不同负荷对女子链球旋转技术的运动学研究

本文通过对陕西省王峥、张莉、张叶伟等省队优秀女子运动员采用文献法、专家访谈法、生物力学测试方法和数理统计法等研究方法对投掷不同重量铅球的动作技术进行分析,结果表明:①不同负荷对链球旋转投掷技术在各个阶段的运动学参数存在差异。②不同负荷在教学和训练过程中应该采用相对的质量。③不同负荷在链球投掷训练过程中,建议选球重量与标准球重量差异不超过1.5公斤,否则可能对标准球投掷技术的技术结构与技术节奏产生负面影响。     

基于企业筹资行为的税务筹划风险问题与应对策略

Managing the good and bad of looking to others: The use of proxies for self-assessment

Employees often compare themselves to the actions and performance of others in order to understand their relative standing and assess their likelihood of succeeding at future tasks. The challenge, however, is that managerial advice for facilitating informative comparisons is sparse. Accordingly, this article adopts the viewpoint that managers need to better understand how to facilitate useful comparisons between employees in order help them attain success. We provide suggestions that help managers direct employees in ways that develop their self-efficacy and assist with their goal attainment.     

论CI设计在中国企业中的发展方向

随着中国市场经济的发展,企业形象必须通过现代设计树立,CI就是具有现代设计特征的代表。它于九十年代盛行开来,现在又萎靡不振了,在中国加入WTO,中国企业争创国际品牌的情况下,CI是"大势已去"还是能助企业一臂之力?本文以CI的根本目的为例探讨了这种借助的可能性,同时,就这种经营策略与传播文化所可能产生的影响予以了阐述。     

居家养老的困境及化解的着力点——以扬州市的两个社区为例

通过对扬州市空巢老人居家养老现状的调查,发现社区居家养老服务在解决空巢老人养老问题上面临着诸多的困境,诸如资金得不到保障、从业人员素质不高、居家养老的社会支持系统缺乏等。认为在空巢老人居家养老工作开展的初期,政府的推动、引导是至关重要的;政府应从制度供给、政策制定、财政投入和公共产品提供等方面对空巢老人居家养老工作给予支持,负起政府应该担当的责任。     

Auction Theory: A Guide to the Literature

This paper provides an elementary, non-technical, survey of auction theory, by introducing and describing some of the critical papers in the subject. (The most important of these are reproduced in a companion book, The Economic Theory of Auctions , Paul Klemperer (ed.), Edward Elgar (pub.), forthcoming.); We begin with the most fundamental concepts, and then introduce the basic analysis of optimal auctions, the revenue equivalence theorem, and marginal revenues. Subsequent sections address risk-aversion, affiliation, asymmetries, entry, collusion, multi-unit auctions, double auctions, royalties, incentive contracts, and other topics. Appendices contain technical details, some simple worked examples, and a bibliography for each section.     

自我监控、互惠机会与考核目的对绩效评价结果的影响——一项准实验研究

绩效考核是人力资源管理的重要工作,考核结果出现偏差是绩效评价常见的问题。从评价者人格特质和考核情境因素入手,分析评价者的心理过程和行为表现,为理解考核结果偏差提供了新的视角。以学生评教准实验模拟绩效评价活动,数据分析表明:评价者自我监控水平、评价者和被评价者之间的互惠机会、评价目的对评价结果有独立的显著影响;自我监控水平和互惠机会、自我监控水平和考核目的、自我监控水平、互惠机会和考核目的对评价结果有交互影响;高自我监控水平的评价者,在有互惠机会和管理性考核时,有更多的高评行为。研究证实了评价者人格特质和考核情境因素对考核结果的主效应和交互效应,对指导绩效考核实践有一定的价值。     

Diverging trends in health care use between 2010 and 2016: Evidence from three groups of transition countries

This paper investigates changes in health care use in 28 transition countries using data on more than 60,000 households from the “Life in Transition” surveys II and III conducted in 2010 and 2016. Following the literature, the transition countries are divided into three groups – Eastern Europe, Southern Europe and the non-Baltic states of the former Soviet Union with Mongolia – based on the speed of their transformation. Regressions based on Andersen’s conceptual framework show no difference in public health care use between the three groups in 2010. By 2016, however, the share of households using the public health care system dropped by remarkable 17.1–22.2% points in Southern Europe and 13.5–27.1% points in the former Soviet Union with Mongolia compared to Eastern Europe. Moreover, by 2016, the probability of a household using the private health care system (with no use of public health care) in Southern Europe and the former Soviet Union was 7.5–18.7% points higher than in Eastern Europe, whereas it was 2.9–6.8% points lower than in Eastern Europe back in 2010. The analyses indicate that differences in household characteristics, as well as perceived corruption and quality of public health care, help to understand these diverging trends in health care use in the three groups of transition countries between 2010 and 2016.

西北省会城市居民消费水平和消费结构分析——以兰州市为例

根据凯恩斯提出的消费函数理论,建立居民消费水平模型,并选取1998-2008年兰州市居民消费水平变化的数据,运用Eviews软件对兰州市居民的消费水平和消费结构的变化进行了实证研究。研究结果可为提高居民消费水平、完善居民消费结构提供政策建议。     

Managers’ exploration activities and individual unlearning: the mediating role of learning orientation and reflection

Abstract

The main goal of this study was to investigate the effects of managers’ exploration activities on learning orientation, reflection, and unlearning of team members. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 115 employees in 23 teams from a Japanese pharmaceutical company. The results of multi-level analyses suggest that managers’ exploration activities had a direct influence on team members’ learning orientations, which subsequently had a positive influence on their unlearning, with and without the mediation of reflection. These findings suggest that a subordinate’s unlearning is driven by managers’ activities through motivational and cognitive processes. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings are discussed.

People consultation to construct the future: A Delphi application

This work presents the Delphi method, in its Policy Delphi variant, as an efficient mechanism for carrying out consultations regarding regulatory actions that affect professional bureaucracies, and also, in the last analysis, for forecasting and constructing their future. The Delphi application presented here incorporates some specific characteristics which are aimed at making the plurality of opinions in the organisation under analysis visible, facilitating reasoned debate, minimising the risk of manipulation by study leaders, and maximising the generalised acceptance of the results by the whole collective.This study was performed on the university community of the Basque Country, prior to the enactment of the Act which was to organise the Basque university system. Its results, which were accepted as being representative of the real dissensus existing in the community, constituted a valuable input for the final drawing up of the Act, and for its acceptance without conflict.This Delphi application cannot be classified within its traditional field of exploratory forecasting, but it can be situated within the normative sphere, geared towards the construction of a desired future.
