开放型城市的功能缺陷——以浙江11市为例

国际金融危机背景下,如何提高城市经济抵抗外部冲击的能力、实现城市开放型经济转型升级具有重要现实意义.城市开放与城市功能具有互动关系,在城市开放度不断提高的背景下,城市功能并未相应提升,形成功能上的缺陷,这是造成城市低层次开放和分散化的原因之一.本文分析了城市功能缺陷的表现,并提出相应的对策措施.

This paper describes these fundamental changes and sets out a blueprint for future progress. It also sets current developments in the United Kingdom in an historical and international context.     

成都市开放型经济发展研究

成都市自实施"引进来"、"走出去"双向并举的对外开放战略以后,对外开放水平不断提高.本文由成都市对外开放度入手,着力探讨成都经济的市场化程度及融入国际经济的程度,测算出成都对外开放度稳步上升,进而从成都市进出口贸易、外商直接投资和对外经济合作三个方面来全方位论证测算出的成都市对外开放度.但是与发达地区相比,仍存在明显差距,多层次、宽领域、全方位的开放格局尚未形成.     

保险业对社会治理水平的影响:以全国面板数据为例

保险作为一种分摊意外事故损失的财务安排,为社会提供完善的风险保障,调节社会纠纷和社会矛盾冲突,发挥着经济"减震器"和社会"稳定器"的作用,成为创新社会治理的重要工具。本文在阐述我国保险业与社会治理之间的逻辑关系基础上,检验了我国保险业对社会治理的影响。研究表明,保险业对社会治理水平具有明显的促进作用。创新社会治理,可以从发展保险市场着手,塑造居民的保险意识;同时,政府应加大民生领域的保险购买力度。     

A Case Study on Analysis of the Stylistic Features of News Coverage

With the guidance of discourse analysis, this paper attempts to explore the stylistic features of news coverage with concrete example from angles of global and local analysis, aiming at promoting people's knowledge of news coverage style and furthering understanding of it.     

基于GIS的国家登山健身步道的建设适宜性评价——以北京昌平国家登山健身步道规划为例

根据国家登山健身步道的建设需要,提出由难度、吸引、避让三大因素共14个因子构成的步道建设适宜性评价因子体系,应用Arc GIS空间分析工具和层次分析法,构建步道建设适宜性评价技术方法,并将评价结果应用于北京昌平国家登山健身步道线路规划实践之中。     

中国工商管理案例研究现状和发展动向的计量分析

近年来学术界对工商管理的研究日益增多,案例研究方法成为工商管理研究的重要方法。通过手工搜集和借助计算机软件,本文对13种管理学研究期刊发表的1 162篇工商管理案例文章关键词的词频进行统计分析,讨论了我国工商管理案例的研究现状和发展动向。指出结合我国独特的政治、经济和社会背景与企业管理改革的实践发展,是开展我国工商管理案例研究的必由之路。应该科学地把握与理解案例研究的理论、体系与方法,以提升管理新理论与新方法。     

从多中心治理的视角看生态保护——以三江源国家公园试点为例

多中心治理理论是目前公共管理研究领域中的一种新理论,它为诸多公共事务治理提供了有效的治理之道,这一理论同样适用于指导解决中国三江源国家公园体制试点中的诸多问题,可以帮助构建起政府、市场、公民社会三者在内的治理框架,进而加强三江源国家公园的生态环境保护。     

The Perils of Altering Incentive Plans: A Case Study

This paper studies a retail chain that introduced a sales incentive plan that rewarded for exceeding a sales target and subsequently cut the incentive intensity in addition to increasing the target. Utilizing monthly panel data for 54 months for all 53 units of the chain the paper shows that the introduction of the sales incentive plan increased sales and profitability, whereas the changes in the plan lead to a marked drop in sales and profitability. Thus, modifying the incentive plan proved costly for the firm. The results are consistent with the gift‐exchange model of labor contracts. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

MST视角的GVT沟通影响因素案例研究

GVT作为一种新兴的团队组织形式,正以其低成本、高效率、响应迅速的优势被广泛应用于各个领域,但以信息与通信技术沟通为主的协作方式也为GVT管理带来了挑战。本研究以媒体同步性理论为基础,构建GVT沟通影响因素的初步理论模型,并以大连软件园两家软件公司中的4组团队为案例访谈对象,通过案例分析进一步修正和检验模型。分析结果显示：媒体同步性主要受传输速率和并行性影响;沟通过程与媒体同步性相适配的状态对沟通绩效有促进作用;GVT成员的语言能力、媒体经验和明确的沟通规范都会对沟通工具的使用产生重要影响。     

The Citizens' Right to Information and the Duties of a Democratic State in Modern IT Environment in the Light of the UN Fundamental Principles of Official Statistics and the ISI Declaration on Statistical Ethics

Modern information technologies, particularly the technology of very large data bases, Internet and modern mass media, have changed the processes of production, storage and dissemination of information. These technologies have a direct impact on the practical realization of citizens' rights to information. In democratic societies, in modern IT environment, information is produced and disseminated by many social and economic entities. Many producers and disseminators of information do not know or do not obey the criteria which should be met by any information delivered to the public. In this paper the advantages and the threats for the citizens' rights to information generated by the distribution and globalization of information processes in modern IT environment are discussed.
It seems that for the protection of the citizens' rights to information, there is the need for specification and codification of quality criteria and standards for information produced and disseminated with the use of modern IT. Official statistics may and should play an important and active role in defining those criteria and standards. Professional ethics of statisticians and of official statistics seems to be the proper basis for that. Ethical principles of statistics are formulated in two basic documents: The fundamental principles of official statistics adopted by the UN Statistical Commission in 1994 and the ISI Declaration on statistical ethics adopted by the ISI in 1985.

城市大型超市网点布局研究——以哈尔滨为例

超级市场网点布局问题是超市企业经营决策的主要问题。超级市场作为现代城市中的主要商业零售组织形式,其布局对于政府科学合理的设计城市商业网点的规划与布局也有非常重要意义。本文对哈尔滨超市网点布局的现状采用聚类分析等手段进行研究,提出城市超市网点布局的主要影响因素包括商业区位因素、人口分布因素、交通因素和竞争因素。结合发达国家的经验和相关理论本文认为,在我国城市的经济发展水平和城市化的进程的影响下,我国城市超市网点布局在未来将呈现大超市逐渐退出核心商圈、超市店铺的服务半径逐渐扩展两大趋势。     

The Role of Behavioral Survey Methodologists in National Statistical

The expertise of behavioral survey methodologists is needed in national statistical agencies because of the necessity of using theory and research from the social sciences to reduce survey error. In this paper various social science based explanations for measurement error and nonresponse error are described in order to illustrate the conceptual foundations of such error reduction efforts. Three roles for behavioral survey methodologists in national statistical agencies are then discussed. They include: 1) bring an error reduction perspective to bear in an influential way for all aspects of designing and implementing agency surveys; 2) bring theoretical efficiency and effectiveness to experimental tests of alternative questionnaire designs and implementation procedures through the use of theories, concepts and pretests and findings of past behavioral science research; and 3) contribute to the expanding science of survey methodology.

大规模进行城市新区开发已成为当前中西部欠发达地区谋求跨越式发展的重要途径.如何有效支撑地区的跨越式发展,响应地区发展态势与环境变化,带动城市结构的大尺度转换,定位地区时空变迁方向,是当前城市新区开发面临的现实问题.本文以南阳新区开发为例,试图从地区协同、产业支撑、服务引领、特色驱动等方面,探讨欠发达地区城市新区的发展动力、开发价值和发展方略.     

The Role of Green Collaborative Strategies in Improving Environmental Sustainability in Supply Chains: Insights from a Case Study

This article aims to quantify to what extent collaborative strategies are more effective than internal or organization‐level actions to green supply chains. In this regard, the impact of decisions made at different stages of a supply chain in a product's carbon footprint is quantified. Organizational and product carbon footprints are calculated using the Compound Method Based on Financial Accounts (MC3). The results underline that concentrating reduction efforts in some stages of the supply chain is more effective than implementing individual actions by the participants. Collaboration among the participants is needed to decide what practices are implemented, at what stage they are needed and how they are to be implemented. This article adds to the literature on supply chains and sustainability. Previous research suggests that collaborative strategies have great potential for reducing the carbon footprint of products, while indicating the need for empirical research to support this statement. 本文通过对安塞县近几年来第三产业的发展状况与当地经济发展的关系分析,可以表明随着延长石油集团公司石油机械装备制造项目、中油香港华油天然气公司LNG液化天然气项目、陕西大秦生物制药等项目引进,促进了第三产业的发展、社会消费品零售额增加、城镇化水平的提高,农民收入的增加,进而导致本县的经济结构成分、发展模式、结构类型都生了相应的改变,最终促使整个县域经济的发展。
