intemal ones are determined by the company＇s specific factors. The opening of new markets such as in the Czech Republic has created the potential for small and medium-size enterprise （SME） expansion and investment. The objective of this paper is to present an application of the entry modes of the selected Czech entrepreneurial subjects. The companies included in the study are those that have undertaken internationalization activities and are incorporated in the Czech Republic. There were a total of 297 enterprises that participated in the research. The research method was an oral questioning and the main instrument was a questionnaire. A relatively low degree of Czech companies that have undergone intemationalization has resulted in the dominance of the least advanced forms of internationalization expansion, mainly exports with a small share of more advanced forms of foreign direct investments and a very low level of forms of international cooperation. Czech companies are in decision about the choosing the foreign entry mode influenced by the many factors. The greatest influence on the choice of foreign entry mode has entry mode variables. Entry mode variables constitute variables assessment characteristics of particular entry mode.     

FDI and China＇s Domestic Industrial Expansion

The theoretical and empirical methods have been adopted to analyze FDI＇s influence on China＇s domestic enterprises＇ industrial expansion. The result shows that there are many factors determining the influence of FDI on the domestic enterprises＇ industrial expansion. Customer Asset Risk Discernment of E-commerce Enterprises Based on Case-based Reasoning

In the Internet economy of the twentieth century, the competition for customers between enterprises is stiffer so that they strive for customers by all means. As a kind of new thing in the Internet economy, E-commerce can attract customers and expand sales efficiently; therefore, E-commerce becomes a powerful means by which enterprises can improve customer asset rapidly. However, compared with customer asset of traditional commerce enterprises, E-commerce enterprises customer asset is more liable to be affected by the surroundings, which will result in risk. On the other hand, though enterprises pay close attention to the study of customer asset risk of E-commerce enterprises currently, the academic circles have made little research in this respect, which is not helpful for enterprises to improve customer asset by applying for E-commerce, nor can meet the actual requirement for the development of academic circles. Therefore, the customer asset risk discernment of E-commerce enterprises has been studied in this paper, and case-based reasoning（CBR） has been applied to the discernment of the customer asset risk of E-commerce enterprise, which provides quantitative basis for customer asset risk management of E-commerce enterprises and conduces to the prevention of customer asset risk and the efficiency improvement of E-commerce.     

Research of E-commerce Application in Small and Medium Enterprises——A Case Study of Wenzhou

The paper analyzes the status quo of E-commerce application in Wenzhou＇s small and medium enterprises. This survey selects the 100 prominent small and medium enterprises covering chemical engineering, shoes, apparel, machinery, furniture, glasses, lighters, pen and pencil, electric and electronics as the investigating targets and issues the questionnaires to them. The result indicates that, the status quo of E-commerce application in Wenzhou＇s small and medium enterprises are worrisome, which is obviously way behind other cities. Based on that, the paper analyzes the reasons in combination with visiting them, and also proposes the corresponding strategies and predicts its prospect in the end.     

FDI and Technology Spillover in China

Foreign-invested enterprises＇ influence on China＇s enterprises＇ technology is one of the most important issues. We use the panel data of China＇s state-owned enterprises to analyze this influence. The result shows that the foreign-invested enterprises have a significant influence on the native enterprises. We find that the extent of the technology spillover is positively related to the technological level of the foreign-invested enterprises, while their caoital and asset scales have rather comnlicated influences.
