变动成本法在企业管理中的应用、存在问题及对策

成本核算是企业会计核算的基础,是企业经营管理的重要手段。面对现行成本管理方式存在的成本资料失真、不利于企业决策等弊端,应当引入变动成本法,采用与完全成本法相结合使用、提高会计人员素质等对策,克服变动成本法的缺点,在企业内部形成决策有用的成本管理体系。然而现有的企业在使用变动成本法进行成本核算的过程中仍存在一定的问题,基于此,本文对变动成本法在企业管理中的应用、存在问题及对策作系统探究。
