知识产权创造是知识产权战略的核心,是自主创新的关键,是推动经济转型升级的重要着力点。基于2000~2009年的省际数据,运用面板数据单位根检验、格兰杰检验、协整检验、混合效应模型对全国及东、中、西部的资本投入、进口贸易和外商直接投资对知识产权创造的影响进行了实证分析,结果表明资本投入、开放经济对知识产权创造具有显著的正效应,但存在地区差异。  相似文献

从改革开放后的时代大背景出发,以税收发展为主要关注点,对我国税收与产业发展、国民收入等因素之间的关联性进行研究。通过对传统经济学中的税收理论进行研究,提出了模型建立的初步思想。通过查阅相关年鉴信息,获取了研究所需的基础数据。基础数据主要包括各产业历年发展数据、税收发展历年数据、国民收入数据、CPI指数等。将上述数据进行综合处理,作为分析的基础数据。利用高级计量经济学的分析原理和方法(主要是向量自回归模型理论和格兰杰因果关系检验等理论和方法),建立基于我国国情的税收发展与产业发展等因素的关联性模型。通过对模型的分析研究,找到上述因素之间具体的关联性,从而为我国税收改革的方向和具体实施步骤提出了有参考性的意见和建议。以此实现通过税收改革,促进我国经济发展模式转型的最终目的。  相似文献

This study examines the factors that affect the performance of foreign acquiring firms in Chinese M&As (mergers and acquisitions) market. Comparing between overseas Sino-Group and Anglo-Group, this study found that familiarity and location were the most important factors influencing performance of M&A transactions in China. It also found that unrelated M&A deals should be merged with familiarity for gaining positive acquisition performance. The total sample used in this study was 3,442 cases from October 1980 to March 2005. Because this period included all deals of M&As after the opening of Chinese market in China. The authors' finding provided a more universal explanation in the cross-border M&As in China.  相似文献

Knowing the level of efficiency of investment applied in ports of Mexico is relevant information for the design of port policies that contribute to its development and thus to greater freight movement. The objective of this paper is to analyze the technical efficiency obtained from International Mexican Ports, through the use of the technique of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). It uses data regarding public and private investment in ports applied during the period 2000-2010 and its influence on the number of Twenty-foot Equivalent Unit (TEU). Because it has been applied the DEA-CCR (the linear programming model) model input oriented, thus not only the efficiency is calculated in ports, but benchmarking is also obtained to determine the efficient ports that serve as reference to those who were found to be inefficient. The results obtained showed that Manzanillo and Progreso were the most efficient ports. On the other hand, the ports that were not efficient for any of the years reviewed were Mazatlan and Lazaro Cardenas. Generally, public investment has been increasing over the period, and public policies are not designed to allow the ports to have an international projection.  相似文献
