文章采用可计算一般均衡模型评估了铁矿砂价格变化对中国各产业的影响。模拟结果显示,铁矿砂进口价格的大幅度上升,给中国各产业带来了一定的负面影响,其中受影响较大的产业主要是铁矿业、钢铁业、机械设备业、煤、汽车、建筑、纺织服装业以及羊毛等。借中澳FTA谈判之际,若中澳可以达成较为有利的铁矿砂基准价格,将会使得中国由于铁矿砂国际价格普遍上涨所承受的负面影响程度缩小,且从澳大利亚进口铁矿砂的比重将有较大幅度提高。  相似文献

研究干散货运价与大宗原材料价格的溢出效应可以分析跨市场间的价格信息传导,进而规避风险。以BDI、BCI、中国进口铁矿石价格的日频数据为研究样本,通过建立VAR模型,引入Granger因果检验,探索三者之间的均值溢出效应;构建VAR-MGARCH-BEKK模型,研究三者之间的波动溢出效应。结果表明:BCI与进口铁矿石价格互相存在均值溢出效应;BDI对进口铁矿石价格波动持续性逐渐增强,BCI对进口铁矿石价格波动持续性逐渐减弱;航运市场居于跨市场系统主导地位。  相似文献

2005年初世界铁矿石价格比2004年上涨71.5%,同期我国国内铁矿石供给远远落后于国民经济的需求,这使得我国的经济发展遭遇极大的资源瓶颈制约,在很大程度上影响了我国国民经济的稳步健康发展。本文首先分析了世界及我国铁矿石生产与进出口贸易的现状,然后建立我国铁矿石价量与进出口模型,从经济学角度对我国铁矿石供需缺口进行研究,最后从长远战略出发,提出我国当前应采取的策略。  相似文献

近年来,铁矿石价格的持续飙升给我国经济造成了巨大的影响。本文采用国家信息中心与澳大利亚MONASH大学共同开发的SICGE模型对进口铁矿石涨价的影响进行了模拟。结果显示,与2010年基准情景相比,铁矿石价格上涨90%对我国总体经济影响很小(-0.37%)。从物价水平角度来看,与现有文献的结论有很大的不同,铁矿石价格上涨并没有导致输入型的通胀,模拟结果2010年整体物价水平有小幅的下降(-1.96%)。模拟结果也表明,这种生产要素价格上涨确实会向下游企业传导,但是这种传导效应只集中在大量直接使用铁矿石的部门(炼铁、炼钢、钢压延加工业等),对终端消费品(房地产、汽车、家电等)价格影响很小。  相似文献

We examine the market quality of China's steel rebar futures, along with three other important industrial metal futures. Steel rebar futures are the most active metal futures contracts in China. Our analyses show that while steel rebar and copper futures are comparable in terms of informational efficiency, they are more informationally efficient than iron ore and aluminum futures, with low bid–ask spread, volatility persistence, pricing error variance, and probability of informed trading. We find a bidirectional connection between iron ore and steel rebar futures. Furthermore, we show that these metal futures are weakly related to the Chinese stock market.  相似文献

文章通过对铁矿石国际贸易定价的博弈分析,发现定价权能够带来先动优势,因而买卖双方内部寡头都有竞争定价权的动力,且竞争的相对强度决定了各自的议价力大小;在铁矿石国际贸易中,定价权竞争具有"弱者优势"效应,但其作用有限.因此,为应对铁矿石国际贸易持续上涨的压力,我国钢铁企业应综合考虑定价权竞争与议价力的提升,并以改变买卖双方定价权竞争的相对强度为目标设计博弈对策  相似文献

目前,我国已经成为国际上许多大宗商品的最大买家。但全球大宗商品的定价权并未因我国成为最大买家而移至我国。在商品与服务的价格方面,我国还没有与自身地位相匹配的话语权。这是因为,我国铁矿石行业间缺乏有效的联盟,存在行业集中度低、竞争无序等问题,结果导致定价权与国内企业离得越来越远。大宗商品联盟缺失是导致我国定价权缺失的重要原因。基于博弈理论构建大宗商品的定价权联盟,是打破目前状况的一条根本途径。我国企业应借鉴国外企业的经验和路径,积极构建产业链联盟、企业联盟、金融联盟、采购联盟和营销联盟,以谋求我国企业在大宗商品上的国际定价权。  相似文献

Equity options have a significant influence on the price discovery process. This study presents unique evidence of substantial price clustering in individual equity options contracts. A particular contribution arises from investigating competing hypotheses on the roles of moneyness and maturity as determinants of option price clustering. We assert that options price clustering can be decomposed to price level, moneyness, and maturity effects. After controlling for other factors, price clustering has an inverse relation with time‐to‐maturity. This supports the negotiation hypothesis, but not the price resolution hypothesis. Price clustering also tends to be inversely related to moneyness. This effect is linked to the intrinsic value component of option price. Both the maturity and moneyness effects act in an opposite direction to what would be anticipated on the basis of price level alone; hence, these two effects are identified as additional influences on option price clustering. It is also found that the designated market maker scheme at NYSE Euronext London International Financial Futures Exchange (LIFFE) has little influence on trade price clustering. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 中美贸易摩擦由来已久,2005年全球纺织品配额取消后,中国对美国纺织品出口激增,使中美贸易摩擦升级,最终达成中美纺织品贸易协议。本文认为,这种通过政府谈判谋求短期贸易折中的方式只不过是“治标不治本”的应急策略,而中美贸易摩擦产生的根源并没能得到有效抑制,因此纺织品贸易博弈不可“小进则安”,而应从根本上缓解贸易失衡带来的外部压力。第一,企业要改变原有低价竞争策略,提升产品档次,提高产品的附加值。第二,实施走出去战略,借助生产要素的跨国界流动实现生产的国际化,通过多元化发展降低贸易壁垒带来的潜在风险。第三,政府应高度重视和关切我国纺织业的利益。第四,发挥贸易行会作用。  相似文献

In response to increased consumer empowerment and frugality, many business-to-consumer (B2C) firms now negotiate “deals” with customers. Understanding how buyer and seller inputs affect negotiation outcomes is important because successful completion, or a closed sale, results in perceived value (based on the negotiated price) for both the customer and the seller. We suggest negotiation is influenced by the persuasion knowledge of the customer and the negotiation strategies used by the salesperson to manage conflicts that arise during the process. Using unique dyadic data from the automotive industry that combines multisource (salesperson and customer) survey data with objective purchase price information, we find that price outcomes and customer satisfaction depend on the different interactions of customer persuasion knowledge and salesperson negotiation strategies. The results suggest that perceived value may be generated for both the selling firm and the customer based on these unique inputs.  相似文献
