浅谈食品加工企业供应商质量管理之现场审核

食品质量安全问题是现代社会面临的重要问题,也是食品加工企业需要解决的管理重点。供应商质量管理是生产型企业质量工作的第一道关口,因此对供应商的质量管理进行现场审核具有重要的意义。本文从供应商质量管理审核程序和标准的建立出发,提出企业应当慎重选择审核人员和供应商,并对其进行有侧重点的现场审核。另外,企业通过对供应商进行审核总结和审核结果的不定期考核,最终对供应商质量管理进行全面的现场审核。     

供应链合作伙伴选择中信号传递博弈模型研究

在供应链企业进行合作伙伴选择的过程中,双方对于信息的掌握是不对称的,采购商总是处在信息不利的位置.本文结合不完全信息动态博弈的相关理论,建立了一个能显示出供应商真实质量的信号模型,以降低供应商选择过程中的信息不对称.     

基于ELECTRE-Ⅱ方法的贸易企业供应商的选择——以天津鹏华驰远贸易有限公司为例

供应链中供应商的合理选择是降低企业成本的一个重要途径.文章针对供应商选择这一研究热点问题,首先对贸易企业供应商选择的现状作了简要的介绍,选取了七项评价因素,以天津鹏华驰远贸易有限公司为例进行了实例分析,结合AHP和ELECTRE-Ⅱ方法对贸易企业多个备选供应商进行了正向、反向排序,最终确定了最优供应商,旨在对贸易企业供应商进行合理、客观的判断和选择.

基于多准则直觉模糊的服装企业绿色供应商选择

在“双碳”背景下,服装企业由于其原料和生产工艺特点,更需要注重绿色环保,但目前服装企业在供应商选择中少有考虑这些因素。为此,基于绿色供应链管理,在供应商选择评价准则中设计绿色评价准则,并根据准则的语言变量特性,采用直觉模糊环境下的多准则妥协解排序（VIKOR）决策方法选择最优供应商。基于偏好度不同重新设计决策者权重的信任函数计算方法,使得不同类决策者评价对整体评价的作用更加合理。实例分析、敏感性分析以及逼近理想解排序（TOPSIS）方法对比分析表明,该方法能有效地实现服装企业绿色供应商优选。     

基于权变理论的制造型企业供应商选择方法研究

文章介绍了制造型企业在供应链管理模式下与供应商的关系以及当前国内外对供应商进行评价与选择的主要方法,建立了评价供应商的指标体系,并得出了基于权变理论的权变矩阵,经过运算得到企业在考虑时间因素的基础上的最佳的供应商选择方案.最后,通过实例论证了文章的研究成果.     

“精益生产”在中小型轴承加工企业库存管理中的应用探讨

针对中小型轴承加工企业存在库存过高、占用流动资金多的问题,提出基于"精益生产"思想的库存管理方法。即中小型轴承加工企业可以采用:选择合适的原料供应商、采用经济订购批量法订货、实行全面质量管理、采用拉动式准时化生产组织方式、构建5S现场管理系统等方法来降低其库存费用。

基于FAHP-CRITIC和VIKOR法的PC构件供应商评价选择方法

选择优质合适的PC构件供应商是装配式建筑项目顺利开展的关键。针对PC构件供应商的评价选择问题,提出一种基于FAHP-CRITIC和VIKOR法的评价选择方法。基于包括性能、价格、供货、企业发展及合作5个方面的构件供应商评价指标体系,采用FAHP与CRITIC法分别确定了各评价指标的主、客观权重,采用基于理想点法的组合权重赋权法确定其组合权重;基于此,采用VIKOR法计算出待选供应商的综合评价值并进行优劣排序;最后,通过算例验证了本选择决策方法的实用性与科学性。研究成果可为PC构件采购商提供科学的选择方法,同时也可为PC构件的供应商进一步提升竞争力提供参考。     

基于粗糙集-层次分析法的航材供应商选择模型

航材筹措是航材保障工作的重要一环,是保证飞行任务遂行的基础,而供应商的选择是其关键问题.针对航材供应商的评估决策问题,综合考虑航材保障的经济效益与军事效益,分析航材供应商评价指标,建立评价指标体系;结合粗糙集理论和层次分析法,构建评价模型.充分吸收主、客观赋权评价法的优点,有机集成得到组合权重评价模型,在此基础上对各供应商打分评价.最后,通过实例进行评估验证,结果表明组合方法在航材供应商选择中具有可行性和有效性.     

Food security of Bashkortostan: Problems and solutions

This article considers the fulfillment of the regional market of Bashkortostan with domestic farming products compared with the average figures across Russia. The analysis covers the foreign trade balance of basic farming goods and food regimens of households by product supply with regard to balanced norms. The main suppliers of import-substituting stock are determined, as well as the key problems of their government support and the main domestic reserves of producers of farming goods.     

A tidal wave for change. The case of the automotive supply chain in the West Midlands

The focus of this paper concerns change in the automotive supply chain, industry responses, and policy and strategic implications. Automotive components suppliers are buffeted by global trends and forces, including rising quality standards, environmental issues, and product and process innovation. Although the higher ranks of the supply chain adapt to change continuously, new technologies on the horizon threaten to make many automotive components manufacturers obsolete within some three to ten years. The West Midlands region is particularly vulnerable given its high concentration of automotive suppliers. The potential for related diversification is limited and investment is needed in new manufacturing activities (rather than assembly or sales/distribution) related to environmental, alternative power and electronic technologies. This will position the UK's automotive supply base at the forefront of technological advance against strong and aggressive global players notably from the US, Germany and the Far East. Both the private and public sectors have a strategic and supporting role to play in ensuring that opportunities are maximised. The West Midlands case study has a broader currency for initiatives targeting diversification both in vehicles production and in other manufacturing sectors. Its significance is heightened by the increasing tendency for other sectors-such as food and drink production, and domestic appliances- to adopt automotive practices.     

Farmers' cash crop cultivation decisions in Southern Niassa province,Mozambique

The aim of this study was to evaluate socially farmers' decisions about the cultivation of cash crops. It specifically assessed the feasibility of World Relief-SempreVerde scheme by investigating the agricultural promoters; the factors influencing farmers' decisions to adopt, reject, discontinue or continue with the promoted crops; and the support required for improving the food and income security of smallholder farmers. The research took place in nine villages in Cuamba district, Niassa province, Mozambique. It involved a survey of 245 farmers stratified according to gender and wealth. Focus group discussions, questionnaires and interviews with leaders, farmers and managers of promoter institutions were used. A model for introducing cash crops is proposed. This research suggests that agricultural promoters should look to cash crops that can be intercropped with existing food crops; explore dry season agricultural activity; select drought-, pest- and disease-resistant crops; provide markets for existing crops; promote perennial crops; build a well-organised extension, credit and buying system; and/or incorporate livestock in the existing farming system.

Food Processing Business and Agriculture Cooperatives in Japan: Market Power and Asymmetric Information*

Food processing businesses run by agriculture cooperatives (in this paper referred to as food processing cooperatives) are basically firms that are owned by the suppliers of raw materials. Typically, in this type of firm, corporate decision‐making is the responsibility of member farmers through the one member one–vote rule, and the surplus of the business is divided among them according to the amount of raw agricultural products they have supplied to the firm. This is in contrast to a conventional capitalistic firm, in which corporate decision‐making is ultimately made by the stockholders through the one share–one vote rule, and the profit is divided among them according to the amount of financial capital they have supplied to the firm. Based upon statistical data and case studies, the present paper considers some economic factors that might influence the establishment of food processing cooperatives.
