区域旅游产业与经济耦合协调度研究——以东部十省(市)为例

文章在分析了区域旅游产业与经济间的互动发展关系的基础上,建构了旅游产业系统与区域经济系统的耦合协调度模型,并以东部地区的辽、冀、京、津、鲁、苏、沪、浙、闽、粤等十省(市)为样本,对2001-2010年该区域旅游产业系统与区域经济系统耦合协调状况进行了实证分析.结果表明:两系统耦合互动效应明显,只有粤一省达到高度耦合协调,京、鲁、苏、沪、浙五省(市)仅达到了中度耦合协调,而辽、冀、津、闽则呈现出低度耦合协调.

现阶段我国城市拆迁矛盾的特征、趋势及对策

拆迁矛盾错综复杂,呈现出诸多特征:高发性、形式暴力性、涉及主体多元性、敏感性、利益单一性、连锁性及矛盾化解的两难困境,预测未来仍将居于高发势态,但地区差异性凸显,烈度趋于减弱,矛盾的集体参与度增强,并会衍生出新的矛盾。为此,化解拆迁矛盾需以法治为根本,借助公共部门、社会组织、社会资本等多方资源实现公平、透明、参与、和谐。

谈入世对企业财务的影响

新型基础设施建设的投融资模式与路径探索

新型基础设施是以适应新一轮科技革命变革需要为导向,以连接为基础,以计算为核心,支撑数据的感知、连接、汇聚、融合、分析、决策、执行、安全等各环节运行,并提供智能化产品和服务的新一代数字基础设施体系,具有技术更新迭代快、软硬兼备、协同融合等主要特征。下一步,可以将5G、云计算、人工智能、工业互联网、区块链等领域为重点突破口,运用市场化、多样化创新金融工具,协同整合政府财政资金、开发性金融资金和商业金融资金弥补投融资资金缺口。同时,要明确市场的主导和建设角色,强化政府引导职能,进一步完善投融资体制,激发各类市场主体投资活力,鼓励商业模式创新,培育应用场景。     

产业集聚指数、产业吸引力指数与产业转移和承接

一个地区的资源禀赋影响该地区承接产业转移的能力。对中国中部地区的湖南、湖北、江西、山西、安徽、河南（这六个省简称为“中部六省”）的资源禀赋进行分析,测算作为产业接收地的中部六省承接产业转移的能力,要测算的能力包括在投资环境、自然资源、交通便捷、技术创新、劳动力成本等五个要素上表现出的单项能力及其综合能力。从产业集聚指数视角,分析上海、江苏、浙江、福建、广东（这五个省市简称为“沪苏浙闽粤五省市）当前产业发展格局,得出这五个省市那些具有产业转移趋势的产业分布范围。通过建构产业吸引力指数,分别计算中部六省和沪苏浙闽粤五省市之间的产业吸引力。从工业细分行业方面,横向对比分析中部六省在对沪苏浙闽粤五省市产业转移的承接当中,确定产业接收范围,以及接收的产业将如何分布。着重以湖南省为典型案例,分析该省在承接产业转移当中存在的主要问题,测算该省在承接来自于沪苏浙闽粤五省市的产业转移当中,能够承接的产业领域和产业分布范围,并从招商环境、产业集群、企业自主创新、产业承接政策等方面,对该省承接产业转移提出对策与建议。     

RCEP关税减让对各成员国的经济影响分析

大幅度削减成员国间关税是RCEP协议的核心内容,为了揭示RCEP成员国间关税减让的经济影响,文章首先分析了RCEP成员国间贸易现状、产品结构、进口关税和贸易竞争力,然后,运用GTAP模型模拟RCEP关税减让对各成员国宏观经济和产出的影响,得到结论如下：（1）RCEP关税减让可以缓解中美贸易摩擦对于中国经济的不利影响;（2）就短期而言,RCEP成员国间关税减让可以提高中国、日本、韩国和澳大利亚的GDP、社会福利、居民收入和消费水平等宏观经济效益,同时,还可以提高中国、韩国、澳大利亚、东盟的总产出水平;（3）就长期来说,实施零关税可能显著提升RCEP大多数成员国的宏观经济效益和产出水平。     

The Mundane Economics of the Austrian School

The Austrian School of economics—the causal-realist, marginalist, subjectivist tradition established by Carl Menger in 1871—has experienced a remarkable renaissance over the last five decades. It is not always clear, however, exactly what distinguishes the Austrian School from other traditions, schools of thought, approaches, or movements within economics and its sister disciplines. This paper argues that Austrian economics, while part of a broader tradition emphasizing the coordination of the market order, is nonetheless a distinct kind of economic analysis, and that its essence is not subjectivism, the market process, or spontaneous order, but what I call “mundane economics”—price theory, capital theory, monetary theory, business-cycle theory, and the theory of interventionism. Call this the “hard core” of Austrian economics. I argue that this hard core is (1) distinct, and not merely a verbal rendition of mid-twentieth-century neoclassical economics; (2) the unique foundation for applied Austrian analysis (political economy, social theory, business administration, and the like); and (3) a living, evolving body of knowledge, rooted in classic contributions of the past but not bound by them. Most Austrian economists from Menger to Rothbard devoted their energies to developing and communicating the principles of mundane economics, not because they failed to grasp the importance of time, uncertainty, knowledge, expectations, institutions, and market processes, but because they regarded these issues as subordinate to the main task of economic science, namely the construction of a more satisfactory theory of value, production, exchange, price, money, capital, and intervention.

现代农业园区土地流转问题分析

现代农业园区土地流转可以实现土地规模经营,提高农业生产效益和土地利用率。土地流转应坚持依法、自愿、有偿原则,稳定、分权、放活原则和集中、规模、增效原则,通过组建土地流转中心,连接农户、专业合作社和入园企业,公平合理地分配土地流转利益。同时要加强对土地流转的管理服务,解决好土地流转纠纷,提升农村劳动力转移就业能力,完善农村社会保障制度。     

Evaluation of the competitiveness of Russian products in world,CIS, EAEC,and non-CIS markets

Based on statistical indicators of external trade, the condition and dynamics of competitiveness of Russia on CIS markets, including EAEC, non-CIS countries, and the world as a whole, are analyzed in the article. An analysis was conducted for products of the mechanical engineering, chemical, fuel, timber, wood-working, pulp-and-paper, light, and food industries.

湖南省设区城市房地产投资环境评价

房地产投资环境的好坏直接关系到房地产的投资效益,是决定投资成败的关键因素,是房地产投资的决策者进行投资决策的重要依据。本文对湖南省13个设区城市房地产投资环境进行了评价,评价结果显示长沙、株洲、湘潭、娄底的房地产投资环境较好,张家界、岳阳、怀化、衡阳、永州、常德、郴州、邵阳、益阳等城市房地产投资环境较差。并对出现这种结果的原因进行了分析。     

浙江省人力资源市场行业工资差异现状分析

改革开放以来,浙江省人力资源市场工资差异已经成为影响浙江省收入分配的重要因素。本文通过对杭州、嘉兴、绍兴、湖州、宁波、舟山、金华、温州、台州、丽水、衢州等11个市在行业工资差异方面进行调查研究,归纳总结,阐述浙江省11个市人力资源市场行业工资水平上存在的差异,简要分析其成因与控制方法。
