超临界二氧化碳提取番茄红素研究

运用单因素控制变量及正交的实验方法,探究超临界二氧化碳提取时各种因素对于番茄红素提取率的影响。单因素实验中探究了提取时的压力、温度、二氧化碳流速以及提取时间;正交实验对提取中的压力、温度、二氧化碳流速三个因素进行研究。在单因素实验中,最适温度是45℃,最适二氧化碳流速是30 L/h,提取压力和提取温度越大越好。正交实验中,在排除提取时间的条件下,在提取温度45℃、提取压力30MPa、二氧化碳流速25L/h的条件下提取率最高。二氧化碳流速对于番茄红素提取率的影响最大,温度次之,提取压力在一定范围内对于番茄红素的提取率影响最小。     

一种氨燃料舱及其压力保持系统的原理设计

为对船舶氨燃料舱及其内部压力保持系统进行设计,通过计算船舶消耗总热值确定氨燃料舱容积,通过计算液氨对应温度下的蒸气压确定燃料舱工作压力及各设备工作压力,通过液氨蒸发气体流量确定气体回收装置、再液化装置和压力释放阀的容量,最终完成氨燃料舱及其压力保持系统的原理设计。     

芒果皮中柚皮素提取工艺研究

以乙醇甲醇比例、温度、料液比及时间为变量,研究提取芒果皮中柚皮素的最佳条件。通过实验确定提取柚皮素的最佳条件为乙醇甲醇比例为7∶3,温度为50℃,料液比为1∶70,时间为5 h,柚皮素得率为0.62%。     

氨法提取啤酒酵母RNA的工艺研究

利用啤酒厂淘汰的酵母泥,用氨法破壁工艺提取核酸,其最佳条件为:酵母浓度为10％,氨浓度为1％,温度为60℃,破壁时间为25min。采用抽提液浓缩,加蛋白质沉淀剂除杂质,分步沉淀的方法提取RNA,可得纯度为83.8％的优质核酸,提取率达2％以上。     

醋酸杆菌辅助酶解法提取动物软骨中硫酸软骨素的研究

本实验以猪、羊等动物软骨为原料,采用醋酸杆菌和两种蛋白酶消化,以硫酸软骨素得率和纯度为指标,通过多次实验,获得的最佳提取工艺条件为醋酸杆菌浓度6g/100mL,发酵温度35℃;碱性蛋白酶浓度1.5%,酶解时间4 h;木瓜蛋白酶浓度1.5%,酶解时间4 h。在此条件下硫酸软骨素提取率为7.65%,纯度为92.77%。     

响应面法优化柚皮苷酶对橘红的脱苦工艺

采用柚苷酶对橘红进行脱苦研究。以橘红脱苦率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法优化柚皮苷酶对橘红的脱苦工艺,确定最佳脱苦条件为:酶解温度60℃、酶解时间2 h、酶用量为0.8%、pH值为4～5,在此条件下脱苦率可达25.1%。     

双乙酸钠的研制

本文介绍了双乙酸钠的特点及应用情况,提出一种合成工艺,考察了物料配比、反应温度、时间及干燥条件对产品质量的影响,当n(HAC):n(Na2CO3)=(3.8:1)～(4.2:1),反应温度为110～120℃,反应时间为1～2h,干燥温度为70～80℃,干燥时间为2～7h,产品质量合格,收率在95%以上.     

电动机-压缩机连续过载运行安全性能试验系统的研制和应用

[目的]研制出满足国标技术要求的用于测试压缩机安全性能的试验系统.[方法]采用热气旁通方式调节吸气温度从而达到节约检测能耗的原理,设计并制造了一个用于测试压缩机安全性能的试验系统.[结果]该制冷系统保证了吸气温度25℃时的工况要求,控制精度为±0.2℃,单台压缩机测试时间只用1～2h,吸气压力控制精度达2Kpa,排气压控制精度+3Kpa,环境温度控制精度±0.3℃以内,偏差小.[结论]整套装置结构紧凑,自动化程度高,进工况和稳定工况快、测量精度高,软件功能齐全,操作方便.     

海鲜菇蛋白质提取条件的优化

海鲜菇具有很高的营养价值,是一种药食两用珍稀食用菌。本实验以海鲜菇为实验材料,通过单因素试验和正交试验,采用热水浸提法对其蛋白质进行提取。以蛋白质提取率为标准,对提取温度、提取时间和料液比3个主要影响因素进行了筛选,获得海鲜菇蛋白质提取的最佳工艺。结果表明,当温度为80℃、时间为1 h、料液比为1∶60时,海鲜菇蛋白质的提取率最高为4.670%。     

固体碱催化制备生物柴油的研究

以固体碱K2CO3/Al2O3为催化剂,对菜籽油和甲醇的酯交换反应进行了研究.实验结果表明该反应的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度50℃、催化剂用量4%、醇油摩尔比15:1和反应时间3h.在此条件下进行反应,生物柴油产率为98.62%.
