三驾马车对中国经济增长的拉动作用分析

伴随着中国步入工业化后期和社会经济发展进入"新常态",弄清消费、投资和出口与中国经济增长的关系具有十分重要的意义。针对1990-2014年的时间序列数据,运用多元线性回归模型实证研究了GDP、消费、投资和出口之间的关系。结果表明,消费对GDP的影响最大,出口与GDP的关系也很强,投资与GDP的关系十分微弱。中国应采取积极促进国民消费、继续稳步推进出口贸易、逐步降低固定资产投资比重、鼓励消费和出口的政策建议。     

中国对俄白哈关税同盟直接投资的影响因素分析

俄白哈关税同盟成立后对中国向其投资会产生复杂的影响。对中国的有利影响因素体现在市场扩大效应、成本降低效应、环境改善效应、经济特区效应、产业转型效应和白色清关效应等方面,不利影响则表现为投资替代效应、关税溢价效应、隐性投资壁垒效应和地下资源保护效应等方面。中国企业应宏观把握同盟建立对中国投资带来的种种有利与不利影响,理清发展思路,采取合理的拓展手段,实现对其投资规模与水平质的飞跃。     

从消费函数看我国需求疲软的形成机制

目前中国城乡居民的消费需求比较疲软,收入与消费的差额即储蓄越来越大,储蓄无法完全转化为投资,总需求不足已经成为制约中国经济持续稳定增长的一个主要因素,只有弄清我国市场化过程中消费需求和投资需求疲软的形成机制,才能制定出适合目前我国国情的刺激需求的政策,充分发挥需求拉动经济增长的作用。     

消费、投资、进出口对经济增长的贡献研究——基于需求结构失衡的视角

利用1997-2012年我国31个省(市、区)的面板数据,通过建立面板数据模型,实证研究消费、投资、进出口对经济增长的贡献。结果表明:1997年以来对我国经济贡献最大的是居民消费,其次投资、政府消费和出口,进口对经济增长影响不显著;消费对经济增长的作用大于投资,居民消费对经济增长的作用大于政府消费,出口对经济增长的作用大于进口。同时,我国的投资消费结构和进出口结构都不合理。要调整失衡的需求结构,需要调整宏观经济增长战略,提高政府投资效率,提升经济产出效率,确保居民收入和政府收入同步增长。     

论投资膨胀预期和投资紧缩预期

资本市场投资在供求失衡时,投资者就会出现投资膨胀预期和投资紧缩预期.这两种预期对资本市场乃至整个国民经济的发展有很大影响.在当前我国经济增长已出现局部过热的情况下,中国资本市场的融资数量并没有呈直线上升,资本市场投资者普遍预期形成的过程是从紧缩投资预期向膨胀投资预期的转化.整个资本市场投资需求仍然不足,没有发挥出资本市场促进经济增长而融通资本的作用.在此情况下,这就需要调整投资者对未来的预期行为,通过政策宣传和引导,变紧缩投资预期为扩张投资预期.     

中国房企海外地产投资现状、风险及规避措施

我国海外地产投资肇始于2004年，经过近几年在海外市场的爬滚摸打，中国房企在海外地产市场投资金额迅速增长，从2008年投资总额不足7000万美元，迅猛上升为2015年的213.7亿美元，投资总额翻了近300倍，中国资本投资海外地产市场进入一个全盛时期。海外地产因具有总体投资价格较低、收益回报率较高的优势，受到来自中国房企投资者的青睐，在人民币对美元持续走低及国内房地产价格回跌的趋势下，我国品牌房企纷纷试水转战海外地产市场淘金，中国资本投资全球房地产市场的比例越来越高，海外地产市场成为中国房企未来投资焦点领域。目前，虽然中国房企在海外地产市场已取得显著成绩，成为影响全球房地产市场价格波动的主要力量之一，但与国内房地产投资市场相比，中国房企在海外地产投资市场将面临瞬息即变的国际汇率波动、更为复杂的市场环境、突如其来的政策法规变化以及境外地产投资资金的安全等风险。因此，中国房企在进入海外地产市场进行投资前，应做好前期的风险防控工作，确保我国房企在海外地产市场的投资收益不断增长。     

欧盟对华直接投资与我国经济增长关系研究——基于与其他重要经济体的比较

分别以时间序列数据和面板数据对欧盟对华直接投资与中国经济增长之间的关系进行实证检验。结果表明,欧盟对华直接投资对中国经济增长总体上具有促进作用。从区域上来看,除了中部地区外,欧盟对华直接投资对中国经济增长的促进作用至少通过了5%的显著性检验;比较分析来看,欧盟对华直接投资对中国经济增长的促进作用,明显好于美国、日本和中国香港的对华直接投资。
