一、全球汇市波动格局 1．人民币累计升值幅度超过15％ 自从2005年7月汇改以来,人民币对美元、欧元和日元三种主要货币的汇率呈不同特征（见图1）。人民币对美元持续升值,且升值速度逐年加快,截至08年4月16日,人民币对美元累计升值幅度已达15．37％。人民币对欧元、日元汇率也呈现波动变化,人民币对欧元贬值10．72％,对日元升值5.95％。

日元升值对中日贸易利弊剖析及应采取的对策

今年初以来，由于日元升值，不仅对日本自身经济有较大影响，而且对与日本有密切经贸关系的我国也产生很大影响。本文通过对中日贸易的现状和日元升值趋势的分析后指出：人民币对日元在近期内也会相对有所贬值，即日元升值；日元升值将利于我国改善中日贸易的逆差状况，但其所起的积极作用不能高估。为此本文提出我国对日贸易策略的选择应该是：提高我对日进口价格需求弹性；调整债务结构，加强汇率风险的防范；大力吸引日商直接投资，在不减少我利用外资总量基础上，起到减少我对日的债务、避免因日元升值而产生汇率风险的作用。

近年来人民币对美元持续升值,本文将结合人民币升值这一事实,建立计量模型分析汇率变化对中美贸易余额影响的显著性,进而阐明人民币对美元升值对中国经济以及美元地位的影响.     

中关贸易失衡的最大得益者：美国企业和消费者——兼析不同经济发展水平国家在全球化中的得益情况

今年一季度末中国外汇储备已高达8751亿美元，超过日本成为外汇储备世界第一的国家。与中国的巨额贸易盈余形成鲜明对比的是美国的贸易逆差的不断攀升，去年达到7000多亿美元，占美国GDP的6％，中美贸易的巨大反差引起了各界的关注和忧虑。在这种情况下，美国国内各种贸易保护主义的势力又开始粉墨登场，故弄玄虚，污蔑中国在对美经济关系中使用“不干净的手段”和“不公平的贸易措施”，要求中国大幅升高人民币汇率和提高人民币汇率机制的灵活性，并扬言对中国征收惩罚性关税和把中国列为汇率操纵国家，甚至相关法案都炮制出台了。     

谈人民币汇率制度改革对周边国家汇率的影响

本文采用时间序列分析方法对人民币汇改前后美元兑日元、美元兑港币两种货币汇率收益率序列进行建模,研究它们的风险变化规律。研究结果表明,美元兑日元,美元兑港币汇率变化的风险评估中,所建模型很好的体现了人民币汇改这一事件的影响,通过对比分析其条件方差序列,进行两种汇率的风险评估。风险评估结果显示人民币升值这一事件对美元/日元、美元/港币汇率的影响较小,风险水平变化不大。
