Kunming is the political, economic and cultural center of Yunnan province and the most popular center for tourism in Southwest China. Although Changchun has been more than 200 years old, it is still a young city compared with other historical cities in ,China. It is located at the central part of Songliao Plain, covering a total area of 20（571 square kilometers （about 8,012 square miles）. Being the capital city of Jilin province, Changchun is the political, economic and cultural center.

Zhangjiagang——A Modern Port City

Zhangjiagang, located on the lower reaches of the Yangtze River and an important military town in ancient times, was previously under the. jurisdiction of Shazhou County. It became Zhangjiagang City in 1986, named after Zhangjiagang, a natural port in the area. With fertile soil, a good climate and sufficient rainfall, Zhangjiagang is a production base for high yield grain and good quality cotton. In addition, it is renowned for its variety of river food, chicken, peaches, grapes, wine, water melons and tea.

[目的]对一株从缅甸进口虾中分离的沙门氏茵新血清型的鉴定.[方法]采用常规生化试验和免疫血清凝集素吸收与位相逆转试验及噬菌体裂解试验方法.[结果]该菌生化反应符合肠道沙门氏菌肠道亚种(S.enterica subsp.enterica)定义和能被沙门氏菌O-I噬菌体裂解.免疫家兔所得O和H抗血清经凝集素吸收试验证实该菌具有一个新的O抗原(暂命名为O:68),位相逆转试验证实其抗原式为O:68:r:z6.[结论]该菌是Kauffmann-White表解尚未叙述过的一个新血清型,暂命名为昆明沙门氏菌(Salmonella Kunming).
